Today, with the development of networks, the demand for news reading has long shifted from traditional paper media to network media. The current news portal and information reading software directly present the news list of the current day to the user. When reading news, a user can only know the relevant information of a certain news event in the day, and has no global knowledge on the beginning and the development evolution of the whole event. When a user wants to know the context of the news event, the user needs to input the information once to search the news event, which is time-consuming.

Optionally, the constructing a timeline of the plurality of news events with associated progress events and a corresponding relationship between the timeline and the associated progress events according to the occurrence time of each news event, the set of entities, and the set of keywords may include:
grouping the plurality of news events according to each entity in the set of entities, the news events in each event group including at least one same entity;
according to the occurrence time of the news events in each event group, sequencing the news events in the event group according to the time sequence;
and if the N continuous news events in the sequenced news events contain at least one same keyword, constructing a time line of the N news events by using the occurrence time of the N news events, and establishing a corresponding relation between the N news events and the corresponding occurrence time on the time line.
In the embodiment of the application, after a plurality of news events are grouped according to an entity, news events in an event group are arranged according to a time sequence, then if N continuous news events in the sequenced news events contain at least one same keyword, the occurrence time of the N news events is used for constructing a time line of the N news events, and the corresponding relation between the N news events and the corresponding occurrence time on the time line is established, wherein N is an integer greater than 1. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 as an example of a company 2 news event 2, if the news event 2 is a news event listed in the company 2, the news event including the company 2 is divided into an event group during grouping, and if there are 4 news events in the event group, and after the 4 news events are sorted according to occurrence time, each news event includes a keyword such as listed or recruited, it may be determined that the occurrence time of the 4 news events may construct a timeline, and then a corresponding relationship between the 4 news events and the corresponding occurrence time is established, so as to complete the construction of the timeline and the corresponding relationship between the timeline and the news events.
Optionally, another embodiment of the method for processing a news event provided in the embodiment of the present application further includes:
acquiring a newly added news event and the occurrence time of the newly added news event;
determining the similarity between the newly added news event and the news event on the established timeline;
selecting a timeline with the highest similarity to the newly-added news event from the timelines with the similarity larger than a similarity threshold value as a candidate timeline;
and adding the occurrence time of the newly added news event on the candidate time line, and establishing a corresponding relation between the newly added news event and the occurrence time of the newly added news event added on the candidate time line.
In the embodiment of the application, the corresponding relation between the time points on the time line and the news events is not invariable after the corresponding relation between the time points on the time line and the news events is established, and the computer equipment can calculate the similarity between the newly added news events in the network and the news events on the time line and continuously associate the newly added news events in the network to the time line according to the similarity.
Optionally, the determining the similarity between the new news event and the news event on the established timeline may include:
determining entities and keywords in the newly added news event;
and determining the similarity between the newly added news event and the news event on the established timeline according to the number of the same entities and the same keywords in the newly added news event and the news event on the established timeline.
In the embodiment of the present application, entities and keywords are mainly considered when determining the similarity, for example: it may be determined whether the same entity is contained, and in case the same entity is contained, in case the similarity of the keywords is determined, for example: if the new news event includes "company 2", the situation of the keywords is further analyzed, and if the new news event also includes the keywords "listing" and "fund raising", the occurrence time of the new news event may be updated to the timeline corresponding to fig. 4, and then the new news event is associated with the timeline. If the keyword in the new news event is "video", the new news event is associated with the timeline associated with the video describing company 2.
The above process of constructing a timeline and its correspondence to the associated progress events can also be understood with reference to fig. 13.
As shown in fig. 13, the above construction may include three processes of news event library construction, timeline construction and timeline hotspot association. Wherein the content of the first and second substances,
and (3) constructing a news event library: the web crawler can crawl news webpages from various news websites regularly every day, and store the news webpages into a news event library after cleaning and denoising.
And (3) time line construction: the timeline construction process can comprise four parts of time extraction, named entity identification, keyword extraction and event association.
