Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to an orthopedic instrument for separating and taking out a tibial plateau prosthesis.
Background
The knee joint is the largest and most complex joint in the human body, and knee replacement refers to a way of replacing all or part of a damaged natural knee joint with a knee prosthesis. Knee prostheses used in knee replacement procedures often have a long life and often require revision after the prosthesis is damaged or loosened.
Knee revision is the removal and replacement of a worn or loosened knee prosthesis with a new knee prosthesis. In this process, a critical step is to separate the old knee prosthesis from the natural bone and remove it.
At present, chiseling separation is mainly carried out on the joint of the tibial plateau prosthesis and the natural bone by using tools with edges such as scalpels and the like, then the tools such as scalpels and the like are inserted into the separation surface, and the tibial plateau prosthesis is pried and taken out by taking the natural bone side as a fulcrum. The method is usually time-consuming and labor-consuming in actual operation due to the influence of factors such as the size, thickness and the like of the osteotome, and the damage to the natural bone on the tibia side is easily caused by the prying mode.
In addition, some existing tibial plateau prosthesis extractors lock a tibial plateau in a manner of clamping the edge of the tibial plateau or anchoring the central hole of the tibial plateau, and use a hammer to knock a handle upwards to extract the tibial plateau. The tool is usually strong in special use, poor in universality and specific in requirement on the structure of a tibial plateau, and generally can be used only after a tibial pad is separated.
Therefore, the tools in the prior art have the problems of complex structure, high cost and poor universality, and other cutting tools are needed to separate the tibial plateau from the natural bone, so the actual operation steps are complicated.

Preferably, the main body is a cylindrical body, the blade head and the first interface are located at one end of the cylindrical body, the second interface is located at the other end of the cylindrical body, and the first interface and the blade head are located on two opposite sides of the cylindrical body respectively.
Preferably, the middle portion of the body has a circular through hole penetrating the body.
Preferably, the blade head is in the shape of a V-wedge, the thickness of which gradually decreases from the end close to the main body to the end far from the main body.
Preferably, the first interface is for setting up the first open slot of main part one end, first open slot is the rectangle recess, the inner wall of first open slot be provided with general handle matched with fastening structure is used for connecting general handle.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the following detailed description is given with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
An embodiment of the present invention provides an orthopaedic instrument for the separation and extraction of a tibial plateau prosthesis, as shown in fig. 1-3, the orthopaedic instrument 1 comprises a main body 101 and a blade 102 extending from one end of the main body 101, the blade 102 is used for being inserted into the junction surface of the tibial plateau prosthesis 3 and the natural bone 2 (reference numeral 4 in fig. 2 and 3 denotes a tibial pad), the main body 101 has a first interface 103 at the same end as the blade 102 and at the opposite side of the blade 102, the first interface 103 is used for connecting a universal handle 5, the tibial plateau prosthesis 3 is separated from the natural bone 2 by striking the tail of the universal handle 5, the other end of the main body 101 has a second interface 104, and the second interface 104 is used for connecting a sliding hammer 6, and the tibial plateau prosthesis 3 is extracted by the pulling force of the sliding hammer 6.
The orthopedic instrument provided by the embodiment of the invention can conveniently and quickly separate and take out the tibial plateau prosthesis from the natural bone, overcomes the problems of complex structure, high processing cost and poor universality of a locking structure in the prior art, integrates the functions of separating and taking out the tibial plateau prosthesis into a whole, improves the efficiency of separating and taking out the tibial plateau prosthesis, and is suitable for the conventional tibial plateau prosthesis at present.
Further, as an embodiment of the present invention, the main body 101 is a cylindrical body, for example: the blade head 102 and the first interface 103 are positioned at one end of the cylindrical body, the second interface 104 is positioned at the other end of the cylindrical body, and the first interface 103 and the blade head 102 are respectively positioned at two opposite sides of the cylindrical body.
Further, the middle portion of the body 101 has a circular through hole penetrating the body 101. The design is to reduce the total weight of the instrument, so that the instrument is lighter and easier to carry.
Further, as an embodiment of the present invention, the blade head 102 has a V-wedge shape, and the thickness thereof gradually decreases from the end close to the body 101 to the end far from the body 101. The V-shaped wedge structure enables the blade head 102 to be smoothly embedded into the joint surface of the tibial plateau prosthesis 3 and the natural bone 2, and is beneficial to the smooth separation process.
Further, the first interface 103 is a first opening groove disposed at one end of the main body 101, the first opening groove is preferably a rectangular groove, and a fastening structure matched with the universal handle 5 is disposed on an inner wall of the first opening groove and used for connecting the universal handle 5.
When the tibia plateau prosthesis is used, the front end of the universal handle 5 extends into the first interface 103 and is connected with the first interface 103, and then the tail of the universal handle 5 is knocked to separate the tibia plateau prosthesis 3 from the natural bone 2.
Further, the second port 104 is a second opening groove, preferably a rectangular groove, provided at the other end of the main body 101, and the second opening groove is used for detachably connecting with the head part of the sliding hammer 6.
The head part of the sliding hammer 6 can be a hook or a triangular gasket and can be fixedly connected with the second interface 104, and when the sliding body on the sliding hammer 6 slides from bottom to top repeatedly, the sliding body impacts the tail part of the sliding hammer 6 and drives the orthopedic instrument to impact upwards, so that the tibial plateau prosthesis 3 and the natural bone 2 are completely separated and pulled out.
The orthopedic instrument provided by the invention is used as follows:
embedding the blade head into the joint surface between the tibial plateau prosthesis and the natural bone, connecting a general handle at a first interface, knocking the tail of the connected general handle by using an iron hammer, and driving the blade head into the joint surface between the tibial plateau prosthesis and the natural bone, so that the joint surfaces are all separated along the periphery of the tibial plateau in sequence;
and then the universal handle connected with the first interface is taken down, the sliding hammer is connected with the second interface, the blade head is embedded into the joint surface of the tibial plateau prosthesis and the natural bone, the sliding body on the sliding hammer is forcibly slid from bottom to top, the sliding body impacts the tail part of the sliding hammer to drive the orthopedic instrument to impact upwards, and the operation is repeatedly carried out at a plurality of joint surfaces so as to completely separate and pull out the tibial plateau prosthesis and the natural bone.
The invention combines the functions of separating and taking out the tibial plateau prosthesis into a whole, has simple and quick operation, greatly improves the efficiency of separating and taking out the tibial plateau prosthesis, is suitable for the conventional tibial plateau prosthesis at present and has the advantage of strong universality.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
