Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of deep ultraviolet LEDs, and particularly relates to a ready-to-drink deep ultraviolet sterilization kettle.
Background
Common drinking cup in the market designs simply, does not have the function of disinfecting, and cup live time is longer back, and a lot of moulds can breed to the wall of cup, can fall into impurity such as dust at a time and directly threaten health occasionally in addition. Particularly, in the field environment and the armies' emergence period, drinking water is not filtered and sterilized, but when drinking water is needed in a severe environment, the drinking water can directly cause bacteria to be taken into a human body, so that diseases are caused.
The existing disinfection method has no residue, and the ultraviolet sterilization disinfection principle is that ultraviolet rays with proper wavelength can destroy the molecular structure of DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) or RNA (ribonucleic acid) in microbial organism cells to cause death of growing cells and (or) regenerative cells, so that the effects of sterilization and disinfection are achieved. At present, some ultraviolet sterilizing cups directly irradiate water in the cup body, and easily cause ultraviolet irradiation to the outside of the cup to cause harm to human bodies while sterilizing. Therefore, the sterilizing member is repeatedly turned on and off during use as required for safety, thereby shortening the life of the ultraviolet irradiation lamp.

Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of the entire structure of a ready-to-drink deep ultraviolet sterilization kettle according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention;
fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of the main components of the ready-to-drink deep ultraviolet sterilization kettle according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated by the following figures and examples.
As shown in fig. 1, the instant deep ultraviolet sterilization kettle provided by the invention comprises a kettle cover 10 and a kettle body 20, wherein the kettle cover 10 is provided with a sterilization assembly 101, and an irradiation cavity 102 is arranged below the kettle cover 10. The cavity of the irradiation cavity 102 is integrally formed with the kettle lid 10, wherein, for ensuring the best irradiation effect, the inner wall of the irradiation cavity 102 is light-reflecting and light-proof, such as an aluminum-plated film on the inner wall.
The sterilization assembly 101 performs in-cavity radiation sterilization from the top of the radiation chamber 102. As shown by the arrows in FIG. 1, the water sterilized by irradiation is sucked out from the U-shaped tube in the irradiation chamber 102, and simultaneously the water in the kettle is sucked into the irradiation chamber 102 by negative pressure from the water inlet 103 at the bottom of the irradiation chamber 102, and finally is sucked out through the U-shaped tube 104.
Specifically, the lower end of the irradiation cavity 102 is externally connected with the filter element 201, and water in the kettle body 20 firstly flows through the filter element 201 and then is sucked into the irradiation cavity 102 from the water inlet 103 by negative pressure. In order to prevent the sterilized water in the irradiation chamber 102 from flowing back, a check valve 105 is disposed in the water inlet 103, the check valve 105 is made of soft rubber and is funnel-shaped, and the edge of the check valve is abutted against the water inlet 103. The one-way valve 105 is of a solid funnel type, and the one-way valve 105 is fixed at the lower end of the water inlet 103 at the funnel handle by a fixing piece.
