Abstract
The invention discloses an ink supply system of a glass ink-jet printer, which is characterized by comprising a main ink barrel, an ink box, a negative pressure circulating pump, a positive pressure circulating pump and a filter, wherein the negative pressure circulating pump and the positive pressure circulating pump are respectively connected between the main ink barrel and the ink box, and a stirring device is arranged on the main ink barrel. The invention has simple structure and can effectively solve the problems of easy precipitation and poor fluidity of the glass ink.

However, at present, the glass ink has the problems of high density, large viscosity, poor fluidity and easy precipitation.

Further, the ink adding port is connected with an ink adding pipeline 14, the end part of the ink adding pipeline is provided with an ink adding bell mouth 15, and the ink adding pipeline comprises an inclined section connected with the ink adding bell mouth and a horizontal section connected with the ink adding port. The cartridge is provided with a heating blade 16, and a temperature sensor 17 and a pressure sensor 18 are provided in the cartridge.
In this embodiment, main china ink bucket adopts stainless steel, and the ink horn adopts the aluminum alloy, and the pipeline adopts the PE material compatible with glass ink, and positive pressure circulating pump and negative pressure circulating pump are the diaphragm pump, and the diaphragm material of adoption is perfluororubber. The main ink barrel is a cylindrical bottom, and the precipitation of ink at dead angles can be effectively avoided by the additionally arranged stirring device. The ink box is provided with a plurality of nozzles, the nozzles adopt 2001 nozzles with internal circulation functions, and the precipitation of ink in dead angles in the nozzles is avoided, so that the service life of the nozzles is prolonged.
Compared with the prior art, the glass ink circulation system has the advantages that the system is always in a high-speed flowing circulation state in the use process, the ink flow can reach 60ml/min at least, and the problems that the glass ink is easy to precipitate and poor in flowability are effectively solved.

6. The ink supply system of the glass ink-jet printer according to claim 1, wherein the stirring device comprises a stirring motor disposed on the top of the main ink tank, and a stirring rod connected to the stirring motor, and the main ink tank is provided with a liquid level display tube.
