Since the shoe 4 is dried after being washed and the dried hot air is supplied by the fan 316, but the fan 316 is provided with a hot air generating device, a heater 317 is installed at an output end of the fan 316, and the heater 317 heats the air supplied by the fan 316 and forms hot air, which is supplied into the inner lining 3 to dry the inside of the shoe 4.

In order to separate from the shoe body 4 for cleaning and realize synchronous cleaning, and avoid the mutual generated sewage from influencing the cleaning of the other side, at least two impeller areas 105 are divided by a partition plate 109, an impeller 106 rotates in the impeller areas 105, and when the shoe body is started, the impeller 106 rotates to continuously rinse the insole and the shoelaces, so as to realize synchronous cleaning.

s2, selecting program (selectable by mobile terminal): a cleaning mode: ordinary and quick, only cleaning, only drying and only sterilizing; selecting the type of shoe: leather, canvas and mesh surfaces, and selecting the colors: white, dark and light; selecting a key cleaning part: sole, toe cap, left side and right side of shoe body
S3, cleaning: firstly, adding water to about half of the shoe sole, cleaning the shoe sole, rotating the shoe sole to the brush 201 side, starting the brush roller 2 to complete shoe sole cleaning, and stopping the rotation of the brush roller 2; then, the inner liner 3 is filled with water and simultaneously the cleaning liquid is added to reach the set water level. And thirdly, the brush roller 2 is started, the shoes and the lining rotate together to clean the outer surfaces of the shoe bodies 4, and meanwhile, the brush body 312 of the heel is started to clean the heel. The vibrating motor drives the shoe lining to vibrate to clean the inner layer of the shoe, and the shoe vibrates simultaneously to accelerate the cleaning of the shoe. The shoelace and the impeller of the insole rotate to clean the shoe in the shoe cleaning process;
s4, rinsing process: after the cleaning is finished, the water with the detergent is emptied, water is added again, the brush roller 2 rotates to clean, the inner lining body 3 correspondingly rotates, and meanwhile, the shoelace and the insole impeller 106 rotate to rinse the insole. The above rinsing was performed 2 times.
S5, drying: after rinsing, the water is emptied, the inner lining body 3 which originally entered water stops entering water, hot air starts entering, and the shoe body 4 is dried by hot air flow. Meanwhile, the shoelace and the insoles are dried.
S6, sterilizing and removing peculiar smell: when the drying reaches a set interval, the ozone generator works to generate ozone, the ozone enters the hot air pipeline, and the sterilizing and peculiar smell removing agents are added from the inner lining body 3 and other air inlets to achieve thorough sterilization and peculiar smell removal from inside to outside.
And S7, finishing the above processes, and enabling the machine to give out a prompt tone to remind that the process is finished, wherein the top cover can be opened.
In the technical scheme, the shoe washing machine provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
according to the shoe washing machine, the shoe body 4 is fixed through the inner lining body 3, meanwhile, the rotation of the inner lining body 3 and the rotation of the brush roller 2 are utilized to wash the outside of the shoe body 4, the inner lining body 3 is provided with the plurality of through holes 304, water and air can enter from the inside of the shoe body 4, the cleaning from inside to outside is realized, the cleaning efficiency and the cleaning effect are improved, and the secondary pollution is avoided;
in order to adapt to shoe bodies 4 with different sizes, the shoe washing machine of the invention designs the inner lining body 3 with adjustable size, the length of the inner lining body 3 is adjusted through the expansion link of the toe cap, meanwhile, the heel is fixed through the spring wire 309, and the shoe bodies 4 with different sizes are all fixed on the inner lining body 3, so that the shoe bodies 4 are driven to rotate in the following process, and the cleaning effect is improved;
the shoe washing machine is also provided with an impeller area 105, the impeller area 105 is mainly used for washing insoles and shoelaces, and one machine realizes the washing of all parts of the shoe body 4, so that the automation degree is high, and the washing effect is improved.
The friction force can be improved by fixing the shoe body 4, the cleaning efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the hair is planted on the outer surface of the lining body 3, the inside of the shoe body 4 can be rubbed through vibration, the cleaning effect is achieved, the problem of automatic cleaning of the inside of the shoe body 4 is solved, the cleaning, drying, sterilizing and peculiar smell removing are integrated, and the efficiency and the cleaning rate are improved;
the inner lining body 3 is arranged to dry the inner part of the shoe body 4 by hot air, so that the drying effect and the drying efficiency are improved; the invention realizes the independent cleaning of the insoles and the shoelaces, and the impeller area 105 is separated from the cleaning cavity in the shell 1 without mutual influence;
the shoe washing machine is small in size, can not occupy the ground space, and is convenient to store and carry.

