The ticket distributing shaft 310 comprises a contact surface 312 for contacting the ticket 3, the contact surface 312 being inclined in the direction of the passage surface 112 to the ticket distributing shaft 310 in the direction of approaching the axis of the ticket wheel 220. That is, the lower end of the contact surface 312 is inclined to the left with respect to the upper end of the contact surface 312 as viewed in fig. 6.
After the ticket 3 is transported to the ticket distributing shaft 310 by the ticket digging wheel 220, the front end of the ticket 3 will contact with the contact surface 312 of the ticket distributing shaft 310, and under the transportation action of the ticket digging wheel 220, the ticket 3 will move along the contact surface 312 into the gap 302 between the ticket distributing shaft 310 and the passage surface 112, and will continue to move forward. When the previous bill 3 is about to be separated from the ticket digging wheel 220, the power source 600 stops working, and at the moment, the next bill 3 is blocked by the contact surface 312 of the ticket distributing shaft 310 due to the fact that the transmission function of the ticket digging wheel 220 is not achieved, cannot enter the gap 302 between the ticket distributing shaft 310 and the channel surface 112, and does not need to stop when arriving at the ticket distributing assembly 400, so that the phenomena of ticket following and ticket stacking can be avoided, and convenience in transmission of the bills 3 one by one and subsequent ticket box operation of a user are guaranteed.
In this embodiment, the minute shaft 310 can rotate with respect to the first mounting bracket 110 to change the size of the gap 302.
Specifically, referring to fig. 8 to 11, the anti-dragging ticket assembly 300 further includes a first shaft 320, a second shaft 330 and an adjusting wrench 340, the first shaft 320 is rotatably connected to the ticket distributing shaft 310, the second shaft 330 is fixedly connected to the ticket distributing shaft 310 and inserted into the adjusting wrench 340, an axis of the first shaft 320 is parallel to an axis of the second shaft 330, and the adjusting wrench 340 can drive the second shaft 330 to rotate around the first shaft 320, so as to drive the ticket distributing shaft 310 to rotate around the first shaft 320. It will be appreciated that the rotation centre line of the adjustment wrench 340 is parallel to the axis of the second shaft 330, and the rotation of the ticket distribution shaft 310 of this embodiment is eccentric rotation, but of course, in other embodiments, the first shaft 310 may be omitted, such that the rotation centre line of the adjustment wrench 340 coincides with the axis of the second shaft 330, and the ticket distribution shaft 310 rotates directly around the axis of the second shaft 330.
Before the installation of the ticket box 1, the size of the gap 302 is adjusted by manually rotating the adjustment wrench 340 according to the type of the ticket 3 stored in the ticket box 1, so that the size of the gap 302 is adapted to the thickness of the ticket 3.
In this embodiment, the anti-ticket-dragging assembly 300 further includes a fixing frame 350, the fixing frame 350 is connected to the first mounting frame 110, a fixing groove 352 is formed on the fixing frame 350, the first shaft 320 penetrates through the fixing groove 352, a limiting groove 354 is further formed on the fixing frame 350, and the second shaft 330 penetrates through the limiting groove 354. The limiting groove 354 is mainly used for limiting the rotation angle of the ticket distributing shaft 310. In other embodiments, the fixing bracket 350 may be omitted, and the first shaft 320 may be directly disposed on the first mounting bracket 110.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the passage surface 112 is a curved surface, and the passage surface 112 is curved in a direction away from the ticket distributing axis 310. The channel surface 112 designed into the cambered surface can not only increase the size of the gap 302 and reserve enough space for the bill 3, but also play a certain guiding role in the transmission of the bill 3, prevent the bill jacking phenomenon, and adapt to the strength balance of the ticket digging, ticket distributing and ticket blocking. Of course, in other embodiments, the channel surface 112 may have other shapes, such as a plane parallel to a horizontal plane.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the ticket distributing assembly 400 includes a ticket distributing wheel 410 and a ticket blocking wheel 420, the ticket distributing wheel 410 is disposed on the first mounting frame 110, the entrance of the transmission channel 130 is located between the ticket digging wheel 220 and the ticket distributing wheel 310, and the ticket distributing wheel 410 is located between the entrance of the transmission channel 130 and the exit of the transmission channel 130. The ticket blocking wheel 420 is disposed on the second mounting frame 120 and opposite to the ticket distributing wheel 410. The ticket distributing wheel 410 and the ticket blocking wheel 420 are in transmission connection with the power source 600.
