Abstract
The invention discloses a nano multifunctional water-based anticorrosive paint which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 10% of water, 10% of montmorillonite slurry, 25% of epoxy modified polyvinyl alcohol liquid, 0.2% of dispersant, 4% of film forming agent, 0.2% of defoaming agent, 0.2% of bactericide, 40% of acrylic emulsion and 0.6% of thickening agent. The invention can prepare nano polyvinyl alcohol film-forming slurry with certain film-forming property after mixing the modified polyvinyl alcohol solution and the montmorillonite slurry according to a certain proportion and dispersing at high speed, and then the nano polyvinyl alcohol film-forming slurry is polymerized with acrylic emulsion to prepare the high-performance water-based anticorrosive paint.

Technical Field

Background
Anti-corrosive paints are a class of paints used on the surface of objects that can be used to protect the interior of the object from corrosion. Polyvinyl alcohol is a colorless, nontoxic, noncorrosive, water-soluble and degradable high molecular polymer, and is widely applied to the fields of adhesives, emulsions, films and the like due to low cost, so that the polyvinyl alcohol is an ideal low-cost adhesive film-forming substance. However, the polyvinyl alcohol has poor water resistance, thereby affecting the performance of the anticorrosive coating. The existing multifunctional water-based anticorrosive paint has the defects of high production cost and poor performance, and therefore, the nano multifunctional water-based anticorrosive paint is provided.

Preferably, the water-soluble montmorillonite slurry semi-finished product comprises 85% of water, 14% of montmorillonite and 1% of an antiseptic bactericide by mass.
