The working process of the invention is as follows:
the air in the base 1 is pumped out through the circulating blowing dust removing device 31 so that the inside of the base 1 is in a negative pressure state, and meanwhile, the air current at the moment is blown into the diversion cover 32 from the sealed top end through the circulating blowing dust removing device 31 so as to carry out dust removal on the circular knitting machine 4.
Accomplish the air current of dust removal work and can flow back to base 1 once more because of the reason of base 1 negative pressure, wherein, the air current can loop through second annular filter screen subassembly 23, the annular cavity and the first annular filter screen subassembly 5 that form are enclosed to sealed cowling 21 and barrel 22, when the air current passes through second annular filter screen subassembly 23 and first annular filter screen subassembly 5, the dust that carries in the air current can be filtered by second annular filter screen subassembly 23, blow the dust once more on knitting circular knitting machine 4 when avoiding the air current to blow into sealed cowling 21 again through circulating air-blowing dust collector 31, make the dust that is carried by the air current difficult fall again on knitting circular knitting machine 4, finally reach and prevent that surrounding environment and knitting circular knitting machine 4 from receiving secondary pollution's effect.

the filtering mechanism (2) comprises a sealing cover (21) which is arranged on the base (1) and covers the circular knitting machine (4) in the sealing cover, a cylinder body (22) which is arranged in the sealing cover (21) and is coaxial with the sealing cover (21) and the base (1), and a second annular filtering screen component (23) of which the inner side and the outer side are respectively connected with the upper end surface of the cylinder body (22) and the inner wall of the sealing cover (21), wherein the cylinder body (22) is arranged around the circular knitting machine (4), and the first annular filtering screen component (5) is positioned in an annular area formed by enclosing the lower end surface of the sealing cover (21) and the lower end surface of the cylinder body (22);
the dust removal mechanism (3) comprises a circulating blowing dust removal device (31) and a shunting cover (32), wherein the circulating blowing dust removal device (31) is installed at an air inlet and an air outlet (321) and is respectively communicated with the upper end of the sealing cover (21) and the interior of the base (1), the shunting cover (32) is used for driving the air flow blown into the sealing cover (21) by the circulating blowing dust removal device (31) to respectively blow towards each yarn, the shunting cover (32) is arranged in an inverted circular truncated cone shape, and a plurality of air outlets (321) are formed in the outer wall of the shunting cover (32), and one end of each air outlet is far away from the axis of the shunting cover (32) and faces towards the second annular filter screen assembly (;
the yarn supply device (41) of the circular knitting machine (4) is arranged in the sealing cover (21) and located above the second annular filter screen assembly (23), the second annular filter screen assembly (23) is located below the yarn supply device (41) and the transmission device of the circular knitting machine (4), and the air outlets (321) face the yarn supply device (41) and the transmission device of the circular knitting machine (4) respectively and are arranged at positions between the yarn supply device (41) and the transmission device.

A dust-extraction device for circular knitting machines, according to claim 1, characterized in that: the first annular filter screen assembly (5) is formed by splicing a plurality of first filter pieces (51) which are arranged in a fan-shaped manner, and each first filter piece (51) comprises a frame body (511) which is arranged in a fan-shaped manner, a plurality of reinforcing ribs (512) which are arranged in the frame body (511), a first grating plate (513) which is fixed on the upper surface of the frame body (511) and covers the frame body (511), and a first metal wire filter screen (514) which covers the upper surface of the first grating plate (513).
