Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a connector tail accessory and a connector assembly.
Background
In the field of optical and electrical communication, the wiring of optical cables and radio frequency cables is influenced by the characteristics of the optical cables and the radio frequency cables, and certain bending radius requirements are met, so that signal transmission is influenced once the wiring space is smaller than the specified bending radius requirements. In addition, when a user lays a wire, the wire outlet direction of the cable is uncertain to a certain extent, and the angle of the cable after the cable is led out from the tail of the rectangular connector is fixed at present, so that the requirements of various occasions requiring different wire outlet angles cannot be well met.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a connector tail accessory, which aims to solve the problems that in the prior art, the angle of a cable after the cable goes out of the connector tail is fixed and the requirements of various occasions needing different outgoing line angles cannot be met; the invention also aims to provide a connector assembly to solve the problem that the angle of a cable after the cable goes out of the tail part of the connector in the prior art is fixed and can not meet the requirements of various occasions requiring different outgoing line angles.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the connector tail accessory is as follows:
a connector tail accessory, comprising: the fixing bracket is used for being connected with the tail part of the connector shell and is provided with a threading channel for a cable penetrating out of the tail part of the connector to pass through; the restraining bracket is used for being arranged at one end of the fixing bracket, which is opposite to the connector shell, and is provided with a cable restraining hole for a cable to pass through; the locking mechanism is rotated to realize the connection of the fixed support and the restraint support, so that the restraint support can adjust the angle relative to the fixed support, the orientation of the cable restraint hole is changed, and the restraint support is ensured at the adjusted angle position.
The connector tail accessory has the advantages that: the tail of the connector is provided with the fixing support and the restraining support, and the cable penetrates through the cable restraining hole of the restraining support after passing through the threading channel of the fixing support. Because the restraint support can be relative to fixed bolster adjustment relative angle, consequently can adjust the restraint support to the orientation of wanting, satisfy the adjustment of cable outgoing direction under the multiple environment. The angle adjustment of the restraint support can be locked by the rotary locking mechanism, so that the cable is prevented from rotating to other directions under the stress condition. The problem of among the prior art the angle after the cable goes out from the connector afterbody be nonadjustable, can not well satisfy the demand of using is solved.
Furthermore, the restraint support comprises two restraint petal bodies, and the cable restraint hole is defined by buckling of the two restraint petal bodies. The restraining bracket is arranged in a split manner, so that the restraining bracket can be mounted after the cable is mounted on the connector.
Furthermore, the threading channel defined by the fixed support is a rectangular channel, the rotation axis of the restraint support rotating relative to the fixed support extends along the width direction of the rectangular channel, in the width direction, the side edge of the fixed support and the side edge of the restraint support are provided with an overlapping part, and the fixed support and the restraint support are rotatably assembled together through the overlapping part; on the overlapping part, one of the restraint brackets of the fixed bracket is provided with a plurality of positioning holes arranged around the rotation axis, the other restraint bracket is provided with a positioning pin, the angles of the restraint brackets relative to the fixed bracket are different when the positioning pin is matched with different positioning holes, and the positioning pin and the positioning holes form the rotary locking mechanism; the restraint support comprises two restraint flap bodies, the two restraint flap bodies are buckled in the width direction to form the cable restraint hole, and when the two restraint flap bodies are separated, the positioning pin is separated from the positioning hole. The positioning pin and the positioning hole are reliable in structure, the restraint bracket can bear large force without angle change after the positioning pin and the positioning hole are inserted and matched, and the restraint bracket and the fixing bracket can be fixed as long as the positioning pin or the positioning hole is not damaged; and the positioning pin and the positioning hole are simple in structure, and can be directly matched together when the restraint support is buckled, so that the assembly is facilitated.
Furthermore, the fixed bolster includes the fixed petal body that two butt buckles set up, the threading passageway comprises the space between two fixed petal bodies. The fixing support is arranged in a split mode, so that the fixing support can be installed after the cable is installed on the connector.
Furthermore, the front end of the fixing support is provided with a concave-convex connecting structure matched with the connector shell, and when the two fixing petal bodies are buckled with each other, the concave-convex connecting structure and the connector are in blocking fit in the wire outlet direction to realize the fixed connection of the fixing support and the connector. Through concave-convex structure, the fixed bolster can the snap-on when making up on the connector housing, the assembly of being convenient for.
Furthermore, the fixed valve body is a U-shaped shell, and the openings of the two fixed valve bodies are oppositely buckled to enclose a rectangular threading channel. The U-shaped shell can play the guard action to the cable in the threading passageway.
Further, one of the fixed flap bodies protrudes from the other fixed flap body in the outlet direction, and the restricting bracket is assembled on the protruding portion through a rotation locking mechanism and can be adjusted in angle towards the other fixed flap body. The constraint bracket is rotatably assembled on the convex part, so that the angle of the constraint bracket can be adjusted more freely and the interference of the other fixed petal body is less.
Furthermore, the buckling direction of the two constraint valve bodies is vertical to the buckling direction of the two fixed valve bodies. For rectangular connector, because the connector is provided with the locking structure that is used for carrying out the locking with the installation panel and is connected usually on width direction's both sides, fixed lamella body is the buckle can set up concave-convex connection structure on the position that corresponds the rectangular connector long limit in the thickness direction, has avoided concave-convex connection structure and the fixed knot on the connector to take place to interfere, also can be bigger with concave-convex connection structure's size setting.
Furthermore, the constraint petal body is locked through a screw after buckling. The constraint flap body is convenient to fix and loosen through the screw.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme of the connector assembly of the invention is as follows:
connector assembly, including the connector, the connector includes the connector housing, and the afterbody of connector housing is fixed with connector afterbody annex, and connector afterbody annex includes: the fixing bracket is used for being connected with the tail part of the connector shell and is provided with a threading channel for a cable penetrating out of the tail part of the connector to pass through; the restraining bracket is used for being arranged at one end of the fixing bracket, which is opposite to the connector shell, and is provided with a cable restraining hole for a cable to pass through; the locking mechanism is rotated to realize the connection of the fixed support and the restraint support, so that the restraint support can adjust the angle relative to the fixed support, the orientation of the cable restraint hole is changed, and the restraint support is ensured at the adjusted angle position.
