the merchant system comprises a merchant interface, a receiving identifier, a storage, a controller, a generator, a transmitter, an offer module, a merchant editor, a payment link and a point storage module;
the system editor is used for editing system announcements and issuing system preferential schemes, the system editor sends edited information to the receiving identifier, when the receiving identifier identifies that the content sent by the system editor is the system preferential scheme, the preferential scheme is sent to the storage through the receiving identifier, and meanwhile merchant announcements and preferential schemes edited by merchants through the merchant editor are stored in the storage;
the merchant calls the preferential scheme and the merchant advertisement from the storage to a merchant interface through the controller;
the customer scans a system code scanning end displayed by a merchant through a system APP, enters a system to check advertisements and preferential schemes displayed on a merchant interface through paying attention to a system public number, selects the preferential schemes through a generator, randomly numbers the customer who selects the preferential schemes, receives the preferential schemes selected by the customer through a receiving identifier, transmits the preferential schemes and the numbers selected by the customer to the merchant interface and the customer interface through a transmitter, pays through a payment link in the customer interface, and records the information of the customer through a customer data analysis module by an operation system;
the merchant sets the proportion of the benefit offering through the benefit offering module, after the customer pays in the system, the amount of the benefit offering enters the merchant module, and the amount of the benefit offering enters the operation fund of the operation system;

setting effective time of consumption in the numbering device, wherein customers are in the sequence within the effective time, and do not receive the system red packet in the sequence if the effective time is exceeded, and the starting time of the effective time is the consumption time of the merchant;