In the present embodiment, two ticket distribution wheels 410 are provided, and the two ticket distribution wheels 410 are coaxially disposed on the first mounting bracket 110.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13, the ticket barrier wheel 420 includes an intermediate wheel 422 and two separating wheels 424, the intermediate wheel 422 and the two separating wheels 424 are coaxially disposed, the intermediate wheel 422 is located between the two separating wheels 424, and an outer diameter of the intermediate wheel 422 is greater than an outer diameter of each separating wheel 424. Two separating wheels 424 are respectively arranged opposite to the two ticket-separating wheels 410, and the middle wheel 422 is opposite to the space between the two ticket-separating wheels 410.
When the bill 3 passes through the bill blocking wheel 420, the middle wheel 422 can make the bill 3 slightly bend, and the passing resistance of the bill 3 is increased, so that when a plurality of bills 3 pass through the bill blocking wheel 420 at the same time, the overlapped bills 3 can be stopped and can not pass through before the bill blocking wheel 420. Therefore, the ticket blocking wheel 420 and the ticket distributing wheel 410 are matched for use, the ticket distributing wheel 410 can convey away the tickets 3 contacted with the ticket blocking wheel 410, and the ticket blocking wheel 420 blocks the overlapped tickets 3, so that the ticket distributing assembly 400 can solve the problems of ticket following, ticket stacking and the like, a more stable separating effect is achieved, the operation reliability of the self-service financial equipment is improved, and the maintenance cost is reduced.
In the present embodiment, the intermediate wheel 422 includes a first axial end surface 4221, a second axial end surface 4222, a circumferential surface 4223, a first chamfered surface 4224, and a second chamfered surface 4225, the first axial end surface 320 is disposed opposite to the second axial end surface 330, the first axial end surface 320 is connected to the circumferential surface 4223 by the first chamfered surface 4224, and the second axial end surface 330 is connected to the circumferential surface 4223 by the second chamfered surface 4225.
The first chamfer surface 4224 is formed by rounding at the joint of the first axial end surface 4221 and the circumferential surface 4223, the second chamfer surface 4225 is formed by rounding at the joint of the second axial end surface 4222 and the circumferential surface 4223, and the first chamfer surface 4224 and the second chamfer surface 4225 are arranged for protecting the bill 3 and preventing the bill 3 from being worn due to the fact that the joint of the first axial end surface 4221 and the circumferential surface 4223 and the joint of the second axial end surface 4222 and the circumferential surface 4223 are too sharp.
Further, the intermediate wheel 422 is provided with a plurality of first ring grooves 4226 arranged around the axis of the intermediate wheel 422, and the first ring grooves 4226 are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the intermediate wheel 422.
Each separating wheel 424 is provided with a second annular groove 4242 arranged around the axis of the separating wheel 424, and the second annular grooves 4242 are provided in plurality and arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the separating wheel 424.
The arrangement of the first annular groove 4226 and the second annular groove 4242 can reduce the contact area between the ticket blocking wheel 420 and the tickets 3, so that the friction resistance of the ticket blocking wheel 420 to the tickets 3 passing between the ticket blocking wheel 420 and the ticket distributing wheel 410 can be reduced, and the blocking effect on the normal output of the tickets 3 is reduced on the premise that the function of the ticket blocking wheel 420 for blocking the overlapped tickets 3 is not influenced.
