The device has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, convenient installation, easy control and strong transportability; the dotting mark of various automatic devices on products can be met, and the dotting pen can be well protected while the requirement on product marking is met; the jacking part utilizes an air cylinder as a power source and jacks the sealing block through a follow-up bearing which jacks the bottom of the sealing block; the dotting pen clamping part is connected with the jacking part through the guide rail and the spring, so that the dotting pen can be buffered when being dotted, and the dotting pen is effectively protected.
