Before the user opens the first application program, a recording function is opened in a corresponding function area of the system, and the function area can be a shortcut button in a screen pull-down navigation bar or a setting function area carried by the system. The user can also open the recording function by triggering the shortcut function key and recognizing voice or gestures, and the terminal activates the recording channel after acquiring the operation of opening the recording function by the user.
In this embodiment, the recording function of the system and the first application program are in different functional areas, the recording function may be set by opening a setting field of the system, or setting a corresponding recording button in a fast pull-down menu field of a mobile phone, or setting a specific gesture recognition mode or other special operations on a terminal device to trigger opening, after the user triggers opening the recording function in the corresponding functional area of the system, the recording channel is activated, and the activated recording channel may record voice data and/or video data acquired through a video channel and an audio channel built in the system.
In this embodiment, after the recording channel is opened, a connection must be established with an application in the system to perform recording, so that after the user starts the first application program, the user needs to select whether to establish a connection between the current application and the recording channel, and if the user selects to allow the recording function to be used in the current application, the system associates the recording channel with the current application after obtaining a selection instruction of the user, thereby establishing a connection relationship between the recording function and the current application.
In this embodiment, the recording function built in the system is associated with the instant messaging application to establish a connection, so that the recording of the call content of the instant messaging application is realized.
Step S20, acquiring communication data of the first application program;
in this embodiment, the communication data includes at least one of voice data in a voice communication state, voice data in a video communication state, video data in a video communication state, and voice data and video data in a video communication state.
In this embodiment, the communication data may be instant communication data, or data information sent at intervals in a voice or video format. Specifically, when the user a and the user B are in a communication state, the user a and the user B can simultaneously perform an instant voice or video call, and can also communicate with each other by inputting voice or video information.
In this embodiment, when the user opens the first application program to perform a voice call and/or a video call, the terminal system captures currently performed voice data and/or video data of the instant messaging application by using the information acquisition channel. The voice data comprises voice data received by the terminal and sent by other end equipment and voice data of a user acquired by the terminal through a microphone and the like; the video data comprises video data received by the terminal and sent by other end equipment and video data of a user acquired by the terminal through a camera and the like. When the first application is in a video chat interface, the terminal equipment can simultaneously acquire voice data and video data and can also respectively acquire the voice data and the video data.
In this embodiment, the information acquisition channels of the terminal system include a call channel, a sound channel, a video channel, and the like, and different types of data can be acquired by using different channels, for example, voice data can be acquired through the sound channel, and video data can be acquired through the video channel. The channels only represent part of the types of the channels arranged in the system, and have no limit on the types of the channels in the system.
And step S30, recording the communication data.
In this embodiment, after the terminal captures the communication data, that is, the currently performed voice data and \ or video data, the voice data and \ or video data are recorded in real time through a recording channel built in the system. Because the system acquires the voice data and/or the video data through different channels, a user can select to adopt a respective recording method according to different acquisition channels during recording.
In this embodiment, when the user uses a voice call, the terminal may record the received voice data sent by the other end device and the voice data of the user obtained by the terminal through a microphone and the like, respectively, or may record simultaneously; when a user uses a video call, the terminal can record the received video data sent by the other-end equipment and the video data of the user acquired by the terminal through a camera and the like, and because the video call process also comprises the transmission of voice information, the terminal equipment can record the video data and simultaneously can record the received voice data sent by the other-end equipment and the voice data of the user acquired by the terminal through a microphone and the like.
In this embodiment, the user may set a recording rule in the system, and the system uses a corresponding recording mode according to the rule set by the user, that is, the terminal may record video data and audio data of the user, may record video data and audio data sent by other end equipment, may record video data or audio data of the user, records video data or audio data sent by other end equipment, and records video data and audio data of the local end user and other end users.
In this embodiment, the terminal system obtains voice data and/or video data generated by the instant messaging application through different recording channels to record, so that recording of the chat interface of the instant messaging application is realized, and a more flexible operation space is provided for a user.
Referring to fig. 5 and fig. 6, fig. 5 is a second embodiment of the communication recording method according to the present invention, and based on the first embodiment, step S30 includes:
and step S31, recording the communication data in real time or recording the communication data after the communication is finished.
In this embodiment, the communication data may be instant communication data, or data information sent at intervals in a voice or video format. Therefore, the system can record the instant communication data in real time and also can record the data information sent at intervals in a voice or video form.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 6, for instant messaging data, a user may open a system recording channel and activate a recording function before entering an instant messaging state; the user can also open the recording channel at any time after entering the call state to activate the recording function, a recording function button is newly added on the call display interface in the communication state, and the user can start recording the audio data and/or the video data by clicking the recording function button.
In this embodiment, for data information sent at intervals in a voice or video format, a user may trigger to open a recording channel of the system after one or more pieces of audio and/or video data are successfully received or sent, and select corresponding voice or video data to be recorded, and the system records the data according to the voice or video data selected by the user.
In this embodiment, the recording function button of the system may be set in the navigation bar menu, the setting function menu, and the display screen in the current communication state, so that the user may select to open the recording function in various ways, and the operation is flexible and convenient.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a third embodiment of the communication recording method of the present invention, and based on the first or second embodiment, step S30 further includes:
step S32, recording the communication data of one or more parties in the communication state.
