Abstract
本申请实施例涉及资源配置的方法、终端设备和网络设备。该方法包括:第一终端设备处于连接态时,接收网络设备发送的资源配置信息,该资源配置信息用于指示专用传输资源;该第一终端设备处于非激活态或空闲态时,使用该专用传输资源向第二终端设备发送数据。本申请实施例的资源配置的方法、终端设备和网络设备,终端设备在连接态时接收网络设备分配的专用传输资源,并在非激活态或者空闲态时使用该专用传输资源与其他终端设备传输数据,可以使得终端设备在非激活态或者空闲态时也可以使用网络设备配置的专用传输资源,实现终端设备节能的同时,也使得终端设备能够享受到专用资源的好处。
