When the operator mounts the drawer 2, the second sliding plate 252 is placed on the surface of the second mounting plate 432 facing the third mounting plate 433, the third sliding plate 253 is placed on the fourth mounting plate 434, the second mounting plate 432 abuts against the second sliding plate 252, and the fourth mounting plate 434 abuts against the third sliding plate 253. The sliding plate 25 can slide in the mounting plate 43, enabling a sliding connection between the drawer 2 and the sliding rail 4.
Both ends of one drawer 2 are provided with sliding plates 25 and sliding rails 4, two groups of sliding plates 25 and sliding rails 4 support both sides of the drawer 2, the two sides are connected in a sliding mode, and the drawer 2 can slide out of and slide into the sliding rails 4. The locking plate 51 is arranged on the side of the front plug 21 of the drawer 2, which is far away from the cabinet door 3, and the locking plate 51 comprises a first locking plate 511, a second locking plate 512 and a third locking plate 513. The first locking plate 511 is arranged in the same direction as the front plug 21, the surface of the first locking plate 511 facing the front plug 21 is fixedly connected with a second locking plate 512 vertically, the second locking plate 512 is attached to the top surface of the front plug 21, the surface of the second locking plate 512 far away from the first locking plate 511 is fixedly connected with a third locking plate 513 vertically, and the third locking plate 513 is arranged in parallel with the first locking plate 511. The first locking plate 511, the second locking plate 512 and the third locking plate 513 have the same length, two faces of the first locking plate 511 close to the cabinet body 1 are fixedly connected with the cabinet body 1, two faces of the second locking plate 512 close to the cabinet body 1 are fixedly connected with the cabinet body 1, and two faces of the third locking plate 513 close to the cabinet body 1 are fixedly connected with the cabinet body 1. The locking plate 51 is fixedly connected between the two parallel inner walls of the cabinet body 1, and the linkage lock 52 is arranged on the surface of the second locking plate 512 departing from the front plug 21.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the linkage lock 52 includes a lock lever 521 and a transmission rod 522, a lock hole 5111 is formed in the first lock plate 511, the lock lever 521 penetrates through the lock hole 5111 and is rotatably connected with the lock hole 5111, the transmission rod 522 is disposed on the circumferential surface of the lock lever 521, the transmission rod 522 is fixedly connected with the lock lever 521, and the arrangement directions of the transmission rod 522 and the lock lever 521 are the same. The operator rotates the transmission rod 522 by rotating the lock lever 521.
In order to control the drawer 2 and the cabinet door 3 simultaneously by the interlocking lock 52, the interlocking lock device 5 further includes two first interlocking plates 53, a second interlocking plate 54, a third interlocking plate 55, two rotating plates 56 and two fixing pieces 57 (see fig. 11). The two first linkage plates 53 are symmetrically and fixedly connected with the circumferential surface of the transmission rod 522 about the axis, and the transmission rod 522 drives the two first linkage plates 53 to move together when rotating. The two first linkage plates 53 are hinged to the second linkage plate 54, and when the first linkage plates 53 rotate, the second linkage plates 54 are driven to rotate in the vertical direction. The surface of the second linkage plate 54 hinged to the first linkage plate 53 and the side far away from the first linkage plate 53 are fixedly connected with a third linkage plate 55, and the setting direction of the third linkage plate 55 is parallel to the setting direction of the first linkage plate 53. The first partition plate 11 has a linking groove 58 on a surface contacting with the side wall of the cabinet 1, and the third linking plate 55 is disposed in the linking groove 58 and contacts with the wall of the groove. The rotating plate 56 is hinged to the third coupling plate 55 and attached to the third coupling plate 55, the two fixing members 57 are fixed to the coupling grooves 58, and the rotating plate 56 is hinged to the fixing members 57.
Referring to fig. 12, in order to cooperate with the rotating plate 56, the slot 6 is fixed on the surface of the front plug 21 of the drawer 2 facing the inside of the cabinet 1 and the surface of the cabinet door 3 facing the inside of the cabinet 1. When one rotating plate 56 rotates, the two rotating plates 56 are inserted into the slots 6 of one drawer 2 and one cabinet door 3, and the two drawers 2 and the two cabinet doors 3 can be locked and unlocked simultaneously.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows: when an operator locks, the rotating plates 56 drive the first linkage plate 53 to move circularly, the first linkage plate 53 drives the second linkage plate 54 to move downwards in the vertical direction, the second linkage plate 54 drives the third linkage plate 55 to move in the vertical direction, the third linkage plate 55 drives the two rotating plates 56 to rotate, and the two rotating plates 56 are inserted into the four slots 6 in a rotating mode to lock the two drawers 2 and the two cabinet doors 3. When an operator unlocks, the lock rod 521 is rotated reversely, the rotating plates drive the first linkage plate 53 to reset, the first linkage plate 53 drives the second linkage plate 54 and the third linkage plate 55 to reset, the two rotating plates 56 slide out of the slots 6, the rotating plates 56 do not block the drawer 2 and the cabinet door 3, and the unlocking of the drawer 2 and the cabinet door 3 is completed.
