The prescription processing method provided by the embodiment of the present invention can be applied to, but not limited to, Application programs with a prescription identification function, such as a medicine-related website, a medicine-related APP (Application program), and the like, and the prescription processing method provided by the embodiment of the present invention can be applied to Application environments where a client and a server correspond to each other. The client and the server can be located in a wired or wireless network, and the client and the server can perform data interaction through the wired or wireless network.
Specifically, the client may run on an intelligent terminal, and the intelligent terminal may specifically include but is not limited to: smart phones, tablet computers, electronic book readers, MP3 (motion picture Experts Group Audio Layer III) players, MP4 (motion picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV) players, laptop portable computers, car-mounted computers, desktop computers, set-top boxes, smart televisions, wearable devices, and the like.
In the embodiment of the invention, the user can trigger the medicine taking list generation request through a preset interface provided by the client. For example, by triggering the "add medication list" button in the APP, a medication list generation request can be generated. In response to the medication list generation request, the client may provide the user with an option to acquire an image corresponding to the target prescription, for example, an upload option for uploading an image or a shooting option for starting a camera, or the like may be provided to the user. Specifically, the user may upload an image corresponding to a target prescription photographed in advance according to the upload option, or the user may start a camera function of the intelligent terminal through the photographing option and photograph or video including the target prescription image in real time through a camera of the intelligent terminal. It is understood that the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific manner of obtaining the image corresponding to the target prescription.
The target prescription can be a prescription handwritten by a doctor or an electronic printed prescription, and the target prescription contains medicine names and administration information of various medicines required to be taken by a user (patient). The term "drug" refers to a finished product of a medicine, specifically, a medicine used for preventing, treating, and diagnosing human diseases, purposefully regulating human physiological functions and specifying indications or substances with functions, usage and dosage, and specifically includes, but is not limited to, herbal pieces, Chinese patent drugs, chemical raw materials and preparations thereof, antibiotics, biochemical drugs, radiopharmaceuticals, sera, vaccines, blood products, diagnostic drugs, and the like.
The embodiment of the invention can identify the text information of each item of medicine in the image through a text identification technology. Specifically, an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) operation may be performed on an image corresponding to the acquired target prescription to recognize text information of each item of medicine in the image. In an optional embodiment of the present invention, an OCR recognizer may be trained in advance for recognizing text information of each item of medicine in an image corresponding to a target prescription, and the corpus used for training the OCR recognizer may be derived from two aspects, one is a common language and may be derived from the internet, and the other is a medical special corpus and may be derived from a real medical text.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the recognizing text information of each item of medicine in the image may specifically include: identifying the drug names of the drugs in the image and the taking information of the drugs, wherein the taking information at least comprises: daily administration frequency, dosage per administration, and required administration days.
In a specific application, the prescription usually includes the name of the medicine that the user needs to take and the information of taking each medicine. Wherein, the administration information may include: daily number of administrations, dose per administration, number of days required to be administered, etc. Referring to table 1, a specific example of a prescription is shown.
TABLE 1
White plus black 1 day for 3 times 1 tablet at a time 3 days
Youmeile 1 day for 3 times 0.5 tablet at a time 15 days
Neostigmine 1 day for 3 times 1 tablet at a time 7 days
The prescription shown in table 1 includes the names of the three drugs that the user needs to take and the information about the taking of each drug. Wherein, the medicine 'white plus black' is taken for 3 times per day in 1 day, and the medicine is taken for 1 tablet per time in 3 days.
The text information identified from the target prescription in the embodiment of the invention can comprise the medicine names of various medicines in the target prescription and the taking information of various medicines. In practical applications, the prescription made by the doctor usually contains only the daily number of times of taking the medicine, and does not indicate when the medicine should be taken each day, so that the user often forgets to take the medicine on time. To solve the problem, according to the embodiment of the invention, after the medicine names of the medicines and the administration information of the medicines are identified and obtained from the target prescription, the administration time of the medicines can be determined according to the identified administration information of the medicines. For example, if the number of daily administrations of a drug is 1 day and 3 times, the administration time of the drug can be determined as follows: morning, noon, evening. If the daily number of times of administration of a drug is 1 day and 2 times, the time of administration of the drug can be determined as follows: morning and evening, etc.
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention can generate the medicine taking list corresponding to the target prescription according to the medicine names, the taking information and the taking time of each medicine in the target prescription. The medicine taking list may include information such as medicine names, taking time, dosage for each taking, and required taking days of various medicines in the target prescription.
After the medicine taking list is generated, the medicine taking list can be stored in the intelligent terminal, so that the user can check the stored medicine taking list through the intelligent terminal under the condition that a paper prescription is lost.