In this embodiment, the ticket distributing assembly 400 further includes a torque limiter 430, the torque limiter 430 is connected to the ticket blocking wheel 420, and the torque limiter 430 is used for determining the rotation direction of the ticket blocking wheel 420. When only one ticket 3 reaches the ticket dispensing assembly 400, the torque limiter 430 slips so that the rotation direction of the ticket blocking wheel 420 is opposite to that of the ticket dispensing wheel 410, and thus both the ticket blocking wheel 420 and the ticket dispensing wheel 410 can provide power for the transmission of the ticket 3. When the overlapped bills 3 reach the ticket distributing assembly 400, the torque limiter 430 enables the rotation direction of the ticket blocking wheel 420 to be consistent with the rotation direction of the ticket distributing wheel 410, so that the ticket distributing wheel 410 provides the transmission power of the bills 3, and the ticket blocking wheel 420 prevents the overlapped bills 3 from passing through.
When the ticket distributing assembly 400 works, the relation among the ticket distributing wheel 410, the ticket blocking wheel 420 and the torsion limiter 430 needs to be matched, and the torsion provided by the torsion limiter 430 is larger than the friction between two stacked tickets 3 and smaller than the friction between the ticket distributing wheel 410 and the tickets 3 and the friction between the ticket blocking wheel 420 and the tickets 3. In the present embodiment, the friction force between the ticket distribution wheel 410 and the ticket 3 and the friction force between the ticket blocking wheel 420 and the ticket 3 are approximately equal.
The ticket distribution mechanism 20 of the embodiment uses the anti-dragging ticket assembly 300 and the ticket distribution assembly 400 in a matching manner, and the ticket distribution assembly 400 can compensate the anti-dragging ticket assembly 300, that is, when an accident that a double-sheet ticket 3 passes through the anti-dragging ticket assembly 300 occurs, the ticket distribution assembly 400 can still separate the double-sheet ticket 3, so that the performance of limiting the passage of a plurality of tickets 3 at the same time is improved. Moreover, the cooperation of the anti-drag assembly 300 and the ticket dispensing assembly 400 can reduce the precision requirement, for example, the ticket dispensing mechanism 20 does not depend excessively on the precision adjustment of the gap 302 between the ticket dispensing shaft 310 and the passage surface 112, and does not depend excessively on the machining and assembling precision of the ticket dispensing wheel 410 and the ticket blocking wheel 420, so that the ticket dispensing mechanism 20 operates more reliably and stably.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, the transportation assembly 500 includes a first transportation wheel 510 and a second transportation wheel 520, the first transportation wheel 510 is disposed on the first mounting frame 110, and the ticket distribution wheel 410 is located between the ticket digging wheel 220 and the first transportation wheel 510. The second conveying wheel 520 is disposed on the second mounting frame 120, and is disposed opposite to the first conveying wheel 510.
In the conveying assembly 500, the second conveying wheel 520 is in driving connection with the power source 600, the second conveying wheel 520 is a driving wheel, the first conveying wheel 510 is a driven wheel, and the first conveying wheel 510 can float relative to the first mounting frame 110 to be close to or far from the second conveying wheel 520.
Specifically, the conveying assembly 500 further includes a floating roller 530 and an elastic member 540, the floating roller 530 is movably disposed on the first mounting frame 110, one end of the elastic member 540 abuts against the floating roller 530, the other end of the elastic member 540 abuts against the first mounting frame 110, and the first conveying wheel 510 is sleeved on the floating roller 530. Under the action of elastic member 540, first delivery wheel 510 can automatically adjust its position with respect to second delivery wheel 520 according to the thickness of passing note 3. Of course, when the type of the stored bills 3 in the ticket box 1 is not changed, the position of the first transporting wheel 510 may be fixed with respect to the first mounting frame 110, and in this case, the floating roller 530 and the elastic member 540 may be omitted.
