Description

Plant growth regulator composition
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of plant growth regulators, in particular to a plant growth regulator composition for increasing the yield of celery.
Background
With the improvement of social economy and living standard, the demand of people on the yield of vegetables is increasing day by day. Celery has a long planting history and a large planting area in China, is one of the vegetables which are frequently eaten by people, is rich in protein, carbohydrate, carotene, B vitamins, calcium, phosphorus, iron, sodium and the like, and also has certain medical and health care effects. In the planting process of celery, in order to improve the yield, a plant growth regulator is generally adopted for controlling the growth of the celery, and the commonly used plant growth regulator is gibberellic acid. However, the use of a single plant growth regulator easily causes the plant to be too slender and aged, increases the fiber content, and reduces the eating quality.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a plant growth regulator composition which can increase the yield of celery, enhance the stress resistance, has good sterilization and disease prevention effects, has no soil residue, and has little environmental pollution and good environmental protection effect.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following steps:
the plant growth regulator composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
0.1 to 20 percent of gibberellic acid,
0.1-40% of ginkgo nut shell extract alcoholic solution,
2 to 40 percent of surfactant,
the balance of solvent.
Preferably, the plant growth regulator composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
0.5 to 15 percent of gibberellic acid,
0.5 to 20 percent of alcoholic solution of ginkgo nut shell extract,
10 to 25 percent of surfactant,
the balance of solvent.
The surfactant and the solvent are various agriculturally acceptable surfactants and solvents, the effective components, the surfactant and the solvent are mixed and processed into any one dosage form suitable for agriculture, the preferred dosage form is soluble liquid, and the processing technology is the prior art and can be changed according to different conditions.
The surfactant is at least one of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene, alkylbenzene sulfonate, castor oil polyoxyethylene, styrylphenol polyoxyethylene, alkylphenol formaldehyde resin polyoxyethylene, sodium dodecyl sulfate, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate, sodium di-sec-octyl maleate sulfonate and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene sulfate.
The solvent in the composition is at least one of ethanol, methanol, dimethyl sulfoxide, N-propanol, isopropanol, N-butanol, isobutanol, N-octanol, cyclohexanone and N-methylpyrrolidone.
The ginkgo nut shell extract alcoholic solution in the composition is obtained by coarsely grinding ginkgo nut shells, mixing the crushed ginkgo nut shells with 80% ethanol solution according to the weight ratio of 1:10, standing for 10 days at room temperature (20-30 ℃), and filtering ginkgo nut shell residues.
Gibberellic Acid (GA) is discovered in the research of rice bakanae disease, is a generic name of a class of compounds which have a gibberellin skeleton and can stimulate cell division and elongation, is a broad-spectrum efficient plant growth regulator, and can promote the growth and development of crops, so that the crops can mature early, the yield is increased, and the quality is improved. Can be used for crops such as rice, wheat, cotton, fruit tree, vegetables, etc., and can promote their growth, germination, flowering and fruiting. The most obvious physiological effect is to promote the growth of plants, and the GA is used on vegetables (celery, lettuce, leek), pasture, tea, ramie and other crops to obtain high yield. However, when too much gibberellic acid is applied, yellow and slender branches of the plants appear, namely the plants lose green and grow excessively, and yield is affected.
The ginkgo nuts harvested in the usual ginkgo production area are piled up, the testa is decayed, and then the testa is removed by washing. Therefore, the ginkgo nut shells are all used as wastes and are discarded, and become a pollution source for streams, ponds and dams in the ginkgo harvesting season. Researches show that the ginkgo nut shells contain a large amount of ginkgolic acid, hydroginkgolic acid, ginkgol and bilobalide, and also contain ginkgetin, isoginkgetin, terpene lactone, carotenoid, phenolic acid substances, polysaccharide ingredients and trace bilobalide. Related researches show that the effective rate of the ginkgolic acid and the hydroginkgolic acid in the ginkgo nut shells for inhibiting common pathogenic fungi is 92%. The inhibition rate of the alcohol extract of the ginkgo nut shell on 11 plant pathogens such as apple anthracnose is 88 to 100 percent. The alcohol extract has good insecticidal effect, and the control rate of the alcohol extract on the silk cotton looper within 3 days reaches 100 percent. The research and implementation of extracting useful components from the ginkgo nut shells can make full use of the by-products of the ginkgo, change waste into valuable, benefit human beings and solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by the ginkgo nut shells in the ginkgo production area.