It is to be understood that the display form of the medicine taking list in the embodiment of the present invention is not limited, and for example, the medicine taking list may be displayed in a list or a table form. Referring to table 2, a specific illustration of a dosage list of the present invention is shown.
TABLE 2

White plus black At night Black tablet 1 3 days
Neostigmine At night 1 piece of 7 days
And under the condition that the taking time of the medicines included in the medicine taking list is reached, the client can send out a prompt message to remind the user to take the medicines on time. In the embodiment of the invention, the prompt message can be automatically generated according to the taking time of the medicine, and the default reminding time is set for the prompt message. For example, if the administration time is morning, a default reminder time may be set to 8 am; if the taking time is noon, the default reminding time can be set to be 12 o' clock at noon; if the administration time is night, the default reminding time can be set to 8 night.
Optionally, the embodiment of the present invention may further provide a setting interface for setting the reminding time of each item of medicine to the user, and the user may modify the default reminding time through the setting interface. Referring to table 3, a specific illustration of another dosage list of the present invention is shown. As shown in table 3, the reminding time is set in the medicine taking list, and the medicine taking list with the reminding time may send a prompt message when the reminding time arrives.
TABLE 3
Name of medicine Time of administration Reminding time Each dose is taken Required number of days of administration
White plus black In the morning 7:00 White slice 1 slice 3 days

Neostigmine At night 8:30 1 piece of 7 days
Optionally, when the administration time or the reminding time arrives, the client may ring a preset ring to remind the user of the arrival of the administration time, and may output a prompt message in a form of text and/or voice broadcast, where the prompt message at least may include any one of the following: the medicine list comprises medicine names of the arrival of the administration time in the administration list, medicine related information corresponding to the medicine names of the arrival of the administration time in the administration list, medicine box images corresponding to the medicine names of the arrival of the administration time in the administration list and the administration list.
For example, the name of a medicine whose administration time reaches in the administration list can be broadcasted in a voice mode, medicine related information corresponding to the medicine name can be broadcasted in a voice mode, and administration cautions corresponding to the medicine name can be broadcasted in a voice mode, such as that a user cannot drink the wine when taking a cephalosporin medicine. The related information of the medicine may be related information corresponding to the medicine name obtained by searching the medicine name as a search term, and the related information includes but is not limited to: medicine box image, academic name, common name, applicable symptom and adverse reaction.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention can also take the medicine box image corresponding to the name of the medicine which arrives at the administration time in the administration list as the prompt information to show to the user, so that the user can conveniently and quickly find the medicine to be taken through the medicine box image.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, a voice template, a sentence template, and the like of the voice broadcast may also be customized, for example: when the medicine is taken, people can take the white and black tablets one by one and take the medicine on time to get the effect early! ". It can be understood that the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific prompting manner of the prompting message. Optionally, on the basis of the voice prompt, a pop-up window prompt can be added, and information of the medicine which needs to be taken currently is displayed in the pop-up window.
In an optional embodiment of the invention, the text information comprises: the name of the drug; after identifying the text information for each drug in the image, the method may further comprise:
step S11, the medicine names are used as search words, and relevant information corresponding to the medicines is obtained through searching; the related information at least comprises any one of the following items: medicine box images, academic names, common names, applicable symptoms and adverse reactions;
and step S12, establishing the association relationship between the medicine names of the medicines and the related information.
After generating the medication list corresponding to the target prescription, the method may further include: and displaying related information corresponding to the medicine names of the medicines in the generated medicine taking list according to the association relation.
The embodiment of the invention can also take the name of the identified medicine as a search word to search and obtain the relevant information corresponding to each medicine. For example, based on the medicine name, in combination with a search technology, related information such as a medicine box image, a school name, a common name, applicable symptoms, adverse reactions and the like corresponding to the medicine name can be further searched.
After the related information corresponding to each item of medicine is searched and obtained, the association relationship between the medicine name of each item of medicine and the related information can be established, and the related information corresponding to the medicine name of each item of medicine can be displayed in the generated medicine taking list according to the association relationship. Referring to table 4, a specific illustration of yet another dosage list of the present invention is shown.