In the present embodiment, the transportation speed of the ticket-scooping wheel 220 is defined as V1, the transportation speed of the ticket-dispensing wheel 410 is defined as V2, the transportation speed of the first transportation wheel 510 is defined as V3, and V1, V2 and V3 satisfy the following relations:
V2=V1+γ;
V3=V1+2γ。
wherein gamma is more than or equal to 0.01V1 and less than or equal to 0.03V 1.
The speed relationship between the ticket digging wheel 220 and the ticket distributing wheel 410 can ensure that the transmission speed of the ticket distributing wheel 410 is higher than that of the ticket digging wheel 220 even if the transmission speed of the ticket distributing wheel 410 fluctuates, so that the phenomena of stacking bills 3 and rolling bills 3 between the ticket digging wheel 220 and the ticket distributing wheel 410 can be avoided. Moreover, the speed difference between the ticket distribution wheel 410 and the ticket digging wheel 220 is small, and the tearing of the ticket 3 can be prevented. The speed relationship between the first transport wheel 510 and the minute wheel 410 is the same. Therefore, the ticket distribution mechanism 20 of the present embodiment can ensure stable conveyance of the tickets 3, and reduce the failure rate.
It should be noted that the transport speed of the ticket-excavating wheel 220 as referred to herein is understood to be the linear speed of a point where the ticket-excavating wheel 220 contacts the ticket 3. The transport speed of the minute wheel 410 and the transport speed of the first transporting wheel 510 are the same.
As can be seen in fig. 3, the first mounting frame 110 is located above the second mounting frame 120, i.e., the ticket scoop wheel 220, the ticket distribution wheel 410 and the first transport wheel 510 are located above, and the ticket barrier wheel 420 and the second transport wheel 520 are located below. Of course, in other embodiments, the mounting positions of the first mounting frame 110 and the second mounting frame 120 may be interchanged, that is, the first mounting frame 110 may also be located below the second mounting frame 120.
It should be noted that the operation of the power source 600 of the present embodiment is periodic, when the front end of the previous bill 3 passes through the first pair of conveying rollers 30 in the conveying module 2 and is sensed by the sensor 40, the power source 600 stops providing power, at this time, the previous bill 3 is driven by the conveying rollers 30 in the conveying module 2 to be conveyed, and the ticket digging wheel 220 stops digging tickets, so that a certain distance is kept between the previous bill 3 and the next bill 3, overlapping of the tail ends of two adjacent tickets is avoided, and the possibility of connecting tickets and stacking tickets is further reduced. When the previous bill 3 moves to the designated position, the power source 600 starts operating again.
The operation of the ticket dispenser 20 will be described in detail with reference to fig. 2, 4, 5, 6 and 12, and with reference to fig. 2 as a viewing angle:
when the ticket distributing mechanism 20 starts to work, under the driving action of the power source 600, the ticket digging wheel 220, the ticket distributing wheel 410 and the ticket blocking wheel 420 all rotate counterclockwise, the second conveying wheel 520 rotates clockwise, and the first conveying wheel 510 rotates along with the second conveying wheel 520, but the rotation direction of the first conveying wheel 510 is opposite to that of the second conveying wheel 520. The ticket digging wheel 220, the ticket distribution wheel 410, the first conveying wheel 510 and the second conveying wheel 520 all provide power for the rightward transmission of the tickets 3.
Under the conveying action of the ticket digging wheel 220, the bills 3 can move along the contact surface 312 of the bill dividing shaft 310, pass through the gap 302 between the bill dividing shaft 310 and the channel surface 112, enter the conveying channel 130, sequentially pass through the bill dividing assembly 400 and the conveying assembly 500, finally enter the conveying module 2 adjacent to the bill box 1, are conveyed by the conveying roller 30 in the conveying module 2, when the bills 3 are detected by the sensor 40, the power source 600 stops working, until the bills 3 are conveyed to the designated position by the conveying roller 30, the power source 600 starts working again, and the bill dividing mechanism 20 conveys the next bill 3.