1. Shoe washing machine, its characterized in that includes:
the cleaning device comprises a shell (1), wherein a cleaning cavity is formed inside the shell (1), and the upper end of the shell (1) is hinged with a top cover (101);
the inner lining body (3) is integrated inside the shell (1), the inner lining body (3) is configured to be the same as a shoe body (4), the shoe body (4) is sleeved on the inner lining body (3), and a hollow chamber is arranged inside the inner lining body (3);
the brush roller (2) is integrated inside the shell (1) and is arranged between the two inner lining bodies (3), and brushes (201) are fixed on the brush roller (2) along the circumferential direction of the brush roller;
the inner lining body (3) is connected with an inner lining pipe (308), the inner lining pipe (308) is communicated with a cavity of the inner lining body (3), the input end of the inner lining pipe (3) penetrates through the shell (1) and extends to the outside of the shell (1), and one end, extending to the outside of the shell (1), of the inner lining pipe (308) is communicated with a water-gas connecting pipe (307);
the chamber of the inner lining body (3) inputs water and hot gas through the water-gas connecting pipe (307) and the inner lining pipe (308);
through holes (304) communicated with the cavity are uniformly distributed on the surface of the inner lining body (3);
this shoe washing machine still includes:
a shoe supporting rotating motor (313) which is integrated in the shell (1) and is in transmission connection with the lining pipe (308) to drive the lining body (3) to rotate;
a rolling brush motor (319) which is integrated outside the shell (1) and is in transmission connection with the brush roller (2) to drive the brush (201) to rotate;
the input end of a water-air connecting pipe (307) of the shoe washing machine is correspondingly provided with a water inlet electromagnetic valve (314) and a fan (316);
the water inlet electromagnetic valve (314) is opened, and an external water supply device conveys water into the inner lining body (3) through the inner lining pipe (308);
the fan (316) and the heater are turned on, and an external air supply device conveys hot air into the inner lining body (3) through the lining pipe (308).
2. The shoe washing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the lower part of the casing (1) is downwardly protruded with a groove (108) along the length direction thereof, and a drainage port (104) is reserved at the middle position of the groove (108);
the brush roller (2) is arranged in the shell (1) and close to the groove (108), and the brush roller (2) is positioned right above the groove (108);
the inner lining body (2) drives the shoe body (4) to rotate and contact with the rotating brush roller (2), and the brushes (201) of the brush roller (2) collect the cleaned impurities into the groove (108);
the brushes (201) of the brush roller (2) can extend into the groove (108);
the inner lining body (3) and the brush roller (2) are arranged in a relative inclination angle of 2-15 degrees.
3. The shoe washing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the inner lining (3) has a body part (301), a heel part (303) and a toe part (302) of one-piece construction;
when the shoe body (4) to be cleaned is sleeved on the inner lining body (3), the inner lining body (3) is embedded into the shoe body (4) to be cleaned, and the heel part (303) of the inner lining body (3) is attached to the heel of the shoe body (4) to be cleaned;
a fixing component is formed on the inner lining body (3);
the fixed component comprises a toe telescopic rod movably connected with the toe part (302) and a torsion spring piece which is arranged at the rear side of the inner lining body (3) and is attached to the heel of the shoe body (4) to be cleaned;
the shoe toe telescopic rod can extend along the horizontal direction to adjust the length of the inner lining body (3), and the end part of one end, far away from the inner lining body (3), of the shoe toe telescopic rod is abutted to the shoe toe of the shoe body (4) to be cleaned.
4. The shoe washing machine according to claim 3, characterized in that the end of the toe portion (302) of the inner lining (3) has an opening, the toe telescopic rod comprising a rod body (305) and an arc-shaped toe cap (306) fixed to the end of the rod body (305);
the rod body (305) can slide into the inner lining body (3) or slide out of the inner lining body (3) through the opening to adjust the relative distance between the arc-shaped toe cap (306) and the inner lining body (3);
a spring (318) is sleeved at one end of the rod body (305) arranged in the inner lining body (3), the spring (318) is connected with the inner lining body (3), and the spring (318) is in a pressing state to drive the rod body (305) to slide outwards and is attached to the toe cap of the shoe body (4) to be cleaned;
the rod body (305) is of a hollow structure, one end of the rod body (305) arranged in the inner lining body (3) is an open end, and a through hole (304) is formed in the surface of the rod body (305).
