sending the first alarm information to an intelligent wearable terminal to prompt a user for voice alarm; sending second alarm information to a monitoring terminal APP, wherein the second alarm information comprises time information and position information; and sending third alarm information to a monitoring service platform, wherein the third alarm information comprises name information, service ID information, contact telephone, time information and position information of the user.

The electronic fence-based elderly location monitoring device as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a recording module, wherein the recording module is configured to record each time of alarm information, and generate historical alarm information and statistical report information according to the alarm information.