If only one bill 3 arrives between the ticket distribution wheel 410 and the ticket blocking wheel 420 during the operation of the power source 600, the torque limiter 430 slips, and the ticket blocking wheel 420 turns clockwise to provide power for the right transmission of the bill 3 together with the ticket distribution wheel 410. If a plurality of overlapped bills 3 reach the bill distribution assembly 400, the bill blocking wheel 420 maintains counterclockwise rotation because the friction force between the bills 3 is smaller than the torque force provided by the torque limiter 430. At this time, the ticket distributing wheel 410 transfers the surface ticket 3, i.e. the uppermost ticket 3, to the right, and the remaining tickets 3 are stopped at the left side of the ticket blocking wheel 420 and cannot pass through.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 14, the ticket distribution mechanism 20 further includes a one-way bearing 700, and the ticket digging wheel 220, the ticket distribution wheel 410, and the second transport wheel 520 are connected to one-way bearing 700. The one-way bearing 700 is a bearing that can rotate freely in one direction and lock in the other direction. When the power source 600 stops providing power, the bills 3 drive the bill digging wheel 220, the bill distribution wheel 410 and the second conveying wheel 520 to rotate, so that the sliding friction is converted into rolling friction, and the transmission resistance is reduced to a great extent.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, the box 10 includes a housing 11, a supporting plate 12 and a retractable member 13, the bill separating mechanism 20 is mounted on the housing 11, the supporting plate 12 is used for bearing stacked bills 3, the retractable member 13 elastically abuts against the supporting plate 12, one end of the supporting plate 12 is rotatably connected with the housing 11, and the other end of the supporting plate 12 can move relative to the housing 11 under the action of the retractable member 13, so as to adaptively adjust the position of the bills 3 according to the weight of the bills 3, and the bill separating mechanism 20 can smoothly output the bills 3. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the retractable member 13 is disposed opposite to the ticket-digging wheel 220, and the retractable member 13 can make the uppermost ticket 3 always contact with the ticket-digging wheel 220, so that the ticket-digging wheel 220 can smoothly feed the ticket 3 into the conveying passage 130.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, 15 and 16, the box body 10 further includes a top note shaft 14, the top note shaft 14 is disposed on the support plate 12 and is close to the note distributing mechanism 20, the extending direction of the top note shaft 14 is parallel to the axial direction of the note digging wheel 220, and the top note shaft 14 is used for contacting the lowermost note 3.
The top ticket shaft 14 can enable the front end of the ticket 3, namely the end of the ticket 3 close to the ticket distributing mechanism 20, to naturally deform, so that the front end of the ticket 3 is in an approximately horizontal state, the front end of the ticket 3 is prevented from tilting upwards and pushing against the ticket digging wheel 220, the ticket digging wheel 220 cannot convey the ticket 3 into the conveying channel 130, meanwhile, the front end of the ticket 3 can be ensured to be in contact with the contact surface 312 of the ticket distributing shaft 310, the phenomena of ticket pushing and ticket rolling caused by the fact that the front end of the ticket 3 abuts against the channel surface 112 are avoided, and the function of the ticket distributing shaft 310 for preventing ticket following and ticket stacking is fully exerted.
Further, a face of the top ticket shaft 14 for contacting the ticket 3 is an arcuate face, and more specifically, a face of the top ticket shaft 14 for contacting the ticket 3 is semicircular. Design like this can make the front end natural deformation of bill 3, can also avoid leaving obvious crease on bill 3.
In the present embodiment, the ticket ejecting shaft 14 includes two opposite hooks 15, and the two hooks 15 are respectively engaged with two opposite sides of the supporting plate 12. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the top ticket shaft 14 may also be integrally formed with the tray 12.
In addition, a positioning hole is formed in the supporting plate 12, and the ticket ejecting shaft 14 further comprises a fixing column 16, wherein the fixing column 16 is inserted into the positioning hole. The fixing columns 16 are matched with the positioning holes, so that the connection between the ticket ejecting shaft 14 and the supporting plate 12 is firmer, the ticket ejecting shaft 14 is prevented from deviating relative to the supporting plate 12, and the fast installation of the ticket ejecting shaft 14 can be realized.