For each news event newly added to the news event library, the news event may be in the form of a document. The time of occurrence of a news event is first extracted from the news event using a time extraction tool. And then extracting entities related to the news event and keywords describing the news event from the text and the title of the news event by using a named entity identification and keyword extraction tool. And finally, the event correlation tool correlates each news event according to the occurrence time, the entity and the keyword extracted from the news event to form a news event timeline. The flow of event association may be:
selecting news events in a certain time interval [ t1, t2] from a news event library, wherein the news events in the time interval [2018-1-1 00.
And respectively extracting the entities and the keywords contained in the obtained news event set to obtain an entity set E and a keyword set W.
The set of news events is grouped according to the entities in entity set E: for each entity E in E, all news events containing the entity E are divided into the same event group; it is also possible to combine (E1, E2) any two entities in E, and all news events containing (E1, E2) are divided into the same event group.
And sequencing the news events in each event group according to time sequence. And if the N continuous news events contain the same keyword, taking the N news events as a candidate timeline.
And for each candidate timeline, if the time span of the news events contained in the candidate timeline exceeds one day, the candidate timeline is taken as a real timeline.
Time line hotspot association: and (4) taking news hotspots crawled from various big news sites in real time or editing and writing news hotspot manuscripts as news hotspots to be online. And for each time line, calculating the text similarity between each hot news event to be listed and each established time line for each hot news event to be listed, namely a newly added news event. And if the similarity is greater than a certain threshold, binding the hot news event with the timeline. And if a plurality of time lines can be bound to one hot news event, selecting the time line with the maximum similarity as the final bound time line.
After the computer device 50 establishes the time line and the corresponding relationship between the time line and the news event, the time line and the news event corresponding to the time line are pushed to the server 30 in fig. 1, so that the terminal can obtain the latest progress event in time.
The above is a description of a method for processing news events, and a terminal, a server, and a computer device in the embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 14, an embodiment of the terminal provided in the embodiment of the present application includes:
an input unit 401 for responding to a selection operation for a news application;
a sending unit 402, configured to send a page request message for the news application to a server according to the selection operation input by the input unit 401;
a receiving unit 403, configured to receive a news page sent by the server, where the news page includes information of multiple news events, where the multiple news events include at least one target news event, the target news event has an associated progress event, and the information of the multiple news events includes an entry for viewing the progress event;
a presentation unit 404, configured to present the information of the plurality of news events received by the receiving unit 403, and present an entry of the progress event at a corresponding position of the target news event.
According to the method and the device, the entrance of the progress event related to the news event is provided when the news event is displayed, so that the searching efficiency of the progress event is improved, and a user can conveniently know the development process of the news event.
Optionally, the input unit 401 is further configured to respond to a selection operation on a target entry, where the target entry is one of entries of the progress events;
a sending unit 402, further configured to send a progress event request message for the target portal to the server;

As shown in fig. 15, an embodiment of the server provided in the embodiment of the present application includes:
a receiving unit 501, configured to receive a page request message for a news application sent by a terminal;
a processing unit 502, configured to search a news page according to the page request message of the news application received by the receiving unit 501, where the news page includes information of multiple news events, the multiple news events include at least one target news event, the target news event has an associated progress event, and the information of the multiple news events includes an entry for viewing the progress event;
a sending unit 503, configured to send the news page found by the processing unit 502 to the terminal, so that the terminal displays the information of the multiple news events, and displays the entry of the progress event at the corresponding position of the target news event.
According to the scheme provided by the application, when the terminal requests the news page, the news page which contains the progress event related to the news event and is provided for the terminal is provided, so that the user can improve the searching efficiency of the progress event through the entrance, and the user can conveniently know the development process of the news event.
