The reset plate 10, the fixed plate 11, the ratchet wheel and steel wire rope pulley plate assembly 12, the switch collision block 2, the micro switch 3, the button assembly, the electromagnet 5, the lever assembly, the pawl assembly, the reset spring 8 and the supporting block 9 are all arranged on the bottom plate 1.
The button assembly comprises a button 4-1, a vertical inclined plate 4-3, a spring 4-2, a button mounting bracket 4 and a poking connecting rod 4-4, wherein a slotted hole 4-5 and the vertical inclined plate 4-3 on the poking connecting rod are inserted into the slotted hole. The button and the vertical sloping plate are integrated and arranged on the button mounting bracket, the button spring is sleeved at the upper end of the vertical sloping plate, the toggle connecting rod is in the horizontal direction, and the toggle connecting rod is linked with the lever assembly. The electromagnet 5 is an electromagnet working at DC 24V.
The lever assembly comprises a lever shaft 6-1, an integrated lever 6 and a clamping groove 6-2 at the front end of the lever, a supporting block (a rear end bulge) is clamped by the clamping groove in the same way as the clamping groove, when the supporting block is prepared by a flat plate, the rear end bulge of the supporting block is a plate with the edge bent downwards and is clamped in the clamping groove, when an electromagnet is attracted or a button is pressed down, the clamping groove moves left, the supporting block (the rear end bulge) is separated from the clamping groove, and the pawl assembly comprises pawls 7-1 which can be passively rotated (clockwise or anticlockwise) around the rotating shaft 10-1, and at the moment, a ratchet wheel is released, although the pawls are still positioned between ratchet teeth at the moment; when neither the electromagnet nor the button acts, the front end of the lever is reset rightwards; when the manual spanner rotates the ratchet assembly clockwise, the pawl of the pawl assembly rotates anticlockwise around the rotating shaft 10-1 under the action of the friction force of the ratchet wheel and the torsion force of the supporting block reset tension spring 10, and the bending part of the rear end bulge of the supporting block reenters the clamping groove of the lever clockwise and is in lap joint locking.
In fig. 3, the pawl assembly comprises a pawl 7-1 and a vertically upturned rear stop baffle 7 integrally prepared with the pawl, a long waist-shaped or long strip-shaped hole 7-2 is formed in the center of the rear stop baffle, the rear end of the rear stop baffle 7 is fixed with a reset spring 8, the front end of the reset spring 8 is fixedly arranged on a reset plate 10, the pawl 7-1 and the rear stop baffle 7 integrally prepared with the pawl are fixed below the reset plate, a rotating shaft 10-1 is a supporting block 9, the pawl 7-1, a reset plate and a mounting shaft of the pawl assembly (the supporting block 9, the reset plate and the pawl assembly are sleeved on the mounting shaft), and the mounting shaft is inserted into the front end of the long strip-shaped hole 7-2 formed in the rear stop baffle; when the ratchet wheel and wire rope wheel disc assembly 12 is rotated clockwise by using an inner hexagonal wrench (related to the ratchet wheel tooth direction of the ratchet wheel, corresponding to the figure 1 of the invention), the ratchet teeth are pushed away continuously along the bevel edge of the ratchet wheel teeth and are embedded between ratchet teeth one by one in a reciprocating manner under the action of the reset spring 8, the long-strip-shaped hole 7-2 is formed in the pawl 7-1, the rotary shaft 10-1 penetrates into the long-strip-shaped hole 7-2, the pawl 7-1 is driven by the reset spring 8 to do reciprocating motion under the limit of the long-strip-shaped hole 7-2 (when anticlockwise, the bulge at the rear end of the supporting block is limited by the clamping groove, and the ratchet cannot rotate reversely at the position of the nearly right-angle edge). Reference numeral 11 of the fixed plate, ratchet wheel and wire rope pulley plate assembly 12. The rear end of the supporting block 9 is provided with a rear end bulge matched with the clamping groove and is matched with the shape of the clamping groove in a concave-convex way. The fixing plate 11 is not needed, and a fixing frame can be used for fixing the ratchet wheel and the central shaft in the steel wire rope pulley plate assembly 12 firmly.
