Technical Field

Background
The low-voltage circuit breaker is one of the most common low-voltage electrical appliances, and is also called an air switch, and is a low-voltage switch which can be controlled manually or automatically. The switch is mainly used for switching on and switching off a power supply line, has the functions of overload, short circuit and undervoltage protection, is commonly used in a circuit which is not frequently switched on and switched off, and is often used for controlling circuit breaking and circuit breaker opening and closing failure caused by the fact that an auxiliary contact at a tripping coil is poor in contact in the use process of a low-voltage switch cabinet.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a circuit breaker for a low-voltage switch cabinet structurally comprises a cover, a telescopic rail buckle, a tripping coil, an operating handle, a contact, an arc extinguish chamber and the like, wherein the tripping coil is installed inside the cover horizontally corresponding to the operating handle;
trip coil includes first spring, branch, coil strip, increases and send out ware, two clamping bars, armature, slide bar, the slide bar distributes and has the armature more than two, and the coil strip is all installed at every armature head and the tail both ends, the coil strip all installs the increase and send out ware near that end of armature, increase and send out ware and armature clearance fit, these increase and send out the ware level and arrange into two, and it is fixed that the increase sends out the ware is tightly cliied by two clamping bars, slide bar one end and branch movable contact, branch and slide bar are mutually perpendicular, first spring is installed respectively for the both ends of slide bar for the axis about branch, two first spring symmetries of each other, first spring end is fixed in the armature side.

As a further optimization of the technical scheme, the hair increasing device comprises a movable clamping strip, a fixed rod, a second spring and a conductive ring, wherein the fixed rod is of a U-shaped structure, the conductive ring is attached to a concave position of a U-shaped arc of the fixed rod, the conductive ring is of a structure formed after an oval annular transverse cutting knife is cut, the movable clamping strip is arranged at two horizontal ends of a transverse plane of the conductive ring, the movable clamping strip is parallel to the vertical end of the fixed rod, the movable clamping strip and the conductive ring are fixed by glue, the second spring is horizontally arranged between the fixed rod and the movable clamping strip, and the coil strip is positioned in the middle of the conductive ring after penetrating through the middle of the transverse plane of the conductive ring.
As a further optimization of the technical scheme, the tail end of the movable clamping strip, which is far away from the conductive ring, is bent towards the central axis direction of the conductive ring, and the bending angle is 30-50 degrees.
As a further optimization of the technical scheme, the bending length of the movable holding strip is one half of the total length.

Advantageous effects
Compared with the prior art, the circuit breaker for the low-voltage switch cabinet has the following advantages:
1. according to the invention, the coil strip penetrates through the annular conductive ring, so that the contact area with the armature is increased, and the armature can touch the conductive ring even if the direction of the armature slightly deviates, thereby forming a complete circuit.
2. According to the invention, the double clamping rods and the fixed rod fixing rod are mutually matched, and the coil strip is clamped under the pressure action of the second spring, so that the coil strip is prevented from moving back and forth, and the stability of the coil strip installed in the conductive coil is directly improved.
3. The movable holding strips are designed in size and bent at angles, so that the distance between the bent ends of the two movable holding strips is shortened, the coil strip is easier to fix under the action of the second spring, and the clamping stability of the movable holding strips is further enhanced.
4. According to the invention, through the clamping strip of the plug pin, the gap at the joint of the coil strip and the conductive ring is reduced, the connection tightness of the coil strip and the conductive ring is increased, and poor contact caused by movement due to external force factors is avoided.
5. According to the invention, the double clamping rods are used for clamping the row of hair augers up and down, so that the uniformity of the hair augers is ensured, all armatures can be contacted with the hair augers once the hair augers move, and the problem of disconnection of a control circuit caused by disconnection of a single coil strip is avoided.

