Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an air conditioner washing device, and more particularly, to a water spray plate structure of an air conditioner washing device.
Background
An air conditioning system commonly used in a general commercial building, an industrial building, or a Clean room (Clean room) includes an air conditioning apparatus having a water washing device. Also, the Air Washer (Air Washer) used in the past, together with a chemical filter installed in an outside Air conditioning cabinet (Make-up Air Unit), has become a basic configuration model for advanced wafer manufacturing and related industries, and is expected to achieve complete control of Airborne Molecular Contamination (AMC) in clean rooms. Therefore, taiwan patent No. M467856 also discloses a condensed water recycling device for air conditioning equipment, which is shown in fig. 2 of the publication, wherein when the gas flows through the water washing device in the housing, the pump continuously pumps and conveys the circulating water in the first water collecting tank, and conveys the fluid to the atomizer for spraying, because the fluid is atomized and sprayed in the state of tiny water droplets, the gas passing through the position can be combined with the water droplets for the purpose of washing, purifying and humidifying the gas.
However, in this solution, in order to achieve the atomization condition and maintain the removal efficiency (water washing purification), most of the Liquid-Gas ratios (Liquid/Gas ratios) are about 1.0, and thus the atomizer needs a large horsepower to achieve the water atomization and maintain the removal efficiency. Therefore, the power consumption increases with the increase of horsepower, and the emission of carbon dioxide (CO2) also increases, which is not effective for energy saving, and not only the equipment is expensive, but also the efficiency of removing pollutants (AMC) in the air cannot be significantly improved. Also, for example, taiwan patent No. M453111 discloses a nozzle of a high-speed washing machine shown in fig. 3 of "improvement of structure of high-speed washing type outdoor air conditioner", which also has the problem.
Therefore, how to improve the above-discussed deficiencies is the technical difficulty that the applicant intends to solve.

Detailed Description
In order to make the invention clear, reference is made to the following examples, which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings and are given by way of illustration.
Referring to fig. 1 to 9, the present invention provides a shower plate structure, which includes: a plurality of plate bodies 1, wherein the plate bodies 1 can be stacked.
Wherein, a plurality of protruding portions 11 are formed on a plate surface 10 of the plate body 1, and are arranged in a dispersed and uniform manner, a spacer 12 is disposed between every two protruding portions 11, every three protruding portions 11 and every four protruding portions 11 (i.e. a plurality of spacers 12 are disposed around the periphery of each protruding portion 11), and the plurality of protruding portions 11 can be formed on the plate surface 10 in a shape of a cone (e.g. first, fig. 2), a cylinder (e.g. third, fig. 4), a polygonal cone (e.g. fifth, fig. 6, a regular triangular cone or a regular quadrangular cone), a polygonal column (e.g. fig. 7, an octagonal column), a hemispherical circle (e.g. fig. 8) or a semi-ellipsoidal circle (e.g. fig. 9).
In this embodiment, when the plate body 1 is a plastic plate, the structure forming of the plate body 1 and the plurality of protrusions 11 can be an integral forming, and can be processed by vacuum forming process, compression molding process or roll forming process, so that the protrusions 11 are formed on the plate body 1, and it should be mentioned that the structure forming of each plate body 1 and the plurality of protrusions 11 can be a separation type or a disassembly type structure combination. The plastic plate can be a Polystyrene (PS) plate, an ABS resin (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene copolymer), a Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) plate, a Polycarbonate (PC) plate and the like, and the plastic plate can be a single plate and can be stacked, so that the use of the existing large-scale equipment is avoided, and the purpose of reducing the plate cost is achieved.
In addition to the plastic sheet, in another embodiment, the sheet body 1 can also be a chemical fiber non-woven sheet, and the chemical fiber non-woven sheet can be a Polyethylene (PE) non-woven sheet, a polypropylene (PP) non-woven sheet, a Nylon (Nylon) non-woven sheet, a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) non-woven sheet, or an acetate non-woven sheet. Of course, the plate body 1 can also be a ceramic plate (made by sintering process).
Furthermore, by means of the three-dimensional shape of the plurality of protruding portions 11 of the plate body 1, the overall surface area of one plate surface 10 of the plate body 1 is increased (the overall area is larger when a plurality of plate bodies 1 are stacked), the attachment area of water flowing through the plate body(s) 1 is increased, the retention time of the gas (air) to be treated flowing through the plate body(s) 1 is longer, and the contact area is larger, so that the contact area of the air and the water on the plate body 1 is increased. Therefore, when a large number of the plate bodies 1 are stacked (as shown in fig. 2), the effective contact area between the gas (air) to be treated and the water can be increased, and when the plate bodies are installed in the washing device in the outdoor air conditioner, the working efficiency of the washing device in the outdoor air conditioner can be improved, so that the effect is achieved. And the effect is better as the number of the plurality of protrusions 11 is larger.
Referring to fig. 10, when the plate body 1 is a plastic plate 13, a hydrophilic film 130 is formed on the whole or the upper and lower outer surfaces of the plastic plate 13, so that the surface of the plastic plate 13 is hydrophilic, and the effective contact area between water on the plate and the gas (air) to be treated can be further increased, so that the washing apparatus has better working efficiency. Or, when the plate body 1 is the chemical fiber non-woven fabric plate 14, the chemical fiber non-woven fabric plate 14 is provided with an anti-corrosion layer 140, so that the chemical fiber non-woven fabric plate 14 is anti-corrosion, preferably, the anti-corrosion layer 140 can be an acid and alkali resistant layer formed by impregnating resin, so that the acid and alkali resistant capability is provided, the service life is prolonged, and none of the above is taken as a limitation.
The foregoing description is intended to be illustrative rather than limiting, and it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that many modifications, variations or equivalents may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