When in a reset state, the electromagnet and the button are at normal positions, namely the electromagnet does not work, the button is not pressed, when in the reset state, the clamping groove 6-2 at the front end of the lever and the bulge at the rear end of the supporting block 9 are at matched positions, then the bulge at the rear end of the supporting block 9, the pawl at the upper end and the reset plate 10 are relatively fixed and can not rotate, the pawl 7-1 is arranged between the teeth of the ratchet wheel, the ratchet wheel can only rotate in a unidirectional clockwise direction, only manually in the figure, the inner hexagonal wrench can rotate in a clockwise direction, and when in rotation, the inner hexagonal wrench rotates in a clockwise direction on the central shaft corresponding to the disc of the steel wire rope, and then the steel wire drives the valve shaft to be tensioned, so that the valve is in a reset state; if the button is pressed down or the electromagnet works to attract, the movable fixed end of the electromagnet armature or the button component drives the rear end lever to rotate anticlockwise, the clamping groove on the front end lever is separated from the rear end bulge of the supporting block 9, the supporting block (the rear end bulge) and the pawl component can rotate clockwise around the rotating shaft 10-1, the pawl is equivalent to the unhooked state, the tensioned valve shaft steel wire can drive the ratchet to rotate anticlockwise, and the blade or the valve of the smoke exhaust fire prevention valve can enter the action state (opening or closing and being set according to the requirement). When the pawl can rotate around the rotating shaft 10-1, the right end of the supporting plate 9 is separated from the switch collision block 2 of the micro switch; a valve action signal is sent to the control end of the building through the micro switch. The valve actuation signal may then determine the electromagnetic operation or disconnection, in which case the actuator of the invention returns to the reset state. The pawl also resets (the resetting process is described in the previous section), the ratchet wheel and the wire rope wheel are manually rotated clockwise, the wire is wound on the wire rope wheel, the wire drives the valve shaft to be tensioned, and the valve is in a resetting state. One end provided with a supporting block reset tension spring 9-1 is used for fixing the supporting block 9 for pulling the supporting block to rotate and reset. Torsion springs can also be arranged on the rotating shafts of the lever and the like to reset the member.
The ratchet wheel component works as follows: when the pawl is released, the pulling force of the steel wire rope makes the ratchet wheel device rotate anticlockwise, and when the ratchet wheel device is reset, the inner hexagonal wrench rotates clockwise to overcome the pulling force of the steel wire rope.
The elastic force of the supporting block reset tension spring 9-1 (torsion spring can be adopted) enables the supporting block to rotate anticlockwise until reset to a reset state, at the moment, the pawl is lapped into a groove of the ratchet wheel, and the ratchet wheel cannot rotate anticlockwise; at this time, the front ends of the supporting block 9 and the lever are provided with matching grooves and tenons, namely, the notches are in protruding matching lap joint with the supporting block.
The supporting block and the front end of the lever are provided with matching grooves and tenons, namely protrusions and notches, the supporting block is arranged below, the pawl is arranged in the middle, the reset plate is arranged above the pawl, the pawl slides along the hole in the middle, and the supporting block or the reset plate is drilled with holes for installing a vertical rotating shaft.
After the action, under the action of the reset tension spring 9-1 or the reset torsion spring arranged under the supporting plate, when the inner hexagonal wrench is used for resetting the ratchet, the pawl device can automatically recover to an initial state (the state that the ratchet is limited by the pawl teeth) at the same time, so that the ratchet and the pawl teeth are effectively overlapped again, and the output passive signals can be output in a group of two groups.
The supporting block 9 and the front end of the lever are provided with matching grooves and tenons, namely notches and protrusions, the supporting block 9 (shaped flat plate structure) is arranged below, the pawl is arranged in the middle, the reset plate is arranged above the pawl, the pawl can slide along the hole in the middle, and the holes are arranged on the supporting block and the reset plate and are used for installing the vertical rotating shaft 10-1.
Embodiments of the button assembly: the lever assembly has the function of providing a force for poking the lever at the rear end of the lever shaft, so that the button assembly can be structurally provided with a poking button and a poking connecting rod for fixing the poking button, and the end part of the poking connecting rod is in linkage contact or fixed with the lever at the rear end of the lever shaft, namely a left-right poking rod is provided; if the installation position of the manual handle is the same as that of the existing smoke exhaust fireproof valve, the button assembly is better in the following structure: the button assembly comprises a button, a vertical inclined plate, a compression spring, a button support 4 and a stirring connecting rod, wherein the end part of the stirring connecting rod is in linkage contact with or fixed with a lever at the rear end of the lever shaft, the button is fixed with the vertical inclined plate, or the compression spring is sleeved on a lever inside the button, the button support is fixed on a bottom plate, a hole which enables the button to vertically stretch out and draw back is exposed on the button support, the vertical inclined plate is fixed at the lower part of the button, the vertical inclined plate is arranged in a rectangular hole formed in the surface of the stirring connecting rod, the tip of the vertical inclined plate is downward, and the lever is provided with an armature iron and a movable fixed end of the button assembly, such as the lever is relatively fixed with the lever through a pin shaft or the lever is stirred through a hook. The external specification of the valve actuator is equivalent to that of the existing actuator, the rope wheel disc with the coaxial ratchet wheel can be manually rotated by a tool, the steel wire rope wound on the rope wheel disc can be released under the elasticity or the gravity by a manual handle (wrench), and the valve actuator can be controlled by a manual button or an electromagnet.
