Abstract
The invention discloses an accelerator which can accelerate a bicycle to move forwards by pedaling backwards, comprising a chain wheel, a shell, two groups of ratchet wheels and a group of planetary gear trains arranged in the middle; the chain wheel, the outer ratchet wheel of the first group of ratchet wheels and the inner gear ring of the planetary gear train form an important part (input stage) integrally, and the pawl seat, the central gear and the output hole of the planetary gear train form a main part (output stage) integrally; a group of planet wheels are arranged between the central gear and the inner gear ring. The invention has scientific design and novel structure, can fully exert and utilize the potential of a human body when being applied to a bicycle, creates happy sports, and is a novel and applicable accelerator.

The invention belongs to the technical field of bicycle structures, and particularly relates to an accelerator capable of accelerating a bicycle to run forwards by pedaling backwards.
Background
The bicycle is a common green travel tool in daily life of people, particularly, the bicycle is shared in recent years, the problem of the last kilometer of people is solved, more and more people participate in the bicycle riding green travel, and the bicycle is more and more necessary. However, most of the rear wheels of the existing bicycles adopt a one-way transmission structure, so that a rider can only pedal forwards to drive forwards, and the bicycle idles or backs up when pedaling backwards, so that the rider cannot move forwards.

the two groups of ratchet wheels are in sliding fit with the planetary gear train through balls, and the first group of ratchet wheels consists of an outer ratchet wheel gear ring A and two pawls A and pawl seats A which are matched with the outer ratchet wheel gear ring A; the second group of ratchet wheels consists of an outer ratchet wheel gear ring B, two pawls B and a pawl seat B which are matched with the outer ratchet wheel gear ring B; an outer ratchet gear ring B of the second group of ratchet wheels is fixed on the shell, a plurality of mandrels are arranged on the pawl seat B, the mandrels are respectively provided with a planet wheel, and the mandrels and the pawl seat B are connected into a whole to form a planet carrier; the planet gear is meshed with an inner gear ring on the outer ratchet gear ring A and a central gear on the pawl seat A to form a planet gear train; the chain wheel is connected with the inner gear ring on the outer ratchet gear ring A into a whole to form an important part of the driver, namely an input stage; the pawl seat A, a central gear and an output hole of the planetary gear train are connected into a whole to form a main component of the transmission, namely an output stage;

Preferably, the number of the planet wheels of the planetary gear train is 3-5.
Preferably, the sprocket may be designed as a gear in other applications.
When the invention is used in other mechanical manufacturing, the output hole can also be designed as an output shaft.
Has the advantages that: the invention adopts two groups of ratchet wheels and a group of planetary gear train arranged in the middle, so that the rotation direction of the output hole of the invention is not changed or stopped along with the change of the rotation direction of the small flying chain wheel, thus forming an accelerator which can accelerate the bicycle to move forwards by pedaling backwards and can be used for replacing the small flying of the existing bicycle.

Embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the drawings, wherein like reference numerals represent the same or similar elements throughout the several views. The accelerator provided by the invention can accelerate the bicycle to move forwards by pedaling backwards, is used for replacing the small fly of the bicycle, but is not limited to the above, and can also be used in other devices or equipment.
The structure and principles of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
With reference to fig. 1-3, an accelerator for accelerating a bicycle forward by pedaling backward, comprises: the chain wheel 1, the shell 10, the output hole 11, two groups of ratchet wheels and a group of planetary gear trains arranged in the middle are arranged; the two groups of ratchet wheels are in sliding fit with the planetary gear train through balls 14, and the first group of ratchet wheels consists of an outer ratchet wheel gear ring A2, and two pawls AK1 and pawl seats A3 which are matched with the outer ratchet wheel gear ring A2; the second group of ratchet wheels consists of an outer ratchet wheel gear ring B8, two pawls BK2 and a pawl seat B9 which are matched with the outer ratchet wheel gear ring B8; an outer ratchet gear ring B8 of the second group of ratchet wheels is fixed on the shell 10, a plurality of mandrels 7 are arranged on the pawl seat B9, planetary wheels 5 are respectively arranged on the mandrels 7, the number of the planetary wheels 5 is 4, and the mandrels 7 and the pawl seat B9 are connected into a whole to form a planet carrier; the planet gear 5 is meshed with the inner gear ring 4 on the outer ratchet gear ring A2 and the sun gear 6 on the pawl seat A3 to form a planet gear train; the chain wheel 1 is connected with an outer ratchet gear ring A2 and an inner gear ring 4 into a whole; the pawl seat A3 is integrated with the sun gear 6 and the output hole 11 of the planetary gear train;
one end of the output hole 11 is an internal thread hole which can be connected with a hub barrel of a rear wheel of the bicycle, the end of the output hole is also provided with an annular lug 12, a plurality of threaded holes 15 are distributed on the circumference of the annular lug 12, and the output end of the accelerator is fixed on the hub barrel of the rear wheel of the bicycle by using a thumbscrew, so that the looseness is avoided when the bicycle is ridden and pedaled; a section of screw thread is arranged on the excircle at the other end of the output hole 11, a hollow gland 16 with internal screw thread is arranged on the screw thread, and the hollow gland 16 is in sliding fit with the middle of the contact of the shell 10 through a ball 14;
one ends of a pawl AK1 and a pawl BK2 are respectively in sliding fit with semicircular hole grooves formed in a pawl seat A3 and a pawl seat B9, middle portions of the pawl AK1 and the pawl BK2 are respectively connected with a pawl seat A3 and a pawl seat B9 through springs 13, and the other ends of the pawl AK1 and the pawl BK2 are respectively clamped in ratchets on an outer ratchet gear ring A2 and an outer ratchet gear ring B8.
The principles of the present invention are illustrated below: the accelerator is used for replacing the small-flying ratchet of the existing bicycle, and the two groups of ratchets are arranged in the same direction and are consistent with the direction of the small-flying ratchet of the bicycle. The chain wheel 1 is designed and manufactured as a bicycle chain wheel, the output hole 11 is manufactured as a threaded hole and is connected with a drum barrel of a rear wheel like a small bicycle fly, and the drum barrel is fixed in a plurality of threaded holes 15 by using thumb screws; the housing 10 is fixed to the frame so as not to be rotatable.
When a rider pedals forwards (pedals clockwise), the bicycle chain drives the chain wheel 1 to rotate clockwise, the outer ratchet gear ring A2 of the first group of ratchet wheels (the outer ratchet gear ring A2, the pawl AK1 and the pawl seat A3) also rotates clockwise, and the two pawls AK1 directly drive the pawl seat A3 to rotate clockwise, and because the pawl seat A3 and the output hole 11 are integrated and the output hole is connected with a shaft barrel of the rear wheel, the rear wheel of the bicycle pushes the front wheel to rotate together, so that the bicycle runs forwards.
In the transmission process, the planetary gear train (the inner gear ring 4, the planet gear 5 and the central gear 6) performs integral clockwise transmission, and all gears do not move mutually.
The pawl seat B9 of the second group of ratchet wheels (the outer ratchet wheel gear ring B8, the pawls BK2 and the pawl seat B9) drives the two pawls BK2 to slip in the outer ratchet wheel gear ring B8 to rotate clockwise. When a rider pedals backwards and backwards (pedals anticlockwise), the chain drives the chain wheel 1 (small fly) to rotate anticlockwise, namely the chain drives the first group of ratchet wheel outer ratchet wheel gear ring A2 and the inner gear ring 4 of the planetary gear train to rotate anticlockwise, the outer ratchet wheel gear ring A2 slips and rotates on the two pawls AK1 at the moment, the acting force drives the planet wheels 5 (4) to rotate anticlockwise through the anticlockwise rotation of the inner gear ring 4 of the planetary gear train (because the mandrel 7 of the planet wheels and the pawl seat B9 of the second group of ratchet wheels are connected into a whole to form a planet carrier, and the pawl seat B9 cannot rotate anticlockwise), the anticlockwise rotation of the planet wheels 5 drives the central gear 6 to rotate clockwise, and because the central gear 6 and the output hole 11 are connected into a whole, the rear wheel of the bicycle is driven to rotate clockwise at the same time.
Because the ratio of the number of teeth of the inner gear ring 4 of the planetary gear train to the number of teeth of the central gear 6 is always larger than 1, an accelerating motion is necessarily generated, the speed ratio is equal to the number of teeth of the inner gear ring 4 divided by the number of teeth of the central gear 6, and a rider pedals backwards, so that the bicycle still runs forwards and an accelerating effect is also obtained; the tooth ratio of the inner gear ring 4 to the sun gear 6 in the planetary gear train can be designed according to the requirement of the acceleration ratio. When the rider pedals forwards, one group of muscles is used, and when the rider pedals backwards, the other group of muscles is used, so that two groups of different muscles are alternately used to do work when necessary, the bicycle runs forwards continuously, and the internal potential of the human body is fully exerted and utilized.
The accelerator is scientific in design and novel in structure, and is a novel and applicable accelerator which can be used for accelerating a bicycle to run forwards by pedaling backwards and can replace the small fly of the bicycle.

two groups of ratchet wheels are in sliding fit with the planetary gear train through balls (14), and the first group of ratchet wheels consists of an outer ratchet wheel gear ring A (2), two pawls A (K1) and a pawl seat A (3) which are matched with the outer ratchet wheel gear ring A; the second group of ratchet wheels consists of an outer ratchet wheel gear ring B (8), two pawls B (K2) and a pawl seat B (9) which are matched with the outer ratchet wheel gear ring B; an outer ratchet gear ring B (8) of the second group of ratchets is fixed on the shell (10), a plurality of mandrels (7) are arranged on the pawl seat B (9), the mandrels (7) are respectively provided with a planet wheel (5), and the mandrels (7) and the pawl seat B (9) are connected into a whole to form a planet carrier; the planet gear (5) is meshed with an inner gear ring (4) on the outer ratchet gear ring A (2) and a central gear (6) on the pawl seat A (3) to form a planet gear train; the chain wheel (1) is connected with an inner gear ring (4) on the outer ratchet gear ring A (2) into a whole; the pawl seat A (3) is connected with a central gear (6) and an output hole (11) of the planetary gear train into a whole;
one end of the output hole (11) is an internal thread hole which can be connected with a hub barrel of a rear wheel of the bicycle, the end of the output hole is also provided with an annular lug (12), and a plurality of threaded holes (15) are distributed on the circumference of the annular lug (12); a section of thread is arranged on the excircle at the other end of the output hole (11), a hollow gland (16) with internal thread is arranged on the thread, and the hollow gland (16) is in sliding fit with the shell (10) through a ball (14) in the middle of contact;
