1. The air curtain angle adjustable air curtain range hood introduced by the invention brings the gas condition in the working area of the range hood into the index for evaluating the working state of the air curtain device. The angle adjusting device takes the gas condition in the working area as one of evaluation bases when the air curtain angle of the air curtain device is adjusted through the working state of the fan device, so that the adjustment of the air curtain device is more in line with the actual requirement. Only when the adjustment to the fan device of the user can cause the influence on the cooking environment, the air curtain device is adjusted, and the blindness of the adjustment is avoided. And when the gas condition judgment result is yes, a verification step is added, so that misjudgment is avoided, and errors caused by environmental fluctuation are eliminated.
5. According to the air curtain angle-adjustable air curtain range hood introduced by the invention, when the gas judgment result is negative, the state of the fan is judged, the influence of the adjustment of the working state of the fan device on the cooking environment is fully considered, and the diffusion of oil smoke to a non-working area and the hidden danger of the diffusion are strictly limited. The purpose of the fan state judgment is to evaluate the possibility that the air curtain airflow is sucked into the air suction opening, and when the result of the fan state judgment is yes, the possibility that the air curtain airflow is sucked into the air suction opening is high.
6. The air curtain angle adjustable air curtain range hood introduced by the invention respectively limits the working state of the fan device and the air curtain angle of the air curtain device, so that the adjustment of the air curtain angle of the air curtain device can be based on the influence of the working state change of the fan device on the environment.
7. According to the air curtain angle adjustable air curtain range hood introduced by the invention, the angle adjusting device does not directly adjust the air curtain device after obtaining the actual value of the working state data of the fan device, but firstly judges whether the actual value is matched with the current working state of the air curtain device, and when the actual value is matched with the current working state of the air curtain device, the adjustment is not needed. For example, when the actual value of the working state data of the fan device indicates that the current probability of generating oil smoke is high, the air curtain angle of the air curtain device is adjusted forward correspondingly, for example, the intensity of air flow of the air curtain is increased, and the air curtain is adjusted to be away from the air suction opening of the fan.
8. The air curtain angle adjustable air curtain range hood introduced by the invention is additionally provided with the position acquisition unit. The extractor hood takes into account whether or not all self-adjustments can be made to the user before making them. The adjustment is ineffective if it does not provide a benefit to the user. When the user is within the range of the first position threshold, indicating that the user is susceptible to smoke, the degree of control over the air curtain apparatus should be enhanced.

Further, the order of the judgment of the air curtain angle adjustable air curtain range hood according to the data of the working area gas condition is prior to the order of the judgment according to the working state of the fan device. The gas condition acquisition device can detect the component content in the gas, when the target component content in the gas is lower, the oil smoke condition of the working area is not reached to a corresponding threshold value, and when the target component content in the gas is higher, the oil smoke condition of the working area is reached to the corresponding threshold value. So that the equipment can be adjusted to the gas environment of the working area to the oil fume component rather than other gas components.
Further, the work area in this embodiment includes: the range hood is arranged below the range hood and on one side of the range hood close to the oil smoke source.
Further, the operating condition of the fan apparatus in this embodiment includes: wind power gear and fan rotating speed. The air curtain angle of the air curtain device comprises: the opening/closing state of the air curtain device and/or the primary angle of the air curtain airflow relative to the vertical direction and/or the secondary angle of the angular coverage range of the air curtain airflow at the air outlet of the air curtain device, which is perpendicular to the movement direction of the air curtain device. The working state of the fan device can be directly obtained by a control system of the range hood, so that a user can transmit corresponding parameters for adjusting the working state of the fan device to the angle adjusting device when controlling the range hood, and the user can complete simultaneous control of the fan device and the air curtain device by only implementing adjustment once.
This embodiment has injectd the operating condition of fan device and the air curtain angle of air curtain device respectively for adjust the air curtain angle of air curtain device and can use air curtain device or the influence of air curtain device to the environment as the basis.
EXAMPLE five
The difference between the air curtain angle adjustable air curtain range hood introduced in this embodiment and the above embodiments is: the range hood comprises a position acquisition unit for acquiring the position of a user, and the position acquisition unit controls the working state of components of the range hood. At least one of the gas condition acquisition device and the angle adjustment device is connected with the position acquisition unit, and the working state of the gas condition acquisition device and the working state of the angle adjustment device are controlled by the position acquisition unit. When the position relation of the user relative to the range hood meets corresponding conditions, at least one of the gas condition acquisition device and the angle adjustment device starts to work, and the adjustment of the air curtain angle of the air curtain device can be implemented. The temperature adjusting part is configured, and preferably, at least a part of the temperature adjusting part is disposed outside the air curtain duct. The air curtain air channel is used for providing a flowing space for air flow, and the design of the invention can greatly reduce the obstruction of the temperature adjusting part to the air curtain air flow and ensure the smooth flowing of the air curtain air flow.
Further, in the air curtain temperature adjustable air curtain range hood in this embodiment, the temperature adjusting portion 7 is circumferentially disposed outside/inside the air curtain device. The air curtain can be heated from a plurality of directions, and the heating uniformity is ensured. The temperature adjustment part includes a heating coil. The temperature adjustment unit described in this embodiment is mainly constituted by a heating coil, and the structure of the heating coil is easily adjusted, thereby increasing the applicability to the use environment.

The difference between the air curtain temperature adjustable air curtain range hood described in this embodiment and the above embodiments is: the air curtain range hood comprises a switch part for controlling the working state of the temperature adjusting part. The switch component can be a component connected with a control system of the range hood, and the switch state of the switch component can be automatically adjusted and switched by the range hood according to the working environment state and the duration time of the working state, and can also be appointed by a user. Preferably, the user-specified level is higher than the level of automatic control of the system.

