The lamp body connecting piece 20 is in a hollow tubular shape, and threads are arranged on the inner wall of the lamp body connecting piece 20 so as to be used for being matched and connected with a lamp body. It will be appreciated that the lamp body connector 20 is a nut. Referring to fig. 3, the rotary joint 40 is configured as a hollow circular tube. The pivot assembly further comprises a spring collar 49, a clamping groove 43 is formed in the outer wall of the rotary joint 40, the spring collar 49 is sleeved on the clamping groove 43, when the lamp body connector 20 is sleeved on the rotary joint 40 and is pressed down forcefully, the spring collar 49 is contracted inwards and then is opened and clamped into the lamp body connector 20 to be matched with the lamp body connector 20 to be rotatably installed on the rotary joint 40, and at the moment, the inner convex ring 21 is matched with the spring collar 49 to prevent the lamp body connector 20 from being separated from the rotary joint 40. As in this embodiment, the spring collar 49 is provided in the form of an open ring with an arc length of about three-quarters of a circle. The rotary joint 40 has an outer convex ring 44 at one end near the fixed seat 50, and the outer convex ring 44 is arranged in a circular ring for being embedded into a containing groove 51 of the fixed seat 50.
The fixing seat 50 is in a cylindrical shape. The accommodating groove 51 of the fixing seat 50 is arranged in a semicircular shape, i.e. a notch is formed for the convex ring 44 of the rotary joint 40 to be clamped in. The retaining ring 510 extends outside the fixing seat 50 corresponding to the accommodating groove 51, and the retaining ring 510 is located at one side of the accommodating groove 51 close to the rotary joint 40, so as to axially limit the outer convex ring 44 clamped in the accommodating groove 51, and prevent the outer convex ring 44 from axially falling out of the accommodating groove 51. The middle part of the fixing seat 50 is provided with a rotating shaft cavity 52 for accommodating the rotating shaft 60, and the rotating shaft cavity 52 is in a cylindrical shape. The middle part of the fixing seat 50 is provided with a rotating space 53, and the rotating space 53 is positioned between the rotating shaft cavity 52 and the accommodating groove 51 and is communicated with the rotating shaft cavity 52 and the accommodating groove 51. The inner wall of the fixed seat 50 is provided with a blocking point 54 in a protruding manner corresponding to the rotating space 53, and the blocking point 54 is used for realizing local limit when the rotating shaft 60 rotates relative to the fixed seat 50, so as to prevent the rotating shaft 60 from rotating more than one circle relative to the fixed seat 50, and protect the conductive terminal 10 and the conductive wire 19 from winding. The blocking point 54 is spaced from the accommodating groove 51. The fixing base 50 is provided with a connecting column 55, and the mounting member 80 is screwed and fixed on the connecting column 55 after passing through the mounting member 80 by a screw 90.
The rotating shaft 60 is generally cylindrical and comprises a main body part and an actuating end 61, wherein the main body part is sleeved with the elastic element 70, and the outer diameter of the actuating end 61 is larger than the size of the cylinder part, so that one end of the elastic element 70 sleeved on the main body part abuts against the side surface of the actuating end 61 facing the main body part. The actuating end 61 is mounted in the spindle cavity 52. In this embodiment, the elastic element 70 is a spring, sleeved on the rotating shaft 60, and abuts against the actuating end 61 of the rotating shaft 60 mounted in the rotating shaft cavity 52. The rotating shaft 60 has a limit boss 62, the limit boss 62 is located in the rotating space 53, further, the limit boss 62 extends from the actuating end 61 toward the rotating joint 40, and the limit boss 62 is correspondingly located at the peripheral position of the rotating space 53, i.e. a position close to the inner wall. The limiting boss 62 and the blocking point 54 are located in the same circumference, so that local limitation is achieved when the rotating shaft 60 rotates relative to the fixing base 50. Specifically, the limit boss 62 and the stop point 54 only occupy a small portion of the circumference, so that the rotation angle of the rotating shaft 60 relative to the fixing seat 50 is relatively large, for example, the maximum angle of the rotating shaft 60 relative to the fixing seat 50 in forward and reverse rotation may be 330-350 degrees. When the rotating shaft 60 rotates forward or reversely until the boss 62 is in abutting contact with the stop point 54, a limiting effect can be achieved. In other embodiments, if the rotation shaft 60 does not need to rotate with respect to the fixed seat 50, the positioning of the positioning boss 62 and the stop point 54 may be eliminated.
The actuating end 61 of the rotating shaft 60 is provided with a key slot 610 on one surface facing the conductive terminal 10, and the screwing part 115 correspondingly stretches into the key slot 610 to drive the rotating shaft 60 to rotate when the conductive terminal 10 rotates. Specifically, the key groove 610 is disposed in a cross shape, one portion corresponds to the snap-in screwing portion 115, and the other portion corresponds to the accommodating barb portion 12.
The mounting member 80 has two tabs 81 that mate with various standard light mount configurations, such as E12, E14, E26, E27, G9, GU10, etc.
The rotatable lamp head device of the present invention is connected to a lamp body through a conductive terminal 10 and a lamp body connecting member 20, and is connected to a lamp head base through a mounting member 80. At this time, because the lamp body connecting piece 20 is movably connected with other parts of the whole rotatable lamp cap device, the rotatable lamp cap device is not required to be driven or the lamp body is not required to be driven when the lamp body connecting piece 20 is rotated, and the rotatable lamp cap device and the lamp body are easily connected and fixed, thereby being convenient and quick.
When the lamp body is required to rotate relative to the lamp holder, the conductive terminal 10 connected with the lamp body drives the rotating shaft 60 and the rotating joint 40 to rotate, the rotating shaft 60 is pushed to the fixed seat 50 by the pressure of the elastic element 70, so that friction damping is provided, and after the angle of the lamp body is adjusted in place, the angle between the lamp body and the lamp holder is fixed through the damping. The limiting boss 62 and the blocking point 54 are arranged, so that the lamp body cannot rotate infinitely relative to the lamp holder, and damage to the lamp body, particularly the lead 19, is avoided.
The rotatable lamp holder device has the functions of plugging in and rotating, can be connected with various lamp covers and various standard lamp holder seats through modularized design, does not need to be redesigned and manufactured according to lamps with different specifications, and has wide application.