As shown in fig. 4, 10 and 17, in the present embodiment, the ticket box 1 further includes an adjusting mechanism 800, the adjusting mechanism 800 is connected to the first mounting rack 110, and the adjusting mechanism 800 is configured to drive the first mounting rack 110 to rotate relative to the second mounting rack 120 to adjust the size of the transmission channel 130, so as to adjust the gap between the ticket distributing wheel 410 and the ticket blocking wheel 420. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the first mounting bracket 110 includes a first end 114 and a second end 116, which are oppositely disposed, the first end 114 is located at the outlet of the transmission channel 130 and is rotatably connected to the housing 11, and the adjusting mechanism 800 is connected to the second end 116. It will be appreciated that the adjustment mechanism 800 is disposed at an end of the first mounting bracket 110 adjacent the ticket wheel 220. In other embodiments, the adjustment mechanism 800 may also be disposed at the first end 114.
The housing 11 includes fixed curb plate 17, and adjustment mechanism 800 includes regulating plate 810 and setting element 820, is equipped with on the fixed curb plate 17 and dodges the hole, and the regulating plate 810 can remove along the moving direction of bill 3 for fixed curb plate 17, is equipped with bar hole 812 on the regulating plate 810, and the extending direction of bar hole 812 becomes the contained angle setting with the moving direction of bill 3, and the setting element 820 wears to locate bar hole 812 and dodges the hole to be connected with first mounting bracket 110. In this embodiment, the apertures 812 extend linearly, and the direction of travel of the notes 3 is substantially horizontal, also understood to be the direction from the entrance to the exit of the transport channel 130. The positioning member 820 is a threaded fastener, and when the adjustment plate 810 is moved, the positioning member 820 is loosened, and when the adjustment plate 810 is moved to a designated position, the positioning member is tightened to fix the position of the adjustment plate 810.
The noodle holes 812 are inclined in a direction away from the second mounting frame 120 in a direction from the outlet to the inlet of the transfer passage 130. When the adjusting plate 810 moves relative to the fixed side plate 17 in the inlet-to-outlet direction of the transport passage 130, the first mounting frame 110 rotates in a direction away from the second mounting frame 120, and the gap between the ticket distribution wheel 410 and the ticket blocking wheel 420 increases; on the contrary, when the adjusting plate 810 moves in a direction from the outlet to the inlet of the transport passage 130 with respect to the fixed side plate 17, the first mounting frame 110 rotates in a direction to approach the second mounting frame 120, and the gap between the ticket distribution wheel 410 and the ticket blocking wheel 420 decreases.
It is easy to understand that the ticket box 1 of the present embodiment converts the linear motion of the adjusting plate 810 into the rotational motion of the first mounting frame 110, and by rotating the first mounting frame 110, the gap between the ticket distributing wheel 410 and the ticket blocking wheel 420 is changed, and then the pressure applied on the ticket 3 is changed, so that the ticket 3 is kept balanced in the transportation channel 130, the ticket is prevented from tilting, and thus it can be ensured that the printing module can print the text content at the corresponding position of the ticket 3 accurately after the ticket 3 enters the printing module.
Of course, in other embodiments, the noodle holes 812 may also be oppositely inclined, i.e., in the direction from the exit to the entrance of the transfer channel 130, the noodle holes 812 are inclined toward the direction close to the second mounting frame 120. Thus, when the adjusting plate 810 moves in the inlet-to-outlet direction of the transport passage 130 with respect to the fixed side plate 17, the first mounting frame 110 rotates in a direction to approach the second mounting frame 120, and the gap between the ticket distribution wheel 410 and the ticket blocking wheel 420 decreases; on the contrary, when the adjusting plate 810 moves in a direction from the outlet to the inlet of the transport passage 130 with respect to the fixed side plate 17, the first mounting frame 110 rotates in a direction away from the second mounting frame 120, and the gap between the ticket distribution wheel 410 and the ticket blocking wheel 420 increases.