In order to make the technical means, the original characteristics, the achieved purposes and the effects of the invention easy to understand, the following description and the accompanying drawings further illustrate the preferred embodiments of the invention.
Examples
Referring to fig. 1-6, the present invention provides a circuit breaker for a low-voltage switch cabinet, which structurally includes a cover 1, a retractable rail fastener 2, a trip coil 3, an operating handle 4, a contact 5, an arc extinguish chamber, etc., wherein the trip coil 3 is installed inside the cover 1 horizontally corresponding to the operating handle 4, the arc extinguish chamber is arranged right above the trip coil 3, the retractable rail fastener 2 is installed right above the arc extinguish chamber, and the contact 5 is installed at the bottom of the trip bottom coil 3;
the trip coil 3 comprises a first spring 3-1, a support rod 3-2, a coil strip 3-3, a hair increasing device 3-4, a double clamping rod 3-5, an armature 3-6 and a slide rod 3-7, wherein more than two armatures 3-6 are distributed on the slide rod 3-7, the coil strips 3-3 are arranged at the head end and the tail end of each armature 3-6, the hair increasing devices 3-4 are arranged at the ends, close to the armatures 3-6, of the coil strips 3-3, the hair increasing devices 3-4 are movably matched with the armatures 3-6, the hair increasing devices 3-4 are horizontally arranged in two rows, the hair increasing devices 3-4 are tightly clamped and fixed by the double clamping rods 3-5, one end of the slide rod 3-7 is movably contacted with the support rod 3-2, and the support rod 3-2 is vertical to the slide rod 3-7, the two ends of the supporting rod 3-2, which are axial lines relative to the sliding rod 3-7, are respectively provided with a first spring 3-1, the two first springs 3-1 are symmetrical, and the tail ends of the first springs 3-1 are fixed on the side surfaces of the armatures 3-6.
The double clamping rods 3-5 are of a rod structure with a transverse opening in the middle, the hair increasing device 3-4 is tightly fixed, and the problems that the hair increasing device 3-4 moves and the armature 3-6 cannot touch are solved.
The hair increasing device 3-4 is composed of movable clamping strips 3-41, a fixed rod 3-42, second springs 3-43 and conductive rings 3-44, the fixed rod 3-42 is of a U-shaped structure, the conductive rings 3-44 are adhered to U-shaped arc recesses of the fixed rod 3-42, the conductive rings 3-44 are of an oval structure formed after a circular cross cut is performed, the movable clamping strips 3-41 are arranged at two horizontal ends of a cross section of the conductive rings 3-44, the vertical ends of the movable clamping strips 3-41 and the fixed rod 3-42 are mutually parallel, the movable clamping strips 3-41 and the conductive rings 3-44 are fixed by glue, the second springs 3-43 are horizontally arranged between the fixed rod 3-42 and the movable clamping strips 3-41, the coil strips 3-30 penetrate through the middle of the cross section of the conductive rings 3-44 and then are positioned in the middle of the conductive rings 3-44, the contact area between the armature 3-6 and the coil strip 3-3 is increased, the contact area is reduced, and the problem that the armature and the coil strip are staggered with each other occurs.
The tail ends of the movable clamping strips 3-41, far away from the conductive rings 3-44, are bent towards the central axis direction of the conductive rings 3-44, the bending angle is 30-50 degrees, the bending angle of the movable clamping strips 3-41 in the later period is reduced, the movable clamping strips are closer to the coil strips 3-3, gaps are reduced, and the coil strips 3-3 are prevented from moving.
The bending length of the movable holding strips 3-41 is one half of the total length.
The plug pin 3-45 is installed to the positive middle position department of coil strip 3-3 and conductive loop 3-44 cross section, plug pin 3-45 comprises annular base 9 and card strip 8, annular base 9 wherein one end terminal surface is equipped with more than two card strips 8, and these card strips 8 are annular equidistance and distribute, card strip 8 and the perpendicular welding of annular base 9 reduce the space of coil strip 3-3 and conductive loop 3-44 junction, increase the friction between the two, avoid receiving external force factor and take place to remove.
After the short circuit of the circuit breaker is finished, the first spring 3-1 contracts under the action of external force, so that the armature 3-6 is driven to be integrally withdrawn and is reconnected with the coil strip 3-3 to form a complete loop, in order to be accurately contacted, a row of hair augers 3-4 are clamped up and down by the double clamping rods 3-5, the regularity of the hair augers 3-4 is ensured, dislocation and common movement are avoided, then, the coil strip 3-3 is inserted through the annular conductive coils 3-44, the contact area of the coil strip 3-3 and the armature 3-6 is enlarged, if the returned armature 3-6 is slightly deviated in direction, the contact area can also touch the conductive coils 3-44 and is communicated with the coil strip 3-3 to form a complete loop, in order to prevent the inserted coil strip 3-3 from moving, a plug pin 3-45 is inserted at the connection part of the coil strip 3-3 and the conductive coils 3-44, the gap is reduced, the compactness is improved, the conductive ring 3-44 is stabilized, and particularly, the movable clamping strips 3-41 are pressed by the second springs 3-43 to clamp the other ends of the coil strips 3-3, the double points are fixed, the integral balance of the coil strips 3-3 is determined not to deviate, the contact stability is further improved, meanwhile, the bending half and the bending angle of the movable clamping strips 3-41 are designed, the distance between the bending ends of the two movable clamping strips 3-41 is shortened, the coil strips 3-3 are fixed more easily under the action of the second springs 3-43, and the stability of clamping the movable clamping strips 3-41 is further improved.