Optionally, the receiving unit 501 is further configured to receive a progress event request message sent by the terminal for a target entry, where the target entry is one of entries of the progress event;
the processing unit 502 is further configured to search, according to the progress event request message of the target entry, information of a progress event corresponding to the target entry;

As shown in fig. 16, an embodiment of a computer device provided in the embodiment of the present application includes:
an acquisition unit 601 configured to acquire a plurality of news events within a target time period;
a determining unit 602, configured to determine an occurrence time of each news event in the plurality of news events acquired by the acquiring unit 601;
an extracting unit 603, configured to extract a set of entities and a set of keywords included in the plurality of news events acquired by the acquiring unit 601, where the entities are participant objects in the news events;
a constructing unit 604, configured to construct, according to the occurrence time of each news event determined by the determining unit, the set of entities extracted by the extracting unit, and the set of keywords, a timeline with an associated progress event in the plurality of news events and a correspondence between the timeline and the associated progress event.
According to the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the time line and the corresponding relation of the correlated progress events in the network can be established at regular time, so that the correlated progress events can be displayed when the terminal displays the events, the efficiency of searching the progress events is improved, and a user can conveniently and quickly know the development and evolution process of the news events.
Optionally, the construction unit 604 is configured to:
grouping the plurality of news events according to each entity in the set of entities, the news events in each event group including at least one same entity;
and for the news events containing at least one same keyword in each event group, constructing a time line according to the occurrence time of each news event in the news events containing at least one same keyword, and establishing a corresponding relation between each news event and the corresponding occurrence time on the time line.
Optionally, the construction unit 604 is configured to:
determining news events containing at least one same keyword in each event group;
and constructing a time line according to the sequence of the occurrence time of each news event in the news events containing at least one same keyword.
Optionally, the construction unit 604 is configured to:
grouping the plurality of news events according to each entity in the set of entities, the news events in each event group including at least one same entity;
according to the occurrence time of the news events in each event group, sequencing the news events in the event group according to the time sequence;
and if the N continuous news events in the sequenced news events contain at least one same keyword, constructing a time line of the N news events by using the occurrence time of the N news events, and establishing a corresponding relation between the N news events and the corresponding occurrence time on the time line.
Optionally, the obtaining unit 601 is further configured to obtain a new news event and occurrence time of the new news event;
a determining unit 602, further configured to determine similarity between the new news event and the news event on the established timeline;

Optionally, the determining unit 602 is configured to:
determining entities and keywords in the newly added news event;
and determining the similarity between the newly added news event and the news event on the established timeline according to the number of the same entities and the same keywords in the newly added news event and the news event on the established timeline.

The above-mentioned news event processing process is executed by a terminal device, for example, any terminal device such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), a POS (Point of Sales), and a vehicle-mounted computer, taking the terminal as a mobile phone as an example:
fig. 17 is a block diagram showing a partial structure of a cellular phone related to a terminal device provided in an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 17, the handset includes: radio Frequency (RF) circuit 1110, memory 1120, input unit 1130, display unit 1140, sensor 1150, audio circuit 1160, wireless fidelity (WiFi) module 1170, processor 1180, and camera 1190. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the handset configuration shown in fig. 17 is not intended to be limiting and may include more or fewer components than shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components.
The following describes each component of the mobile phone in detail with reference to fig. 17:
the RF circuit 1110 may be used for receiving and transmitting signals during a message transmission or a call, and the RF circuit 1110 is also referred to as a transceiver. Specifically, after receiving downlink information of the base station, the downlink information is processed by the processor 1180; in addition, data for designing uplink is transmitted to the base station. In general, RF circuit 1110 includes, but is not limited to, an antenna, at least one Amplifier, a transceiver, a coupler, a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA), a duplexer, and the like. In addition, RF circuit 1110 may also communicate with networks and other devices via wireless communications. The wireless communication may use any communication standard or protocol, including but not limited to Global System for Mobile communication (GSM), general Packet Radio Service (GPRS), code Division Multiple Access (CDMA), wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA), long Term Evolution (LTE), email, short Messaging Service (SMS), and the like.
The memory 1120 may be used to store software programs and modules, and the processor 1180 may execute various functional applications and data processing of the mobile phone by operating the software programs and modules stored in the memory 1120. The memory 1120 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required by at least one function (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), and the like; the storage data area may store data (such as audio data, a phonebook, etc.) created according to the use of the cellular phone, and the like. Further, the memory 1120 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device.