Alternatively, in other embodiments, the strip-shaped hole may also be an arc-shaped hole, the adjusting plate 810 is fixed on the fixed side plate 17, and the positioning member 820 can directly drive the first mounting frame 110 to rotate relative to the second mounting frame 120 when moving along the strip-shaped hole.
The adjusting mechanism 800 further comprises a guiding sliding column 830, the guiding sliding column 830 is connected with the fixed side plate 17, a guiding hole 814 is arranged on the adjusting plate 810, the extending direction of the guiding hole 814 is consistent with the moving direction of the bill 3, and the guiding sliding column 830 penetrates through the guiding hole 814. The matching of the guiding columns 830 and the guiding holes 814 can prevent the adjusting plate 810 from deflecting during the movement, and can also limit the movement of the adjusting plate 810.
In this embodiment, the adjustment plate 810 is provided with a scale 816 linearly extending in the moving direction of the bill 3, the fixed side plate 17 is provided with a base line 818, and the moving distance of the adjustment plate 810 can be determined by comparing the position of the base line 818 with respect to the scale 816. In other embodiments, the positions of the graduation 816 and the base line 818 can be interchanged, that is, the base line 818 can be arranged on the adjusting plate 810, and the graduation 816 can be arranged on the fixed side plate 17.
Further, in the present embodiment, two sets of the adjusting mechanisms 800 are provided, and are respectively provided on two opposite sides of the first mounting frame 110. The direction of movement of the adjustment plates 810 of the two sets of adjustment mechanisms 800 can be the same to match the size of the transport path 130 to the thickness of the note 3. The adjusting plates 810 of the two sets of adjusting mechanisms 800 can also be independently adjusted to adjust the pressure applied to a certain side of the bill 3 according to the inclination of the bill 3 in the transport passage 130 to correct the position of the bill 3. The principle behind correcting the skew bill 3 is that the bill 3 will be deflected to the side where the pressure is large when passing.
Specifically, with the viewing angle shown in fig. 10, when the ticket 3 is tilted to the right, there are three adjustment ways available for correcting the ticket 3: firstly, the right adjusting mechanism 800 is kept still, and the adjusting plate 810 corresponding to the left adjusting mechanism 800 is moved along the positive direction of the X axis, so as to increase the pressure applied by the ticket distributing wheel 410 and the ticket blocking wheel 420 to the left side of the ticket 3, and the ticket 3 is wiped to the left. Secondly, the left adjusting mechanism 800 is kept still, and the adjusting plate 810 corresponding to the right adjusting mechanism 800 is moved along the negative direction of the X axis to reduce the pressure applied by the ticket distributing wheel 410 and the ticket blocking wheel 420 to the right side of the ticket 3, so that the ticket 3 is smeared to the left. Thirdly, the adjusting mechanisms 800 on the left and right sides are adjusted, the adjusting plate 810 corresponding to the adjusting mechanism 800 on the left side is moved along the positive direction of the X axis, and the adjusting plate 810 corresponding to the adjusting mechanism 800 on the right side is moved along the negative direction of the X axis, so that the pressure applied to the left side of the bill 3 is increased, and the pressure applied to the right side of the bill 3 is reduced. The user can select a proper one of the three adjusting modes to adjust according to the positions of the bill 3, the adjusting wrench 340 of the anti-dragging bill assembly 300 and the specific conditions of the rest structures in the bill distributing mechanism 20. The adjustment mode of the bill 3 when inclining to the left is the same, and the detailed description is omitted here.
It is worth mentioning that, when the amplitude of adjustment of the adjustment mechanism 800 is small, that is, when the distance that the adjustment plate 810 moves is small, the first mounting frame 110 slightly deforms, so that the bill 3 can deviate, and therefore, the adjustment mechanisms 800 on both sides do not affect each other when adjusting the pressure respectively.
