When the first end cap conveying frame 7 is provided with an end cap and the linear lamp section passes through the first end cap clamping device 4, the piston rod of the first downward probing cylinder 41 extends out to push the first end cap clamping cylinder 42 to be downward integrally, so that the first end cap clamping jaw 43 acts on the end cap on the first end cap conveying frame 7. And finally, resetting the first end cover clamping device 4, so that the next end cover can be conveniently conveyed.

When the second end cap conveying frame 8 is provided with an end cap and the linear lamp sectional material passes through the second end cap clamping device 4, the piston rod of the downward extending cylinder 81 extends out to push the mounting guide rail seat 9 to move downwards along the vertical guide rail 88, so as to drive the second mounting plate 86 to move downwards. The piston rod of the second extend cylinder 82 then extends, pushing the second clamp end cap cylinder 83 in its entirety downward so that the second end cap clamp jaws 84 act on the end caps on the second end cap carriage 8. At this point, the piston rod of the second clamp end cap cylinder 83 acts on the second end cap clamp jaw 84 so that the second end cap clamp jaw 84 can clamp the end cap. Subsequently, the second transfer cylinder 85 pushes the second mounting plate 86 to move along the second guide rail 87. After the end cover is conveyed to the end cover fixing frame 61 on the corresponding side, the piston rod of the second end cover clamping cylinder 83 extends out, and the end cover is pushed to the end cover fixing frame 61 to be positioned; then, the second end cap clamping cylinder 83 is reset, and the second end cap clamping claws 84 are released, so that the end cap is placed on the end cap holder 61. And finally, the second end cover clamping device 5 resets, so that the next end cover is conveniently conveyed.
Due to the fact that the downward extending cylinder 81 is arranged, the second mounting plate 86 can be conveniently controlled to move up and down, and therefore all the parts on the second mounting plate 86 can move up and down conveniently, the end cover conveying frame can be suitable for end cover conveying frames in different positions, and the end cover conveying frame is convenient to use, distribute overall equipment and convey end covers.
The automatic processing equipment for the line lamp sectional materials further comprises a plurality of sensors, and the sensors are arranged on the conveying device 2, the first end cover conveying frame 7 and the second end cover conveying frame 8. Wherein, sensor 10 on conveyor 2 passes through the wire and is connected with transfer motor 21 to can accurately sense the position of the line lamp section bar of carrying on sprocket 23 through sensor 10, and then, can control opening or closing of drive motor 21 through the signal variation of sensor 10, thereby accurate control conveyor 2 improves the degree of accuracy of carrying to the transport of section bar, and then has improved the degree of accuracy to product processing. The sensors 10 on the first end cap conveying frame 7 and the second end cap conveying frame 8 can sense whether end caps exist on the corresponding end cap conveying frames or not, so that the working states of all parts in the first end cap clamping device 4 and the second end cap clamping device 5 can be controlled, and the working accuracy is realized.
