Abstract
A high performance glove, comprising: gloves, at least one tightening strap and a reel.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to a protective device, and particularly relates to a glove with strong functionality.
Background
Gloves are commonly used in daily life and can be divided into disposable gloves and non-disposable gloves. Non-disposable gloves include athletic gloves, hand gloves, and thermal gloves. Certain sports gloves are more demanding in their design, such as: golf, racing, archery, pool, and horse riding. Gloves are currently available for purchase from brick and mortar stores or ordered from online platforms. With the change of living habits of modern people, online shopping has become widespread. However, for gloves, the sizes of codes between manufacturers and brands are not in accordance at present, so that consumers may buy unsuitable codes on the internet. For the manufacturer, the distribution of the demand of each code is unknown, and the demand of each code in the market can only be guessed for supply. This results in wasted resources when the demand of the consumer and the yield of the supplier are not symmetrical. It is inconvenient for the consumer to return the product (only with the merchant's consent) if an inappropriate glove is purchased on the platform, and to select an appropriate glove again. In addition, for sports with high design requirements of gloves, the velcro is generally adopted to secure the space between the glove and the hand, which is not only generally unsatisfactory in effect, but also may result in the glove not being used continuously after the similar glove is cleaned due to deformation or shrinkage of the glove material or/and the velcro.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides a glove with uniform size and strong functionality.
A specific high performance glove, characterized by comprising: (a) a glove; (b) at least one tightening strap and (c) a reel.
Further, the reel is arranged at the glove part between the back of the hand, the thumb metacarpal body and the index finger metacarpal body of the user under the normal use condition of the high-performance glove as shown in the figure I.
Further, the at least one tightening strap is configured to wrap around at least one of the metacarpal head portions of the thumb, index finger, middle finger, ring finger, and little finger inside the glove under normal use of the high performance glove, as shown in fig. two.
Further, the glove is positioned under the normal use condition of the high-performance glove, as shown in figure three, the finger, the metacarpal bones and the wrist parts are covered.
Further, the material of the glove is an antibacterial material.
Furthermore, the glove is made of at least one material of cloth, leather, fiber, chloroprene rubber, silk, cotton and polyurethane.
Further, the material of the reel is plastic and/or metal.
Further, the material of the at least one tightening band is resin and/or metal.
Further, the glove is under the normal use condition of the high-performance glove, as shown in the fourth figure, the glove part which is positioned between the metacarpal bones of the index finger, the middle finger, the ring finger and the little finger, the proximal phalanx, the middle phalanx and the distal phalanx is provided with a pad thick material on the side closest to the palm center of the user; the glove part which is closest to one side of the palm of the user and is positioned between the metacarpal bones of the thumb and the two phalanges of the thumb is provided with a thick padding material; the portion of the glove above the user's palm is provided with padding material.
Further, the glove is under the normal use condition of the high-performance glove, as shown in the fifth figure, elastic materials are provided at the glove parts which are closest to the back of the hand of the user and are positioned between the metacarpal bones of the index finger, the middle finger, the ring finger and the little finger, the proximal phalanx, the middle phalanx and the distal phalanx; the portion of the glove closest to the back of the user's hand between the metacarpal bones of the thumb and the proximal phalanx of the thumb, the phalanx of the two digits of the thumb, is provided with a resilient material.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
when the hands of a user of the high-performance glove are small, the glove can be tightened after at least one tightening belt in the rolling glove is rotated by the reel. When the user's hand of high performance gloves is great, through loosening the reel, at least one tightening strap in the gloves also can follow by the relaxation, lets the gloves size fit. Therefore, the corresponding adjustment can be realized according to the hand size of the user by only adjusting the reel and the tightness of the glove. The manufacturer does not need to make a supply of different glove sizes specifically for the market needs. From the perspective of the consumer, not only does the consumer not need to guess the number of the gloves when purchasing the gloves, but also the consumer is prevented from purchasing an improper number of the gloves.
The traditional size-balancing gloves are only limited and made of elastic materials. However, certain sports have high requirements (such as hand feel) for glove design, such as: gloves made from elastomeric materials alone for golf, racing, archery, pool and horse riding generally do not meet these levels of athletic expertise. The high performance glove is not limited to be made of elastic material because the glove can be adjusted in size by the winding reel to be able to contract and tighten the strap. Materials that can be used include: leather, fabric, or other non-elastic material. The design concept of a high performance glove also allows for finger flexibility when using stronger materials, as shown in figure five, where elastic material can be provided in the glove area closest to the back of the user's hand between the metacarpal bones of the index, middle, ring and little fingers, the proximal phalanx, the middle phalanx and the distal phalanx; the portion of the glove closest to the back of the user's hand between the metacarpal bones of the thumb and the proximal phalanx of the thumb, the phalanx of the two digits of the thumb, is provided with a resilient material.
One of the uses of gloves is for shock absorption under reduced pressure. To achieve effective shock absorption at reduced pressure, the glove must first be in intimate contact with the hand. In addition, the glove must be equipped with a function of reducing pressure and absorbing shock. The high-performance glove can achieve ideal and effective pressure reduction and shock absorption effects by using the reel to contract and tighten the belt, giving close contact between the hand and the inside of the glove, and considering key pressure reduction and shock absorption parts on the glove (as shown in the fourth figure, the parts of the glove, which are positioned on the side closest to the palm of the user, between the metacarpals of the index finger, the middle finger, the ring finger and the little finger, between the proximal phalanx, between the middle phalanx and the distal phalanx, are provided with the pad-thick materials, the parts of the glove, which are positioned on the side closest to the palm of the user, between the metacarpals of the thumb and the two phalanges of the thumb are provided with the pad-thick materials, and the parts of the glove, which are.
After a number of cleanings of a conventional glove, the material may deform by shrinking or stretching, and the glove may no longer be suitable. High performance gloves continue to maintain a degree of intimate contact between the glove and hand by using the interaction of the reel and tightening strap to adjust the size and fit of the glove if the material is slightly deformed.