Carrying out alcohol-soluble extraction on the ginkgo nut shells in various proportions, namely mixing the ginkgo nut shells with 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90% and 100% of ethanol with different concentrations according to the weight ratio of 1:10, standing for 1 day, 5 days, 10 days, 15 days, 20 days, 25 days and 30 days, and filtering out ginkgo nut shell residues to form a ginkgo nut shell extract alcoholic solution. The same extraction is carried out on the ginkgo leaves and the ginkgo nuts simultaneously according to the same method in the extraction process to form ginkgo leaf extract alcoholic solution and ginkgo nut alcoholic solution. Repeated indoor tests show that the gingko nut shell extract alcoholic solution with low use concentration has the effects of stimulating the growth of crops and increasing the growth and the coarseness of stem and leaf parts, the effect is best when the gingko nut shell extract alcoholic solution is extracted for 10 days by 80% of ethanol extract, and the effect is not good enough when the gingko nut extract alcoholic solution and the gingko nut extract alcoholic solution are not different from the clear water.
In view of the fact that the ginkgo nut shell extract alcoholic solution has certain commonality with gibberellic acid in the aspect of stimulating plant growth, and the obtaining method is simple and low in cost, the invention provides that the gibberellic acid and the ginkgo nut shell extract alcoholic solution are mixed according to a certain proportion, and meanwhile, through the effective matching of the surfactant and the solvent, compared with the use of a single gibberellic acid preparation, on the premise of ensuring the yield, the use amount of the gibberellic acid is greatly reduced, the use cost is reduced, and the occurrence of the condition that the celery quality is reduced due to the large use of the gibberellic acid is also reduced.
The plant growth regulator composition provided by the invention is used for increasing the yield of celery, preventing diseases and resisting stress, is used by adopting a spraying method, and can also be used by adopting other application technologies applied in agriculture according to needs.
The plant growth regulator composition of the invention has the following advantages:
1. the dosage of the gibberellic acid is reduced on the premise of ensuring the yield increasing effect, and the dosage cost is reduced;
2. no residue exists in soil, no influence is caused to later-season crops, and good sterilization and disease prevention effects are achieved;
3. on the premise of ensuring the yield increase, the content of crude fiber in the celery stems is greatly increased less than that of the celery stem prepared by using a single gibberellic acid preparation because the consumption of the gibberellic acid is reduced, and the good edible quality of the celery is ensured.

The average plant height of the harvested celery is measured, the stem thickness and the crude fiber content of the celery are measured at a height of 10cm from the ground, and the acre yield is calculated.
And (3) test results:
the effect of different plant growth regulator compositions on glass crispness and celeries yield (see table 1).
Table 1:
from the above table, it can be seen that the plant growth regulator composition containing gibberellic acid and ginkgo nut shell extract (2% gibberellic acid +2% ginkgo nut shell extract alcoholic solution) can significantly improve the yield of glass crisp celery and american parsley, and the average plant height and stem thickness of celery after use are significantly improved. Compared with the gibberellic acid preparation with a single component, the gibberellic acid preparation obviously reduces the using amount of the gibberellic acid in the corresponding using concentration, so that celery plants are stretched and the effect of increasing the thickness of stems is also achieved. The unfavorable conditions of overgrowth of celery, fibrosis of edible parts and reduced mouthfeel caused by high use concentration and large use amount of gibberellic acid are effectively reduced.
Moreover, the ginkgo nut shell extract and the gibberellic acid can be found from two different celery varieties to have obvious synergistic yield increasing effect, and a good yield increasing effect is achieved on the premise of reducing the use amount of the gibberellic acid, so that the use amount is reduced, and the risk of phytotoxicity generated during the use of the pesticide is also reduced. The data show that the ginkgo nut shell extract alcoholic solution not only has a synergistic effect, but also has a certain effect of promoting the growth and development of celery.
Under the condition of ensuring the same yield increase effect, the use concentration of the gibberellic acid is greatly reduced, and the celery is not easy to be too thin and long, age, increase in fiber content and reduce in eating quality while the yield is increased. In addition, the gingko nut shells are treated as waste in the gingko harvesting process, and the price is very low. In the invention, the ginkgo nut shells are changed into valuable things and utilized, so that the environment pollution of the ginkgo nut shells is prevented, the yield of celery is increased by utilizing the effective components in the ginkgo nut shells, and the use cost is greatly reduced.
The above embodiments are further illustrative of the subject matter of the present invention, but it should not be construed that the scope of the above subject matter of the present invention is limited to the above embodiments.