In this embodiment, when a user enters a call interface of the first application, multiple call modes may occur, for example, a voice chat mode and a video chat mode, where the voice chat mode further includes a one-to-one single-party chat mode and a one-to-many group chat mode, and similarly, the video chat mode further includes a one-to-one single-party chat mode and a one-to-many group chat mode. Different chat modes are different from each other in the output mode on the display screen, namely, the number of windows appearing on the display screen is different. For example, for a one-to-one single-party video chat mode, two window interfaces are usually presented on a terminal display screen, one window interface is used for outputting video information of a local user, and the other window interface is used for outputting video information of an opposite user, and the size and the position of the two windows can be adjusted. For the one-to-many video group chat mode, a plurality of window interfaces may appear on a display screen of the terminal, and video information of each user in the current call state is output respectively. Each window opened under the current call interface has a corresponding voice channel and/or video channel, so that a user can freely select to record voice data and/or video data of the corresponding window.
In this embodiment, for different chat modes, the user can select different recording modes, and the system records voice data and/or video data according to the recording mode selected by the user.
In this embodiment, the voice channel and the video channel built in the system may be subdivided into a plurality of corresponding voice channels and video channels. For example, the voice channel may be subdivided into voice channel 1, voice channel 2, voice channel 3, voice channel 4, etc., and the video channel may be subdivided into video channel 1, video channel 2, video channel 3, video channel 4, etc. One voice channel corresponds to voice data of a local end user or other end users, one video channel corresponds to video data of the local end user or other end users, the system acquires the corresponding voice data or video data through each channel, and then the acquired voice data and/or video data are overlapped according to a time sequence to form complete audio data and/or video data. In a video call mode, in order to ensure that voice data and video data of each user are in one-to-one correspondence, a voice channel needs to be in one-to-one correspondence with a video channel, specifically, for a home terminal user, the voice data of the user can be acquired by using a voice channel 1, and the video data of the user can be acquired by using a video channel 1; for an opposite-end user 2 in a video call, the voice channel 2 can be used to obtain voice data of the opposite-end user, and the video channel 2 can be used to obtain video data of the opposite-end user. The voice channel 1 corresponds to the video channel 1, and the voice data 1 acquired through the voice channel 1 and the video data 1 acquired through the video channel 1 are superposed in time sequence to obtain audio and video data 1 of a local user; the voice channel 2 corresponds to the video channel 2, and the voice data 2 acquired through the voice channel 2 and the video data 2 acquired through the video channel 2 are superposed in time sequence to obtain audio and video data 2 of the opposite-end user 2; if the audio and video data 1 and the audio and video data 2 are superposed according to the time sequence, the complete audio and video of the conversation process can be obtained.
In the embodiment, when the user enters the video call mode, the voice channel and the video channel which are arranged in the system are both opened, the number of the opened voice channel and the opened video channel is determined according to the number of the participants of the current call interface,
specifically, when the current chat mode of the instant messaging application is in a one-to-one single-party voice chat mode, the terminal can acquire the voice data of the local user and the voice data of the opposite-end user through the voice channels, and the voice channels can be divided into a plurality of different voice channels to respectively acquire the voice data of the local user and the voice data of the other end user, so that the user can select different voice channels to acquire the voice data corresponding to the channels and record the voice data, and then the voice data of the local user and the voice data of the opposite-end user are overlapped according to a time sequence to acquire the voice data of the voice call process, thereby forming complete voice data.
In this embodiment, after the user selects the corresponding window, the terminal records the voice data and/or the video data corresponding to the selected window according to the selection of the user.
In this embodiment, in the recording process of the terminal, a mode of recording the voice data and \ or the video data acquired by each channel first and then performing superposition synthesis to generate complete voice data and \ or video data may be adopted, or a mode of directly recording the complete voice data and \ or video data after the superposition synthesis may also be adopted.
In this embodiment, by performing frequency division recording on different windows, the diversity of recording methods selectable by a user is increased.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, fig. 8 is a fourth embodiment of the communication recording method according to the present invention, and based on the third embodiment, after step S30, the method further includes:
step S40, detecting the current communication state;
and step S50, if the communication state meets the preset condition, ending recording the communication data.
In this embodiment, when the recording channel of the system is opened, the recording of the instant messaging data or the data information transmitted at intervals in the form of voice or video is started. The system detects the current communication state to judge whether to finish recording the communication data.
In this embodiment, for the instant messaging data, the user may set the recording time in advance, and when it is detected that the time from the time when the user opens the recording function to the current time reaches the recording time preset by the user, the system automatically stops recording. Referring to fig. 9, the user may click the recording function button of the current call interface screen again, and the recording function button returns that the original state is changed, that is, the recording is stopped.
In the embodiment, for data information sent at intervals in a voice or video form, after one or more pieces of audio data or video data are sent at present, the system automatically stops recording; the user can also set the recording time in advance, and when the time from the moment when the user opens the recording function to the current moment is detected to reach the recording time preset by the user, the system automatically stops recording. The system can also stop recording the current communication data after detecting that the user is about to input the next piece of audio data or video data, and the user can click the recording function button of the current call interface screen again, and the recording function button returns the original state to change, namely stops recording.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a fifth embodiment of the communication recording method according to the present invention, and based on the third or fourth embodiment, after step S30, the method further includes:
