Because the shrinkage rates of the BOPP film, the colorful film and the OPP film entering the shrinkage ratio adjusting device 8 are different at different temperatures, the shrinkage ratios of the BOPP film, the colorful film and the OPP film are respectively adjusted by the BOPP film shrinkage ratio adjusting part 30, the colorful film shrinkage ratio adjusting part 31 and the OPP film shrinkage ratio adjusting part 32 after entering the shrinkage ratio adjusting device 8, so that the shrinkage ratios of the BOPP film, the colorful film and the OPP film after coming out of the shrinkage ratio adjusting device 8 are consistent, and then the BOPP film, the colorful film and the OPP film are compounded into the in-mold labeling with the specific colorful effect by the gluing and pressing device 9, and finally the in-mold labeling is wound by the winding device 10.
The shrinkage ratio regulating principle of the BOPP film shrinkage ratio regulating part 30, the colorful film shrinkage ratio regulating part 31 and the OPP film shrinkage ratio regulating part 32 is as follows: in this embodiment, the shrinkage ratio of the BOPP film is adjusted by the BOPP film shrinkage ratio adjusting unit 30. The adjusting principle of the colorful film shrinkage ratio adjusting part 31 and the OPP film shrinkage ratio adjusting part 32 is the same as that of the BOPP film shrinkage ratio adjusting part 30, and detailed description is omitted here.
Five heating rollers 33, 34, 35, 36, 37 are included in the BOPP film shrinkage ratio adjusting member 30, and the rotation speeds of the five heating rollers are sequentially decreased. The BOPP film is continuously shrunk through five heating rollers in sequence, and finally is taken out from the shell 29 under the driving of the winding device 10, and is wound. The temperature of each heating roller is independently controlled, and a temperature control system is formed by a temperature sensor, a temperature control meter, an electric heater pipe and the like so as to ensure that the temperature of each heating roller is adjustable. This is prior art and will not be described in detail herein.
When the BOPP film passes through five heating rollers in sequence, each heating roller is provided with a variable frequency motor and a frequency converter to control the rotating speed of the variable frequency motor and the frequency converter. The rotating speed of the heating roller can indicate the contact time of the heating roller and the BOPP film. When the rotation speed of the heating roller is reduced, the time of contact with the heating roller increases. The contact time of the BOPP film at a certain temperature is different, and the shrinkage is different. To achieve the adjustment of the predetermined shrinkage amount, it is necessary to determine the time t required for the BOPP film to pass through the five heated rollers, the temperature of the heated rollers, and the total length of the stroke through the five heated rollers as S meters, and set n% as the shrinkage rate.
The unwinding linear speed is V1= (1+ n%) S/t, and the winding linear speed is V2= V1 (1-n%), yielding V2/V1 = 1-n%. The surface linear velocity of the heating roller 33 is matched with the unwinding linear velocity, and the surface linear velocity of the heating roller 37 is matched with the winding linear velocity.
If a BOPP film with low shrinkage as disclosed in CN105829409B was used for the in-mold labeling described in this application. The patent document shows that the shrinkage of BOPP is 3.0-6.0% at 120 ℃ for 5 min. The median value of this value, i.e. n%, was taken to be 4.5% in the test. Thus, in the case where the time required to pass through the five heating rollers and the total length of the stroke passing through the five heating rollers are determined, the unwinding linear speed V1 and the winding linear speed V2 can be calculated.
It is assumed that the shrinkage rates of the OPP film and the heptachromatic film at the respective temperatures are both 10%. The shrinkage of the BOPP film needs to be adjusted to 10% to achieve the same shrinkage as the OPP film and the colorful film. Therefore, the three films compounded with each other have the same shrinkage rate, so that the prepared in-mold label with the colorful effect has no wrinkles and no curls.
Then, in the case where the BOPP film unwinding linear speed is known as V1, the winding linear speed V2 is obtained by substituting a value where n% is 10% into the winding linear speed V2= V1 (1-n%). The rotation speeds of the five heated rollers in the BOPP film shrinkage ratio adjusting member 30 are sequentially decreased. When the unwinding linear speed, that is, the linear speed of the heating roller 33 is not changed, the winding linear speed, that is, the linear speed of the heating roller 37 is reduced, so that the contact time between the BOPP film and the five heating rollers becomes longer, and the shrinkage thereof becomes larger. The principle of adjusting the shrinkage rate of the OPP film and the colorful film is the same as that of the OPP film and the colorful film. And will not be described in detail herein.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the gluing and pressing device 9 comprises a gluing member 39 and a pressing member 40.
