Abstract
本发明涉及化工设备的技术领域，尤其涉及一种化工废液处理设备。本发明通过电机带动进水管旋转，可使得进水管内的废水进行旋转过滤，可有效提高废水的流动性，增加废水中颗粒的运动速度，使得废水中的颗粒快速过滤，提高过滤效率。

本发明涉及化工设备的技术领域，尤其涉及一种化工废液处理设备。
背景技术
过滤是工业生产中的重要工序，特别是化工生产中的污水处理。为了将杂质去掉，往往将在进口处放置一层网状物或是微孔过滤介质，但是废水进入过滤箱内一般是通过其自身的流动使得网状物或是微孔过滤介质进行过滤，其过滤效果差，过滤时间长。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种化工废液处理设备。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种化工废液处理设备，包括箱体，所述箱体上转设有进水管，所述箱体上设置有电机，所述电机与所述进水管驱动连接，所述进水管与过滤管连接，所述过滤管插设在所述过滤器中，所述箱体与出水管通过锥形部连接。
优选的，所述过滤管上设置有多个出水孔，所述出水孔上设置有滤网。
优选的，所述过滤管外表面上设置有螺旋形凹槽，所述螺旋形凹槽内设置有加热丝，所述加热丝通过导热胶固定在螺旋形凹槽内。
从上述的技术方案可以看出，本发明通过电机带动进水管旋转，可使得进水管内的废水进行旋转过滤，可有效提高废水的流动性，增加废水中颗粒的运动速度，使得废水中的颗粒快速过滤，提高过滤效率。

参阅图1，一种化工废液处理设备，包括箱体1，所述箱体1上转设有进水管2，所述箱体1上设置有电机5，所述电机5与所述进水管2驱动连接，所述进水管2与过滤管6连接，所述过滤管6插设在所述过滤器4中，所述箱体1与出水管3通过锥形部连接。
所述过滤管6上设置有多个出水孔，所述出水孔上设置有滤网。
所述过滤管6外表面上设置有螺旋形凹槽，所述螺旋形凹槽内设置有加热丝，所述加热丝通过导热胶固定在螺旋形凹槽内。
所述过滤器4呈U型结构。
本发明通过电机带动进水管旋转，可使得进水管内的废水进行旋转过滤，可有效提高废水的流动性，增加废水中颗粒的运动速度，使得废水中的颗粒快速过滤，提高过滤效率。

1.一种化工废液处理设备，其特征在于，包括箱体，所述箱体上转设有进水管，所述箱体上设置有电机，所述电机与所述进水管驱动连接，所述进水管与过滤管连接，所述过滤管插设在所述过滤器中，所述箱体与出水管通过锥形部连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的化工废液处理设备，其特征在于，所述过滤管上设置有多个出水孔，所述出水孔上设置有滤网。
3.如权利要求1所述的化工废液处理设备，其特征在于，所述过滤管外表面上设置有螺旋形凹槽，所述螺旋形凹槽内设置有加热丝，所述加热丝通过导热胶固定在螺旋形凹槽内。