Further, in the air curtain range hood introduced in this embodiment, the air inlet 21 of the air curtain device is communicated with the air duct 32 of the fan device, and the air inlet 21 of the air curtain device is arranged facing the airflow direction in the air duct 32 of the fan device; preferably, the angle between the direction of the air inlet 21 of the air curtain device and the air flow direction in the air duct 32 of the fan device is 90-180 °. Further, in the curtain range hood described in this embodiment, the air inlet portion 24 and the guide portion 26 are connected by the transition portion 25, the axis of the air inlet portion 24 and/or the axis of the guide portion 26 mainly extend along a straight direction, and the transition portion 25 has a certain bending angle, so as to change the airflow direction in the air curtain device. Preferably, the included angle between the extending direction of the guiding portion 26 along the inner airflow direction thereof and the air outlet direction of the air curtain device is 90-180 °. The air curtain range hood introduced by the embodiment designs the structure of the air curtain device, and the structural design of the multiple sections ensures that each section can be matched with other sections while playing the functions. As shown in fig. 1, the difference between the air curtain range hood of the present embodiment and the above embodiments is: the air curtain device comprises an air storage part 27 for adjusting the distribution of air inside the air curtain device, an air outlet 23 of the air curtain device is arranged on the air storage part 27, and the air storage part 27 forms a part of an air channel of the air curtain device.
Further, in the curtain type range hood described in this embodiment, the cavity inside the air storage portion 27 is annular, and the annular cavity of the air storage portion 27 is disposed around the air suction opening (the lower middle portion of the structure shown in fig. 1) of the air curtain type range hood.

Further, in the curtain type range hood described in this embodiment, the impurity removing unit 6 is connected to a side of the guide portion 26 close to the air storage portion 27. The edulcoration unit in this embodiment includes multilayer structure, and each layer all can realize certain edulcoration function. Preferably, the structure of the multilayer impurity removing units is the same, and the number of layers of the impurity removing units connected into the air curtain device air channel can be controlled by the switch of the impurity removing units. When the multi-layer impurity removal unit is connected into the air channel, the impurity removal function is achieved together, and the impurity removal effect is guaranteed. When the number of layers of the impurity removal unit connected into the air channel is small, the minimum flowing loss of the air flow can be ensured. Wherein the impurity removing unit can be a device with a filtering function.
Further, in the curtain range hood described in this embodiment, the impurity removing unit may be a deflectable sheet structure disposed in the air duct of the air curtain device. Further, in the curtain range hood described in this embodiment, at least a part of the switch portion of the air curtain device is disposed outside the air curtain range hood, and a user can perform a trigger operation on the switch portion to implement an air curtain function of closing/opening the air curtain device.
Further, the air curtain range hood in the embodiment includes a position obtaining unit for obtaining the position of the user. The gas condition acquisition device comprises an atmosphere acquisition switch unit for controlling whether the gas condition acquisition device is turned on or not.
Further, in the air curtain range hood in this embodiment, the position acquisition unit is connected to the atmosphere acquisition switch unit and controls the operating state of the gas condition acquisition device. Preferably, the first distance is a distance between an air curtain air outlet of the air curtain range hood and a user.
The air curtain range hood introduced by the embodiment is additionally provided with the position acquisition unit. Preferably, the position acquisition unit is connected with the air curtain device, and when the state of the human body acquired by the position acquisition unit reaches a threshold value, the air curtain device is controlled to be opened. Or, the switch unit is connected with the position acquisition unit, and when the state of the human body acquired by the position acquisition unit reaches a threshold value, the gas condition acquisition device is controlled to be started. This control is beneficial to reducing the burden of the system.
In addition, in the air curtain range hood introduced in this embodiment, the position obtaining unit is not only used for bringing the position of the user into one of the conditions for controlling the opening of the air curtain, but also used for limiting the specific action mode of the air curtain range hood. On the one hand, the air curtain can be judged whether to be meaningful to the user through the air outlet of the air curtain or the distance between the equipment and the user. If the user is near the apparatus, the user may be affected by the oil smoke or the water vapor. Alternatively, when the user is located in the vicinity of the apparatus, the user is likely to be affected by the oil smoke or the water vapor.

Further, the impurity removal capability determining device in this embodiment compares the data acquired by the first air duct gas condition acquiring device with the data acquired by the second air duct gas condition acquiring device, and when a comparison result between the two does not exceed a threshold value, the impurity removal capability of the impurity removal unit is good. And comparing the data between the first air channel gas condition acquisition device and the second air channel gas condition acquisition device, so that the impurity removal capability of the impurity removal unit can be independently inspected.

preferably, the order of the judgment according to the data of the gas condition of the working area is prior to the order of the judgment according to the working state of the fan device;
preferably, the order of adjustment for the primary angles precedes the order of adjustment for the secondary angles.

The air curtain angle adjustable air curtain range hood according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the angle adjusting device judges whether the air curtain angle of the air curtain device is adjusted according to the data of the working area air condition and the current air curtain angle of the air curtain device; adjusting the air curtain angle of the air curtain device according to the result of the gas condition judgment and/or prompting the judgment result and/or prompting an operation suggestion;
preferably, when the result of the gas condition judgment is yes, corresponding adjustment is performed.

The air curtain angle adjustable air curtain range hood according to claim 3, wherein when the result of the gas condition judgment is negative, the fan condition judgment is performed according to the working condition of the fan device and the current air curtain angle of the air curtain device; adjusting the air curtain angle of the air curtain device according to the judgment result of the fan state and/or prompting the judgment result and/or prompting an operation suggestion;
preferably, when the result of the fan state judgment is yes, corresponding adjustment is performed.
