baking semen glycines at low temperature, removing oil and fat, and making into powder with fineness of 200 mesh;
baking flos Chrysanthemi, rhizoma Amorphophalli, rhizoma Dioscoreae, radix Dauci Sativae, fructus Citri Limoniae, fructus Mali Pumilae, radix Puerariae, coconut meat, herba Apii Graveolentis, fructus Momordicae Charantiae, wheat germ, wheat bran, semen Sojae Atricolor, semen Phaseoli Radiati, semen Phaseoli, Bulbus Lilii, and Tremella at low temperature, and pulverizing into powder with fineness of 200 mesh;
grinding tartary buckwheat, oat, polygonatum, coix seed, cassia seed and hericium erinaceus into powder with the fineness of 200 meshes for later use.
The components are prepared according to the proportion requirement of the formula. And (5) fully and uniformly mixing in a closed mixer.
