After the calcium is increased, the sulfur in the coal can be absorbed, calcium sulfide is generated and becomes an active component in the slag, and the sulfur dioxide discharged into the atmosphere can be reduced. The liquid slag can adopt a water quenching process, 85% of liquid slag and 15% of fly ash are discharged instead of the original 85% of fly ash and 15% of liquid slag, so that the dust removal load is reduced, the difficulty in stacking the fly ash is also reduced, and water after quenching can be recycled, thereby saving water resources and cost.
The coal slag generated by the coal gas producer is limestone, the content of calcium in the coal is higher, the coal slag is not any coal slag, other kilns cannot burn the coal slag, the coal slag belongs to common solid waste, after the coal slag is utilized, the coal slag does not influence the coal slag, the pollution can be reduced, and the waste is recycled.