TABLE 4
As shown in table 4, in the embodiment of the present invention, a related information view button for each medicine may be added to the medicine taking list, and in a case that a trigger operation (e.g., a click operation) for the button by a user is received, the related information of the medicine may be displayed, where the displayed related information includes, but is not limited to: medicine box image, academic name, common name, applicable symptom and adverse reaction.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, attention information and the like when the medicine is taken may be searched from the searched medical related information such as the medicine manual, the doctor question and answer, the authority article and the like. For example, some medicines may stimulate the intestines and stomach and the like and need to be taken after meals, while some medicines may be suitable to be taken before meals, and the embodiment of the invention can also display attention information and the like of the medicines to be taken in the medicine taking list, for example, whether the medicines are taken before meals or after meals. According to the embodiment of the invention, information such as the instruction manual of the medicine can be searched and obtained according to the identified medicine name, so that adverse reaction, attention information and the like of the medicine can be obtained and fed back to the user, the time for the user to check the instruction manual can be saved, and the medicine taking effect can be improved.
The medicine taking list generated by the embodiment of the invention is convenient for a user to check at any time; in addition, the embodiment of the invention can also push prompt information containing the medicine taking list to the user, so that not only can the user be provided with the taking information of each item of medicine in the target prescription, but also the user can be provided with relevant information of each item of medicine, for example, the user is reminded of some main matters when the user takes the medicine, for example, the user cannot drink the wine when taking cephalons, and the like, so that not only is more convenience provided for the user, but also the user can be helped to take the medicine on time and safely.
In addition, in a specific application, the prescription usually only includes text information such as names of medicines and administration information, and a user does not know the appearance of the medicine boxes of the medicines, so that the user needs to search for the medicine boxes to be administered one by one from a large number of medicine boxes. For patients with older age or little literacy, the difficulty of searching is increased. According to the embodiment of the invention, the incidence relation between the medicine name and the medicine box image can be established, and the medicine box image corresponding to the medicine name can be displayed, so that a user can know the appearance of the medicine box of the medicine which needs to be taken currently, and therefore, the user can quickly find the medicine box of the medicine which needs to be taken through the medicine box image, and convenience is provided for the user to find the medicine box.
It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the medicine box image corresponding to the medicine name can be obtained in an automatic search manner, an interface for uploading the medicine box image corresponding to the medicine name can also be provided for the user, and the medicine box image shot by the user can be received through the interface, so that the association relationship between the medicine name and the medicine box image can be established.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, after generating the medication list corresponding to the target prescription, the method may further include: responding to a marking operation aiming at a marking object, and displaying marking information corresponding to the marking operation on the marking object; wherein the mark object includes: the medicine taking list comprises medicines and/or medicine box images corresponding to the medicines.
For each medicine in the medicine taking list, marking information may be added to the medicine box image corresponding to the medicine, and it can be understood that the content and form of the marking information are not limited in the embodiment of the present invention, for example, the marking information may be the main efficacy of the medicine, such as hypoglycemic agent, antipyretic agent, etc. The marking information can be in any form of text, graphics, pictures and the like.
The marking information may be automatically generated according to the related information of the medicine, such as efficacy and attention information of the medicine, after the related information of the medicine is acquired, or manually increased according to a marking operation performed by a user. For example, in the embodiment of the present invention, a button for triggering execution of a marking operation may be displayed in a display interface of a medicine box image, and when a triggering operation of a user on the button is received, a currently displayed medicine box image may be marked. Alternatively, the user may select a stored image of the medicine box from the album to mark the image.
Optionally, the user may also select a medicine to be marked in the medicine taking list, and display the medicine box image of the medicine by triggering the relevant information viewing button of the medicine, so as to perform a marking operation on the medicine box image of the medicine. Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the marking information of the drug may be pasted to the drug box image through an AR (Augmented Reality) technology, and the marked drug box image is stored in the local album, so that the user can view the drug box image conveniently in the future, for example, for a drug with a drug name of metformin, the following marking information may be added to the drug box image corresponding to the drug: hypotensive drugs (prohibited to be taken on empty stomach).
Of course, the embodiment of the present invention may also add marking information to the medicines included in the medicine taking list. For example, a button for triggering execution of a marking operation may be displayed in the display interface of the present medication list, and the currently displayed medication list may be marked upon receiving a triggering operation of the user for the button. For example, label information may be added to the name of a medicine in the medicine taking list, or label information may be added to the time of taking a certain medicine. In addition, the user can select a medicine taking list which needs to be subjected to the marking operation from the stored medicine taking lists, and the marking operation is performed on the medicine taking list.
It should be understood that the above-mentioned medicines included in the medicine taking list and/or the medicine box images corresponding to the medicines included in the medicine taking list are used as the marking objects, which are only one application example of the present invention, and the specific contents of the marking objects are not limited by the embodiment of the present invention. For example, the label object may also be a medicine taking list, such as a label information indicating the identity of the user may be added to the medicine taking list to distinguish which users the plurality of medicine taking lists belong to respectively. Alternatively, the medicine taking list may be added with label information indicating the treatment type to distinguish what diseases the plurality of medicine taking lists are respectively used for treating, and the like, thereby providing more convenience to the user.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, after generating the medication list corresponding to the target prescription, the method may further include:
responding to a trigger operation executed according to the relevant information in the medicine taking list, carrying out voice broadcast on the relevant information corresponding to the trigger operation, and/or carrying out amplification display on the relevant information corresponding to the trigger operation.