The input unit 1130 may be used to receive a user selection operation and generate a key signal input related to user setting and function control of the cellular phone. For example: responding to the selection operation of the user on the news application and the entrance of the progress event. Specifically, the input unit 1130 may include a touch panel 1131 and other input devices 1132. Touch panel 1131, also referred to as a touch screen, can collect touch operations of a user on or near the touch panel 1131 (for example, operations of the user on or near touch panel 1131 by using any suitable object or accessory such as a finger, a stylus, etc.) and drive corresponding connection devices according to a preset program. Alternatively, the touch panel 1131 may include two parts, namely, a touch detection device and a touch controller. The touch detection device detects the touch direction of a user, detects a signal brought by touch operation and transmits the signal to the touch controller; the touch controller receives touch information from the touch sensing device, converts the touch information into touch point coordinates, sends the touch point coordinates to the processor 1180, and can receive and execute commands sent by the processor 1180. In addition, the touch panel 1131 can be implemented by using various types, such as resistive, capacitive, infrared, and surface acoustic wave. The input unit 1130 may include other input devices 1132 in addition to the touch panel 1131. In particular, other input devices 1132 may include, but are not limited to, one or more of a physical keyboard, function keys (e.g., volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, a joystick, and the like.
The display unit 1140 may be used to display a news page, a progress event in the form of a timeline. The Display unit 1140 may include a Display panel 1141, and optionally, the Display panel 1141 may be configured in the form of a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), an Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED), or the like. Further, the touch panel 1131 can cover the display panel 1141, and when the touch panel 1131 detects a touch operation on or near the touch panel, the touch panel is transmitted to the processor 1180 to determine the type of the touch event, and then the processor 1180 provides a corresponding visual output on the display panel 1141 according to the type of the touch event. Although in fig. 17, the touch panel 1131 and the display panel 1141 are two independent components to implement the input and output functions of the mobile phone, in some embodiments, the touch panel 1131 and the display panel 1141 may be integrated to implement the input and output functions of the mobile phone.
The handset may also include at least one sensor 1150, such as a light sensor, motion sensor, and other sensors. Specifically, the light sensor may include an ambient light sensor and a proximity sensor, wherein the ambient light sensor may adjust the brightness of the display panel 1141 according to the brightness of ambient light, and the proximity sensor may turn off the display panel 1141 and/or the backlight when the mobile phone moves to the ear. As one of the motion sensors, the accelerometer sensor can detect the magnitude of acceleration in each direction (generally, three axes), can detect the magnitude and direction of gravity when stationary, and can be used for applications of recognizing the gesture of the mobile phone (such as horizontal and vertical screen switching, related games, magnetometer gesture calibration), vibration recognition related functions (such as pedometer and tapping), and the like; as for other sensors such as a gyroscope, a barometer, a hygrometer, a thermometer, and an infrared sensor, which can be configured on the mobile phone, further description is omitted here.
Audio circuitry 1160, speakers 1161, and microphone 1162 may provide an audio interface between a user and a cell phone. The audio circuit 1160 may transmit the electrical signal converted from the received audio data to the speaker 1161, and convert the electrical signal into a sound signal for output by the speaker 1161; on the other hand, the microphone 1162 converts the collected sound signals into electrical signals, which are received by the audio circuit 1160 and converted into audio data, which are then processed by the audio data output processor 1180, and then transmitted to, for example, another cellular phone via the RF circuit 1110, or output to the memory 1120 for further processing.
WiFi belongs to short-distance wireless transmission technology, and the cell phone can help a user to receive and send e-mails, browse webpages, access streaming media and the like through the WiFi module 1170, and provides wireless broadband internet access for the user. Although fig. 17 shows the WiFi module 1170, it is understood that it does not belong to the essential constitution of the handset, and can be omitted entirely as needed within the scope not changing the essence of the invention.
