In addition, the character "/" herein generally indicates that the former and latter related objects are in an "or" relationship, unless otherwise specified.
The embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings attached hereto.
A method for judging the mis-charging of a lithium battery comprises the following main processes.
As shown in fig. 1:
step 1100: and acquiring the current unique identification information.
The unique identification information can be a two-dimensional code, a digital tag or a digital verification code, the unique identification information is preferably an electronic tag, the electronic tag can be arranged on the charger and also on the lithium battery, and the unique identification information can be arranged according to specific use scenes.
Step 1200: and comparing the current unique identification information with preset reference identification information.
After the unique identification information is acquired, reference identification information stored by the control terminal is called, and the unique identification information and the reference identification information are compared with each other; the unique identification information and the reference identification information correspond to the charger and the lithium battery one to one, namely, if the unique identification information corresponds to the lithium battery, the reference identification information corresponds to the charger.
The RFID reader-writer and the RFID tags are respectively arranged on the charger and the lithium battery in a one-to-one correspondence mode, namely if the RFID reader-writer is arranged on the charger, the RFID tags need to be arranged on the lithium battery, the RFID reader-writer is preferably arranged on the charger, the RFID tags are arranged on the lithium battery, and the RFID reader-writer is used for reading the RFID tags to obtain unique identification information of the lithium battery.
The remoteness of radio frequency identification technology is as follows:
radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is an abbreviation of Radio Frequency Identification, and the principle of the RFID is that non-contact data communication is carried out between a reader and a label to achieve the aim of identifying a target; after the tag enters the reader, the tag receives a radio frequency signal sent by the reader, product information stored in the chip is sent out by means of energy obtained by induced current, or a signal with a certain frequency is actively sent out by the tag, and the reader reads and decodes the information and sends the information to a central information system for related data processing.
RFID tags are classified (by communication) into three categories, passive, semi-passive (also called semi-active), active:
passive, passive tags do not have an internal power supply. The internal integrated circuit is driven by the received electromagnetic waves, which are emitted by the RFID reader. When the tag receives a signal of sufficient strength, it can send data to the reader. These data include not only an ID number (globally unique identification ID) but also data pre-existing in the EEPROM within the tag.
Semi-active, generally speaking, passive tag antennas have two tasks, the first: receiving the electromagnetic wave from the reader to drive the tag IC; secondly, the method comprises the following steps: when the tag returns a signal, the impedance of the antenna needs to be switched to generate a change between 0 and 1. The problem is that the antenna impedance must be designed to be "open and short" for best return efficiency, which in turn causes the signal to be totally reflected and not received by the tag IC. Semi-active is similar to passive, but with a small battery, power can just drive the tag IC, leaving the IC in an active state. This has the advantage that the antenna can be used for the purpose of receiving electromagnetic waves, and is sufficient for the purpose of returning signals. Compared with a passive mode, the semi-active mode has higher reaction speed and better efficiency.
The active tag itself has an internal power supply for supplying power required by the internal IC to generate an external signal, unlike the passive tag and the semi-passive tag. Generally, the active tag has a longer reading distance and a larger memory capacity for storing some additional information transmitted from the reader.
Step 1300: and if the current unique identification information is matched with the preset reference identification information, controlling the current lithium battery to be charged.
If the unique identification information is matched with the reference identification information, the lithium battery is matched with the charger, and the current lithium battery can be charged by the current charger.
Step 1400: and if the current unique identification information is not matched with the preset reference identification information, controlling the current lithium battery not to be charged.
If the unique identification information is not matched with the reference identification information, the lithium battery is not matched with the charger, and the current charger is used for charging the current lithium battery, so that the overcharge can be caused, the lithium battery is damaged, and the current charger is controlled not to charge the current lithium battery.
As for the process of detecting the unique identification information, it needs to obtain the unique identification information according to the number of chargers, which may be one or two or more, as shown in fig. 2 to 3, and the specific method is as follows:
step 2100: and acquiring the current quantity information of the current charger.
The quantity information comprises single detection trigger information and a plurality of detection trigger information, the single detection trigger information and the plurality of detection trigger information can be acquired by a mechanical digital key triggering mode or a virtual digital key triggering mode, and therefore the current quantity information can be acquired only by manual triggering.
Step 2200: and searching current instruction information corresponding to the current quantity information from a preset corresponding relation between the charger quantity information and the instruction information.
The quantity information comprises single quantity information and a plurality of quantity information, wherein the single quantity information is that the quantity of the chargers is one, and the plurality of quantity information is that the quantity of the chargers is two or more; the instruction information includes a single detection trigger information corresponding to the single amount information and a plurality of detection trigger information corresponding to the plurality of amount information.
Step 2300: and acquiring the current unique identification information according to the single detection trigger information or the plurality of detection trigger information.
The single detection and the multiple detections are judged according to the environment of the current lithium battery, and if the environment of the current lithium battery is only provided with one charger, only the lithium battery needs to be detected whether to be matched with the charger; if the current environment of the lithium battery has two or more chargers, the matching condition of the lithium battery and at least one charger needs to be detected until the lithium battery can be matched with the charger or the lithium battery is not matched with all the chargers.
The method for acquiring the current unique identification information according to the single detection trigger information comprises the following steps:
step 2311: and controlling a preset RFID reader-writer to read the preset RFID label according to the single detection trigger information so as to acquire the current unique identification information.
Step 2312: and if the current unique identification information is matched with the preset reference identification information, controlling the current lithium battery to be charged.
If the unique identification information is matched with the reference identification information, the model of the lithium battery is matched with that of the charger, and the current lithium battery can be charged by the current charger.
