Specifically, the number of the advertisement turning boards is the same as that of the swing mechanisms, and the advertisement turning boards and the swing mechanisms are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode, so that synchronous rotation of the advertisement turning boards can be achieved.
The rotary billboard can monitor wind speed, wind direction and wind power in real time by arranging the wind power sensing device, and the driving mechanism drives the swing rod to move based on information fed back by the wind power sensing device, so that the rotation of the billboard is realized, the front windward of the billboard is avoided, and the borne wind load is reduced.
Further, the wind sensing device comprises a sensor group and a control module electrically connected with the sensor group;
the sensor group comprises a wind direction sensor and a wind speed sensor, the wind direction sensor feeds wind direction information back to the control module, and the wind speed sensor feeds wind speed information back to the control module.
The wind direction sensor and the wind speed sensor are used for respectively detecting wind direction information and wind speed information and respectively feeding the wind direction information and the wind speed information back to the control module. When the wind speed is higher than the set safe allowable value, the control module controls the driving device to rotate and drives the advertisement turning board to turn over through the transmission assembly so as to achieve the consistency of the turning angle and the output signal of the sensor group.
If the wind speed value fed back by the wind speed sensor is smaller than the set safety value, the control module controls the driving device to rotate reversely, and the advertisement turning board is driven to rotate and reset through the transmission assembly.
Particularly, in order to prevent the advertisement from turning over suddenly when strong wind comes, the advertisement can be turned over as the center, a plurality of sensor detection point positions are uniformly arranged on the frame, and once the wind speed is sensed to exceed a preset value, the sensor group can feed back a signal to the control module. That is, the sensor groups are uniformly arranged in several groups on the frame.
Specifically, the control module adopts a single chip microcomputer or STM 32.
Further, the swing mechanism comprises a guide pin and a swing post; one end of the guide pin is provided with a long hole, and the other end of the guide pin is connected with the advertising turnover board; one end of the swing column is connected with the swing rod and moves along the long hole.

Compared with the prior art, the rotary advertising board is provided with the wind sensing device, the wind sensing device senses the wind direction and the wind speed, and once the wind speed exceeds the early warning value, the control module controls the driving device to drive the advertising board to turn over in time.
The advertisement turning board can sense wind power, wind speed and the like in real time, and the driving mechanism drives the advertisement turning board to rotate synchronously so as to reduce the windward area and unload the strong wind load.
The rotary billboard of the invention can adjust the rotation angle and the rotation direction of the billboard turning along with the wind force change and the wind direction change, and the windward resistance can be greatly reduced, so the requirement on the diameter of a frame for installing the billboard turning is small, therefore, the basic floor area of the rotary billboard can be seen, and the rotary billboard is suitable for dense urban areas.

a swing link 5 installed in the installation space;
the advertisement turning plates 2 are arranged in the installation space and form an advertisement display area, the top end of each advertisement turning plate 2 is connected with a swing rod 5 through a swing, and the swing mechanism comprises a guide pin 3 and a swing column 501; one end of the guide pin 3 is provided with a long hole 301, the other end of the guide pin is connected with the advertising turnover board 2, one end of the swing post 501 is connected with the swing rod 5, and the other end of the swing post moves along the long hole 301;
the bottom end of each advertisement turning board is provided with a bearing 11 which is matched with a bearing seat 12 arranged on the lower frame 102 to realize the rotation of the lower part of the advertisement turning board 2, and the swinging mechanisms correspond to the advertisement turning boards one by one;
the driving mechanism comprises a driving device 6 and a transmission assembly used for transmitting power and driving the swing rod 5 to linearly move, the driving device 6 (particularly adopting a servo motor) is mounted on a motor support 9, the motor support 9 is mounted on the left frame 103, a baffle 10 is arranged at the bottom of the motor support 9, the baffle 10 and the motor support 9 form an enclosure structure, the transmission assembly is arranged in the enclosure structure, the transmission assembly comprises a gear 7 fixed at the driving end of the driving device 6 and a rack 8 mounted on the swing rod 5, the gear 7 is meshed with the rack 8 to better stabilize the movement of the rack 8 and prevent the strip from falling off, a positioning screw 801 is arranged on the rack 8, and the positioning screw 801 moves along a positioning chute 901 arranged on the motor support 9;
a guide pin seat 14 arranged in parallel with the swing rod 5, the guide pin seat 14 being provided with a guide pin hole for the guide pin 3 to pass through;
and the guide seats 13 are fixed on the guide pin seats 14 and are arranged along the length direction of the swing rod 5 so as to position and guide the movement of the swing rod 5.
As shown in fig. 6, the wind sensing device 4 includes a sensor group and a control module electrically connected to the sensor group, and the control module specifically employs a single chip microcomputer; the sensor group comprises a wind direction sensor and a wind speed sensor, the wind speed sensor and the wind speed sensor are used for sensing wind speed and wind direction respectively and feeding back wind speed information and wind direction information to the control module, and the control module is in control connection with the driving device.
The process that the advertisement turning board of the rotary advertisement board of the invention rotates along with the regulation of wind power is as follows:
the wind sensor and the wind sensor respectively feed back sensed wind speed information and wind direction information to the control module, when the wind speed reaches a set safety value, the control module (particularly adopting a single chip microcomputer) controls the servo motor to rotate positively and negatively, the servo motor converts a voltage signal into torque and rotating speed to control the gear to rotate, the gear drives the rack meshed with the gear to move, the swing rod generates linear displacement along with the movement of the rack, and then the swing rod drives the guide pin to rotate, so that the rotation of the advertising turnover board is realized, and the windward area is reduced.
In order to prevent the advertisement from turning over suddenly when strong wind comes, the advertisement turning over is used as the center, a plurality of sensor detection point positions are uniformly arranged on the frame, and once the wind speed is sensed to exceed a preset value, the sensor group can feed back a signal to the control module. For example, the frame of the rotary advertisement turning board of the embodiment is uniformly provided with 8 sensor detection points.
The rotary billboard can automatically drive the billboard to turn over when the wind power is too large so as to reduce the windward area, greatly reduce the resistance and ensure the safety of a tower and the billboard; meanwhile, the windward area is reduced, so that the diameter of the tower body of the tower is relatively reduced, the occupied area of the foundation is also reduced, and the billboard is suitable for dense urban areas.

A rotary billboard according to claim 4, in which the drive means further comprises a motor support (9) for mounting the drive means, the motor support (9) being mounted to the frame (1) and being provided with a baffle (10), the motor support (9) and the baffle (10) forming a closed enclosure within which the drive assembly is located.
7. The rotary billboard according to claim 5, wherein the motor bracket (9) is provided with a positioning chute (901), and the rack (8) is provided with a positioning screw (801) which is in sliding fit with the positioning chute (901).
8. A rotary billboard according to any of claims 2 to 7, in which the advertising flap (2) is provided with a bearing (11) at its base, the bearing (11) cooperating with a bearing seat (12) provided on the frame (1).
9. A rotary billboard according to claim 8, further comprising a guide pin seat (14) parallel to the swing link (5), wherein the guide pin seat (14) is provided with a plurality of guide seats (13) for guiding the movement of the swing link (5);
the guide seat (13) is provided with a guide pin hole for the guide pin (3) to pass through.
10. A rotary billboard according to claim 9, in which the groups of sensors are arranged evenly in groups on the frame (1).