The processor 1180 is a control center of the mobile phone, and is connected to various parts of the whole mobile phone through various interfaces and lines, and executes various functions of the mobile phone and processes data by operating or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 1120 and calling data stored in the memory 1120, thereby performing overall monitoring of the mobile phone. Optionally, processor 1180 may include one or more processing units; preferably, the processor 1180 may integrate an application processor, which mainly handles operating systems, user interfaces, application programs, etc., and a modem processor, which mainly handles wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated within processor 1180.
The camera 1190 is used to collect images.
The mobile phone further includes a power supply (such as a battery) for supplying power to each component, and preferably, the power supply may be logically connected to the processor 1180 through a power management system, so that functions of managing charging, discharging, power consumption, and the like are implemented through the power management system.
Although not shown, the mobile phone may further include a camera, a bluetooth module, etc., which are not described herein.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the processor 1180 included in the terminal further has the following control functions:
responding to the selection operation of the news application;
sending a page request message for the news application to a server;
receiving a news page sent by the server, wherein the news page comprises information of a plurality of news events, the news events comprise at least one target news event, the target news event has an associated progress event, and the information of the news events comprises an entrance for viewing the progress event;
and displaying the information of the plurality of news events, and displaying the entries of the progress events at the corresponding positions of the target news events.
Optionally, this may include:
responding to a selection operation of a target entry, wherein the target entry is one of entries of the progress events;
sending a progress event request message for the target portal to the server;
receiving information of a progress event corresponding to the target entry, which is sent by the server;
and displaying information of the progress events corresponding to the target entry.
Optionally, the presenting information of the progress event corresponding to the target entry may include:

Fig. 18 is a schematic structural diagram of a server 50 according to an embodiment of the present application. The server 50 includes a processor 510, a memory 540, and an input/output (I/O) interface 530, and the memory 540 may include a read-only memory and a random access memory, and provides operating instructions and data to the processor 510. A portion of the memory 540 may also include non-volatile random access memory (NVRAM).
In some embodiments, memory 540 stores elements, executable modules or data structures, or a subset thereof, or an expanded set thereof as follows:
in the embodiment of the present application, during the process of processing the news event, by calling the operation instructions stored in the memory 540 (the operation instructions may be stored in the operating system),
the I/O interface 530 is configured to receive a page request message for a news application sent by a terminal;
processor 510 is configured to search a news page according to a page request message of the news application, where the news page includes information of a plurality of news events, where the plurality of news events includes at least one target news event, the target news event has an associated progress event, and the information of the plurality of news events includes an entry for viewing the progress event;
the I/O interface 530 is configured to send the news page to the terminal, so that the terminal displays the information of the plurality of news events, and displays the entry of the progress event at the corresponding position of the target news event.
According to the scheme provided by the application, when the terminal requests the news page, the news page which contains the progress event related to the news event and is provided for the terminal is provided, so that the user can improve the searching efficiency of the progress event through the entrance, and the user can conveniently know the development process of the news event.
Processor 510 controls the operation of server 50, and processor 510 may also be referred to as a CPU (Central Processing Unit). Memory 540 may include both read-only memory and random-access memory, and provides instructions and data to processor 510. A portion of the memory 540 may also include non-volatile random access memory (NVRAM). The various components of the server 50 in a particular application are coupled together by a bus system 520, wherein the bus system 520 may include a power bus, a control bus, a status signal bus, etc., in addition to a data bus. For clarity of illustration, however, the various buses are designated in the figure as the bus system 520.
The method disclosed in the embodiments of the present application may be applied to the processor 510, or may be implemented by the processor 510. Processor 510 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, the steps of the above method may be performed by instructions in the form of hardware integrated logic circuits or software in the processor 510. The processor 510 described above may be a general purpose processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf programmable gate array (FPGA) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components. The various methods, steps, and logic blocks disclosed in the embodiments of the present application may be implemented or performed. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like. The steps of the method disclosed in connection with the embodiments of the present application may be directly implemented by a hardware decoding processor, or implemented by a combination of hardware and software modules in the decoding processor. The software module may be located in ram, flash memory, rom, prom, or eprom, registers, etc. storage media as is well known in the art. The storage medium is located in the memory 540, and the processor 510 reads the information in the memory 540, and performs the steps of the above method in combination with the hardware thereof.