The gluing part 39 comprises a gluing roller 41 and a gluing roller 42 which are matched with each other, a gap through which the colorful film can pass is arranged between the gluing roller 41 and the gluing roller 42, and the gap is larger than the thickness of the colorful film so as to allow the colorful film to pass. One side of the upper rubber roller 41, which is far away from the lower rubber roller 42, is matched with the BOPP film, and one side of the lower rubber roller 42, which is far away from the upper rubber roller 41, is matched with the OPP film. The gluing part 39 further comprises a first aerosol spraying part 43 and a second aerosol spraying part 44 which are used for spraying glue on two sides of the colorful film respectively. The first aerosol glue-spraying piece 43 and the second aerosol glue-spraying piece 44 both comprise aerosol glue-spraying nozzles 45, the air flow containing glue solution sprayed by the aerosol glue-spraying nozzles 45 in the first aerosol glue-spraying piece 43 passes through the area between the upper glue roller 41 and the colorful film, and the air flow containing glue solution sprayed by the aerosol glue-spraying nozzles 45 in the second aerosol glue-spraying piece 44 passes through the area between the lower glue roller 42 and the colorful film.
And a temperature control device for controlling the temperature of the air flow which is sprayed out and contains the glue solution is arranged in each aerosol glue spraying nozzle 45, so that the temperature of the air flow which is sprayed out and contains the glue solution is consistent with that of the seven-color film, and the seven-color film is prevented from being influenced by expansion with heat and contraction with cold of the sprayed air flow which contains the glue solution.
The inner parts of the gluing roller 41 and the lower gluing roller 42 are both provided with ventilation cavities 46, the surface of the gluing roller 41 is provided with ventilation holes 47 communicated with the ventilation cavities 46, and the number of the ventilation holes 47 is three and the ventilation holes 47 are arranged at equal intervals. The vent cavity 46 communicates with a suction device.
By arranging the first aerosol glue spraying piece 43 and the second aerosol glue spraying piece 44 on the upper surface and the lower surface of the colorful film respectively, the aerosol glue spraying nozzle 45 sprays glue-containing air flow to circulate between the rubber roller and the colorful film, so that the colorful film cannot be contacted with the rubber rollers on the two sides when passing through a gap formed between the upper rubber roller 41 and the lower rubber roller 42, and further cannot block the air vent 47. The air flow diffused around after the glue is sprayed on the surface of the seven-color film is sucked into the ventilation cavity 46 by the suction action of the suction device to eliminate part of the diffused air flow. Meanwhile, the upper glue roller 41 can adsorb the BOPP film on one side thereof only to the surface of the upper glue roller 41, and the lower glue roller 42 can adsorb the OPP film on one side thereof only to the surface of the lower glue roller 42. Once the air flow containing the glue solution is sucked into the ventilation cavity 46, the glue solution with a certain mass is centrifugally thrown out to the BOPP film (or OPP film) or the colorful film under the centrifugal action of the self rotating speed of the rubber roll.
Further, the pressing piece 40 comprises an upper pressing roller 48 and a lower pressing roller 38 which are matched with each other, a gap through which the BOPP film, the colorful film and the OPP film can pass is formed between the upper pressing roller 48 and the lower pressing roller 38, and the size of the gap is smaller than the thickness of the BOPP film, the colorful film and the OPP film, so that the three films can be pressed together. Because the glue solution is sprayed on both sides of the colorful film, both sides of the colorful film can be respectively compounded with the BOPP film and the OPP film under the action of external force. The compounded in-mold label is wound by a winding device 10.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and they should be construed as being included in the following claims and description.