Step 2313: and if the current unique identification information is not matched with the preset reference identification information, controlling the current lithium battery not to be charged.
If the unique identification information is not matched with the reference identification information, the model of the lithium battery is not matched with that of the charger, and the current charger is used for charging the current lithium battery, so that the overcharge can be caused, the lithium battery is damaged, and the current charger is controlled not to charge the current lithium battery.
Step 2314: and if the current unique identification information is not matched with the preset reference identification information, feeding back mis-charging information.
If the unique identification information is not matched with the reference identification information, the lithium battery is not matched with the charger, the current charger is used for charging the current lithium battery, overcharging may be caused, and the lithium battery is damaged, so that a user is reminded to pull the current lithium battery out of the current charger through feedback of wrong charging information; the feedback wrong charging information can be one of voice information, light information, alarm information, short message information and vibration information, or a combination of more than two of the above modes, and can be set according to specific environment selection.
The method for acquiring the current unique identification information according to the plurality of detection trigger information comprises the following steps:
step 2321: and acquiring current connection information of the current lithium battery and the current charger.
The connection information indicates whether the lithium battery is connected with the charger, an infrared transmitter and an infrared receiver can be respectively arranged on two opposite side walls of a USB socket of the charger, and if the infrared receiver can receive a signal sent by the infrared transmitter, the charger is not connected with the lithium battery; if the infrared receiver can not receive the signal sent by the infrared transmitter, the charger is connected with the lithium battery.
Step 2322: controlling a preset RFID reader-writer on a current charger to be electrified according to the current connection information to read a preset RFID tag on a current lithium battery so as to obtain current unique identification information; and after the current unique identification information is read, the power supply of the RFID reader-writer and the RFID label is disconnected after a preset time period.
The RFID reader-writer is arranged on the charger, the RFID tag is arranged on the lithium battery, the RFID tag is an active RFID tag, after the lithium battery is connected to the charger, the RFID reader-writer on the charger and the RFID tag of the lithium battery are powered on, the RFID reader-writer reads the RFID tag of the lithium battery to acquire the unique identification information of the lithium battery, and after the unique identification information is acquired, the RFID reader-writer and the RFID tag are powered off after a preset time period, namely the corresponding RFID reader-writer and the RFID tag are simultaneously started or closed, so that the plurality of RFID reader-writers and the plurality of RFID tags are not easy to cross and misread; the predetermined time period may be 1-5s, where the predetermined time period is preferably 3 s.
Step 2323: and if the current unique identification information is matched with the preset reference identification information, controlling the current lithium battery to be charged.
If the unique identification information is matched with the reference identification information, the model of the lithium battery is matched with that of the charger, and the current lithium battery can be charged by the current charger.
Step 2324: and if the current unique identification information is not matched with the preset reference identification information, controlling the current lithium battery not to be charged.
Step 2325: and if the current unique identification information is not matched with the preset reference identification information, feeding back the unplugging and plugging prompt information again.
If the current unique identification information is not matched with the reference identification information, which indicates that the current charger is not matched with the current lithium battery, the user is reminded to pull the current lithium battery from the current charger and insert the current lithium battery to the next charger for matching through the feedback of the re-plugging information; the feedback reinsertion information can be one of voice information, light information, alarm information, short message information and vibration information, or a combination of more than two of the above modes, and can be set according to specific environment selection.
As shown in fig. 3, the method for detecting and determining a fault of a charger or a charging line includes the following specific steps:
step 3100: and if the current unique identification information is matched with the preset reference identification information, acquiring the current charging voltage information of the current lithium battery.
And the current charging voltage information is the charging voltage value of the current charger to the current lithium battery.
Step 3200: and comparing the current charging voltage information with preset reference charging voltage information.
Wherein, the control terminal is internally stored with a charging curve of the lithium battery, and the charging process of the lithium battery can be divided into four stages: trickle charge (low voltage precharge), constant current charge, constant voltage charge, and charge termination; different charging stages of the lithium battery correspond to different reference charging voltage information.
Step 3300: and if the current charging voltage information is not matched with the reference charging voltage information, controlling the lithium battery to stop charging and feeding back fault information.
If the charging voltage information is not matched with the reference charging voltage information, it is indicated that one or both of the charging line and the charger have a fault, the charger is controlled to stop charging the lithium battery, the occurrence of mis-charging is reduced, and meanwhile, a user is reminded to pull the lithium battery out of the charger by feeding back the mis-charging information; the feedback wrong charging information can be one of voice information, light information, alarm information, short message information and vibration information, or a combination of more than two of the above modes, and can be set according to specific environment selection.

Step 3500: and if the current charging voltage information is not matched with the reference charging voltage information, feeding back and accessing prompt information of another lithium battery.
The current charging voltage information is not matched with the reference charging voltage information, which indicates that one or both of a charging line and a charger have faults, and the prompt information of the other lithium battery is accessed by feedback to remind a user to pull out the current lithium battery and access the other lithium battery, and the other charging line is accessed while the other lithium battery is accessed; the feedback access to the prompt message of the other lithium battery can be one of voice message, light message, alarm message, short message and vibration message, or the combination of more than two of the above modes, and the feedback access can be selected and set according to specific environment.
Step 3600: and acquiring reconnection information of another lithium battery and the current charger.
The two opposite side walls of the USB socket of the charger can be respectively provided with an infrared transmitter and an infrared receiver, and if the infrared receiver can receive a signal sent by the infrared transmitter, the charger is not connected with another lithium battery; if the infrared receiver can not receive the signal sent by the infrared transmitter, the charger is connected with another lithium battery.