For the relevant information of the medicines in the medicine taking list, under the condition that the triggering operation of the user is received, the embodiment of the invention can display the medicine to the user in a mode of image-text display and/or a mode of voice broadcasting so as to meet the diversified requirements of the user. In addition, the embodiment of the invention can also amplify and display the relevant information corresponding to the triggering operation, so that the elderly users with poor eyesight can more clearly know the relevant information of the medicine.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, at least two medicines corresponding to the same taking time exist in the taking list, and the taking list may further include information of contraindications of taking the at least two medicines together.
In specific applications, one medicine taking list usually contains a plurality of medicines, however, some medicines may have mutual exclusion, for example, the Chinese patent medicine and the western medicine cannot be taken simultaneously, the neostigmine bromide and the penicillins cannot be taken simultaneously, the cold medicines cannot be taken simultaneously, and the like. If mutually exclusive medicines are taken simultaneously, the user body may be hurt or the taking effect of the medicines may be influenced.
In order to solve the above problem, in the embodiment of the present invention, when it is detected that at least two medicines corresponding to the same administration time exist in the administration list, the medication list may display the same-taking contraindication information of the at least two medicines.
Specifically, the embodiment of the present invention may compare the taking times of the medicines in the taking list, and if it is determined that at least two medicines exist in the same taking time, it may be determined whether there is a contraindication for taking the medicines together according to the names of the at least two medicines in combination with a search technique, and if there is the contraindication for taking the medicines together, warning information may be displayed in the taking list to prompt the user that the medicines are not suitable for being taken simultaneously, so as to help the user to take the medicines safely. Alternatively, in response to a trigger operation of the user for the warning information, contraindications of taking the medicines may be displayed, for example, which adverse effects may be generated if the medicines are taken simultaneously may be displayed.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the number of target prescriptions may be greater than 1; the recognizing the text information of each item of medicine in the image by the text recognition technology may specifically include:
respectively identifying text information of each item of medicine in the image corresponding to each target prescription through a text identification technology;
the generating of the medicine taking list corresponding to the target prescription according to the text information may specifically include:
step S21, generating a medicine taking list corresponding to each target prescription according to the text information of each item of medicine in the image corresponding to each target prescription;
step S22, according to the taking time of each medicine in each medicine taking list, all the medicines in all the target prescriptions are sequenced, so that the medicine taking lists corresponding to the target prescriptions are combined to obtain a combined medicine taking list; the combined medicine taking list comprises the medicine names, the taking time, the taking dosage and the taking days of all the medicines in the target prescription.
In a specific application, a user may have multiple diseases, and the user may have multiple target prescriptions for different diseases, and the embodiment of the present invention may receive images of the multiple target prescriptions uploaded by the user, respectively identify the images corresponding to the multiple target prescriptions to generate the medication lists, and combine the medication lists corresponding to the multiple target prescriptions to generate a combined medication list.
Specifically, according to the taking time of each medicine in each medicine taking list, the embodiments of the present invention sort the medicines in all the target prescriptions to combine the medicine taking lists corresponding to the target prescriptions, so as to obtain a combined medicine taking list; the combined medicine taking list comprises the medicine names, the taking time, the taking dosage and the taking days of all the medicines in the target prescription. The medicine taking lists obtained after combination can remind the user of the medicines needing to be taken in the target prescriptions on time according to the taking time, and the situation that the user misses or mistakenly takes the medicines when the prescriptions are large can be avoided.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, after receiving an image corresponding to a target prescription uploaded by a user, the user may be asked whether to associate the uploaded target prescription with an existing medication list, and if the user selects association, the name and the administration information of a medicine in the target prescription image uploaded by the user may be merged with the existing medication list to obtain a merged medication list, so that the user may manage a plurality of target prescriptions through one medication list, thereby providing more convenience for the user.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, after issuing the prompt message, the method may further include:
step S31, detecting whether a medicine taken message returned by the prompt message is received within a preset time period after the prompt message is sent out;
and step S32, recording the taking state of each item of medicine in the medicine taking list according to the received medicine taken message.
The taking state is used for representing the taking condition of the medicine required to be taken at the current arrival taking time so as to provide a medicine taking recording function for the user.