The I/O interface 530 is further configured to receive a progress event request message sent by the terminal for a target entry, where the target entry is one of entries of the progress event;
processor 510 is further configured to search, according to the progress event request message of the target entry, information of a progress event corresponding to the target entry;
the I/O interface 530 is further configured to send the information of the progress event corresponding to the target entry to the terminal, so that the terminal presents the information of the progress event corresponding to the target entry.
Optionally, the information of the progress events corresponding to the target entry is associated with a timeline, which includes the occurrence time of each progress event.

grouping the plurality of news events according to each entity in the set of entities, the news events in each event group including at least one same entity;
and for the news events containing at least one same keyword in each event group, constructing a time line according to the occurrence time of each news event in the news events containing at least one same keyword, and establishing a corresponding relation between each news event and the corresponding occurrence time on the time line.
Processor 510 is configured to:
determining that each event group contains at least one news event with the same keyword;
and constructing a time line according to the sequence of the occurrence time of each news event in the news events containing at least one same keyword.
Processor 510 is configured to:
grouping the plurality of news events according to each entity in the set of entities, the news events in each event group including at least one same entity;
according to the occurrence time of the news events in each event group, sequencing the news events in the event group according to the time sequence;
if N continuous news events in the sequenced news events contain at least one same keyword, constructing a time line of the N news events by using the occurrence time of the N news events, and establishing a corresponding relation between the N news events and the corresponding occurrence time on the time line, wherein N is an integer greater than 1.
Processor 510 is further configured to:
acquiring a new news event and the occurrence time of the new news event;
determining the similarity between the newly added news event and the news event on the established timeline;
selecting a timeline with the highest similarity to the newly-added news event from the timelines with the similarity larger than a similarity threshold value as a candidate timeline;
and adding the occurrence time of the newly added news event on the candidate time line, and establishing a corresponding relation between the newly added news event and the occurrence time of the newly added news event added on the candidate time line.
Processor 510 is configured to:
determining entities and keywords in the newly added news event;
and determining the similarity between the newly added news event and the news event on the established timeline according to the number of the same entities and the same keywords in the newly added news event and the news event on the established timeline.

Claims (17)

1. A method of news event processing, comprising:
responding to the selection operation of the news application;
sending a page request message for the news application to a server;
receiving a news page sent by the server, wherein the news page comprises information of a plurality of news events, the news events comprise at least one target news event, the target news event has an associated progress event, and the information of the news events comprises an entry for viewing the progress event;
displaying information of the news events, and displaying an entry of the progress event at a corresponding position of the target news event;
displaying information of the progress events corresponding to the target entry in a form associated with the timeline; the target entry is one of the entries of the progress event; the time line contains the occurrence time of each progress event; the occurrence time of each progress event is arranged on the time line in chronological order, and the information of each progress event includes a title of each progress event and a link of each progress event;
sending a request message for a target progress event to the server in response to a selection operation of a link to the target progress event; the target progress event is one of the progress events corresponding to the target portal;
receiving event content corresponding to the target progress event, and displaying the event content corresponding to the target progress event.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
responding to the selection operation of the target entrance, and sending a progress event request message aiming at the target entrance to the server;
and receiving the information of the progress events corresponding to the target entry, which is sent by the server.