Claims (10)

1. An in-mold label with colorful effect is characterized in that: including transparent protective layer (1), printing layer (2), seven various rete (3) and laminating layer (4) of mutual bonding in proper order, one side that seven various rete (3) were kept away from in laminating layer (4) cooperatees with the surface of bottle injection molding.
2. The in-mold label with seven-color effect as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the printing layer (2) is made by printing patterns or characters on the transparent protective layer (1) through thermochromic ink.
3. The in-mold label with seven-color effect as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the printing layer (2) can be a film with pattern display, and specifically, patterns or hollow patterns can be printed on the film through thermochromic ink.
4. The in-mold label with seven-color effect as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the transparent protective layer (1) is made of BOPP.
5. The in-mold label with seven-color effect as claimed in claim 4, wherein: a first glue layer (5) is arranged between one side of the transparent protective layer (1) with the printing layer (2) and the colorful film layer (3), and a second glue layer (6) is arranged between the colorful film layer (3) and the attaching layer (4).
6. The in-mold label with seven-color effect as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the laminating layer (4) is made of OPP.
7. The in-mold label with seven-color effect as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the first glue layer (5) and the second glue layer (6) are made of high-temperature-resistant glue.

The apparatus for producing in-mold labels with seven-color effect as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the device comprises an unwinding device (7), a shrinkage ratio adjusting device (8), a gluing pressing device (9), a winding device (10), a PLC (programmable logic controller) control assembly (11), a touch display screen (12) and a frequency converter, wherein the unwinding device (7) comprises a BOPP film unwinding mechanism (13), a seven-color film unwinding mechanism (14) and an OPP film unwinding mechanism (15), and the seven-color film unwinding mechanism (14) is positioned between the BOPP film unwinding mechanism (13) and the OPP film unwinding mechanism (15);
the BOPP film unwinding mechanism (13), the colorful film unwinding mechanism (14) and the OPP film unwinding mechanism (15) respectively comprise an unwinding roller (16), a driven roller (17) and an unwinding tension adjusting roller (18), one side of the unwinding roller (16) is electrically connected with an unwinding variable frequency motor (19), one side of the unwinding tension adjusting roller (18) is electrically connected with an unwinding tension detecting device (20), and the output end of the unwinding tension detecting device (20) is connected with an unwinding frequency converter (21) for controlling the rotating speed of the unwinding variable frequency motor (19);
the winding device (10) comprises a winding roller (22), a traction roller (23), a driven roller (24) and a winding tension adjusting roller (25), wherein one side of the winding roller (22) is electrically connected with a winding variable frequency motor (26), one side of the winding tension adjusting roller (25) is electrically connected with a winding tension detection device (27), and the output end of the winding tension detection device (27) is connected with a winding frequency converter (28) for controlling the rotating speed of the winding variable frequency motor (26).

The apparatus for producing in-mold labels with seven-color effect as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the shrinkage ratio adjusting device (8) comprises a shell (29), and a BOPP film shrinkage ratio adjusting piece (30), a colorful film shrinkage ratio adjusting piece (31) and an OPP film shrinkage ratio adjusting piece (32) which are positioned in the shell (29), wherein the colorful film shrinkage ratio adjusting piece (31) is positioned between the BOPP film shrinkage ratio adjusting piece (30) and the OPP film shrinkage ratio adjusting piece (32);
the BOPP film shrinkage ratio adjusting part (30), the colorful film shrinkage ratio adjusting part (31) and the OPP film shrinkage ratio adjusting part (32) respectively comprise heating rollers (33), (34), (35), (36) and (37), the rotating speeds of the heating rollers (33), (34), (35), (36) and (37) are sequentially reduced, an electric heating pipe capable of heating the heating rollers is arranged in each heating roller, one side of each heating roller is connected with a variable frequency motor driving the heating rollers to rotate, each variable frequency motor is connected with a frequency converter controlling the rotating speed of the variable frequency motor, and the PLC control component (11) is respectively connected with the touch display screen (12) and each frequency converter.

the gluing part (39) further comprises a first aerosol glue spraying part (43) and a second aerosol glue spraying part (44) which are used for spraying glue on two sides of the colorful film respectively, the first aerosol glue spraying part (43) and the second aerosol glue spraying part (44) both comprise aerosol glue spraying nozzles (45), the airflow containing glue solution sprayed by the aerosol glue spraying nozzles (45) in the first aerosol glue spraying part (43) passes through the area between the upper rubber roll (41) and the colorful film, the airflow containing glue solution sprayed by the aerosol glue spraying nozzles (45) in the second aerosol glue spraying part (44) passes through the area between the lower rubber roll (42) and the colorful film, a temperature control device for controlling the temperature of the sprayed airflow containing glue solution to be consistent with the temperature of the colorful film is arranged in each aerosol glue spraying nozzle (45), ventilation cavities (46) are arranged in the upper rubber roll (41) and the lower rubber roll (42), and ventilation holes (47) communicated with the ventilation cavities (46) of the upper rubber roll (41) are arranged on the surface of the upper rubber roll (41), the number of the vent holes (47) is three, the vent holes are arranged at equal intervals, and the vent cavity (46) is communicated with an air extraction device;
