the threshold of the watermarking criterion is located between the maximum and minimum values.
4. The video watermarking method according to claim 1, comprising:
-dividing said display position (2) into a first position (3) and at least one second position (4);
calculating the maximum value and the minimum value of the corresponding image values in the first position (3) and the at least one second position (4) according to the image values of the video images of the frames in the acquired and stored video in the display position (2);
wherein the threshold of the watermarking criterion for the first position (3) is lower than the maximum of the image values of each frame in the display position (2);
the display criterion threshold value for the second location (4) is located between the maximum and minimum values of the image values of each frame in the second location (4).
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the image value comprises one or more of a chrominance value, a luminance value, a saturation value, and a pixel value, or is calculated according to a set algorithm via the chrominance value, the luminance value, the saturation value, and the pixel value.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the number of the display positions (2) is four, and the display positions are respectively arranged at four corners of the video window (1).
7. A video watermarking apparatus, comprising:
a first setting unit (100) for setting a display position (2) to which a watermark is added in a video window (1);
the acquisition and storage unit (200) is used for acquiring image values of each frame of video image in the video at the display position (2) and storing the image values in a classified manner corresponding to the display position (2);
the calculating unit (300) is in data connection with the acquisition and storage unit (200), receives each image value corresponding to a certain display position (2) in the acquisition and storage unit (200), and calculates the image value according to a set algorithm to generate a calculation result;
a second setting unit (400) for setting a watermark addition criterion for whether or not to add a watermark in the corresponding display position (2) according to the calculation result;
the judging and adding unit (500) is used for acquiring the image value of the current frame video image in the display position (2) in the video in real time, or searching the image value of the current frame video image in the display position (2) in the video from the acquisition and storage unit (200), and judging whether the image value is in the set watermark adding standard range;
and if the image value of the current frame video image in the display position (2) is within the set standard range for adding the watermark, adding the watermark in the display position (2).
8. The video watermarking apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the second setting unit (400) is configured to:
a global setting subunit, the watermarking standard of which is suitable for the watermarking operation of all display positions (2); and
a separate setup subunit whose watermarking criteria apply to the watermarking operation of a single display location (2).
9. A video editing terminal, comprising,
a memory (5) configured to store a video to be edited and watermarked, image values of video images of frames in the video in display positions (2) to be watermarked, an algorithm program for calculating the image values, image value calculation results corresponding to the respective display positions (2), and a watermarking program, wherein the watermarking program, when executed by the processor (6), implements the video watermarking method according to any one of claims 1 to 6;
a processor (6) configured to be in data connection with the memory (5) for executing the related programs in the memory (5) and the basic operation programs related to the video editing terminal;
a human-machine interaction module (7) configured for serving the interactive actions between the operator and the video editing terminal.
10. The video editing terminal according to claim 9, wherein the video editing terminal comprises a PC, a tablet computer, and a smart handheld mobile terminal.