3. A method of news event processing, comprising:
receiving a page request message aiming at news application sent by a terminal;
searching a news page according to the page request message of the news application, wherein the news page comprises information of a plurality of news events, the news events comprise at least one target news event, the target news event has a related progress event, and the information of the news events comprises an entrance for viewing the progress event;
sending the news page to the terminal to enable the terminal to display the information of the news events and display the entries of the progress events at the corresponding positions of the target news events; the terminal displays information of a progress event corresponding to the target entry according to a form associated with the timeline; the target entry is one of the entries of the progress event; the time line contains the occurrence time of each progress event; the occurrence time of each progress event is arranged on the time line in chronological order, and the information of each progress event includes a title of each progress event and a link of each progress event;
receiving a request message for a target progress event sent by the terminal in response to a selection operation of a link to the target progress event, wherein the target progress event is one of the progress events corresponding to the target entry;
searching event content corresponding to the target progress event according to the request message aiming at the target progress event;
and sending the event content corresponding to the target progress event to the terminal so that the terminal displays the event content corresponding to the target progress event.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
receiving a progress event request message aiming at the target entrance and sent by the terminal;
searching the information of the progress event corresponding to the target entrance according to the progress event request message of the target entrance;
and sending the information of the progress events corresponding to the target entry to the terminal so that the terminal displays the information of the progress events corresponding to the target entry.
5. A method of news event processing, comprising:
acquiring a plurality of news events in a target time period;
determining an occurrence time of each of the plurality of news events;
extracting a set of entities and a set of keywords contained in the plurality of news events, wherein the entities are participant objects in the news events;
according to the occurrence time of each news event, the set of entities and the set of keywords, constructing a timeline with an associated progress event in the plurality of news events and a corresponding relation between the timeline and the associated progress event, and enabling the terminal to display the progress event according to the method for processing the news events as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 2.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the constructing a timeline of the plurality of news events with an associated progress event and a correspondence of the timeline to the associated progress event according to the occurrence time of each news event, the set of entities and the set of keywords comprises:
grouping the plurality of news events according to each entity in the set of entities, the news events in each event group including at least one same entity;
and for the news events containing at least one same keyword in each event group, constructing a time line according to the occurrence time of each news event in the news events containing at least one same keyword, and establishing a corresponding relation between each news event and the corresponding occurrence time on the time line.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein for the news events comprising at least one same keyword in each event group, constructing a timeline according to the occurrence time of each news event in the news events comprising at least one same keyword comprises:
determining news events containing at least one same keyword in each event group;
and constructing a time line according to the sequence of the occurrence time of each news event in the news events containing at least one same keyword.
8. The method of claim 5, wherein constructing a timeline of the plurality of news events with an associated progress event and a correspondence of the timeline to the associated progress event according to the occurrence time of each news event, the set of entities and the set of keywords comprises:
grouping the plurality of news events according to each entity in the set of entities, the news events in each event group including at least one same entity;
according to the occurrence time of the news events in each event group, sequencing the news events in the event group according to the time sequence;
if N continuous news events in the sequenced news events contain at least one same keyword, constructing a time line of the N news events by using the occurrence time of the N news events, and establishing a corresponding relation between the N news events and the corresponding occurrence time on the time line, wherein N is an integer greater than 1.
9. The method according to any one of claims 5-8, further comprising:
acquiring a newly added news event and the occurrence time of the newly added news event;
determining the similarity between the newly added news event and the news event on the established timeline;
selecting a time line with the maximum similarity to the newly-added news event from the time lines with the similarity larger than a similarity threshold value as a candidate time line;
and adding the occurrence time of the newly added news event on the candidate time line, and establishing a corresponding relation between the newly added news event and the occurrence time of the newly added news event added on the candidate time line.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein determining the similarity between the newly added news event and the news event on the established timeline comprises:
determining entities and keywords in the newly added news event;
and determining the similarity between the newly added news event and the news event on the established timeline according to the number of the same entities and the same keywords in the newly added news event and the news event on the established timeline.
11. A terminal, comprising:
an input unit for responding to a selection operation for a news application;
a sending unit, configured to send a page request message for the news application to a server according to the selection operation input by the input unit;
a receiving unit, configured to receive a news page sent by the server, where the news page includes information of multiple news events, the multiple news events include at least one target news event, the target news event has an associated progress event, and the information of the multiple news events includes an entry for viewing the progress event;
the display unit is used for displaying the information of the plurality of news events received by the receiving unit and displaying the entries of the progress events at the corresponding positions of the target news events;
the display unit is further used for displaying the information of the progress events corresponding to the target entry in a form associated with the timeline; the target entry is one of the entries of the progress event; the time line contains the occurrence time of each progress event; the occurrence time of each progress event is arranged on the time line in chronological order, and the information of each progress event includes a title of each progress event and a link of each progress event;
the input unit is also used for responding to the selection operation of the link of the target progress event; the target progress event is one of the progress events corresponding to the target entry;
the sending unit is further configured to send a request message for the target progress event to the server;
the receiving unit is further used for receiving event content corresponding to the target progress event;
the display unit is further configured to display the event content corresponding to the target progress event.
12. A server, comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving a page request message aiming at news application sent by a terminal;
the processing unit is used for searching a news page according to the page request message of the news application received by the receiving unit, wherein the news page comprises information of a plurality of news events, the news events comprise at least one target news event, the target news event has a related progress event, and the information of the news events comprises an entrance for viewing the progress event;
a sending unit, configured to send the news page found by the processing unit to the terminal, so that the terminal displays information of the multiple news events, and displays an entry of the progress event at a position corresponding to the target news event; the terminal displays information of a progress event corresponding to the target entry according to a form associated with the timeline; the target entry is one of the entries of the progress event; the timeline contains the occurrence time of each progress event; the occurrence time of each progress event is arranged on the time line in chronological order, and the information of each progress event includes a title of each progress event and a link of each progress event;
the receiving unit is further configured to receive a request message for a target progress event sent by the terminal in response to a selection operation of a link to the target progress event, where the target progress event is one of the progress events corresponding to the target entry;
the processing unit is further configured to search for event content corresponding to the target progress event according to the request message for the target progress event;
the sending unit is further configured to send the event content corresponding to the target progress event to the terminal, so that the terminal displays the event content corresponding to the target progress event.
13. A computer device, comprising:
an acquisition unit configured to acquire a plurality of news events within a target time period;
a determining unit configured to determine an occurrence time of each of the plurality of news events acquired by the acquiring unit;
an extracting unit, configured to extract a set of entities and a set of keywords included in the multiple news events acquired by the acquiring unit, where the entities are participant objects in the news events;
a constructing unit, configured to construct, according to the occurrence time of each news event determined by the determining unit, the set of entities extracted by the extracting unit, and the set of keywords, a timeline with an associated progress event in the plurality of news events and a correspondence between the timeline and the associated progress event, so as to enable the terminal to display the progress event according to the method for processing news events as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 2.

A terminal, characterized in that the terminal comprises: an input device, a transceiver, a display, a processor and a memory, the memory having stored therein instructions for the news event processing of any of claims 1-2, the processor for controlling the input device, the transceiver and the display to perform corresponding operations;
the input device is used for responding to the selection operation of any one of claims 1-2;
the transceiver is configured to perform the steps of message transmission and information reception as claimed in any of claims 1-2:
the display is used for showing information of a news event as claimed in any one of claims 1-2.
15. A server, characterized in that the server comprises: an input/output (I/O) interface, a processor, and a memory having stored therein instructions for news event processing according to any one of claims 3-4;
the I/O interface is used for receiving a request message sent by a terminal;
the processor is adapted to execute instructions of the news event processing stored in the memory to perform the steps of the method of news event processing as claimed in any one of claims 3-4.
16. A computer device, characterized in that the computer device comprises: an input/output (I/O) interface, a processor, and a memory having stored therein instructions for news event processing according to any one of claims 5-10;
the I/O interface is used for acquiring a plurality of news events in a target time period;
the processor is adapted to execute instructions of the news event process stored in the memory to perform the steps of the method of news event process as claimed in any one of claims 5-10.
17. A computer-readable storage medium having stored therein instructions for news event processing, which when run on a computer, cause the computer to perform the method of any one of claims 1-2 above, or perform the method of any one of claims 3-4 above, or perform the method of any one of claims 5-10 above.
