The NFC terminal in this embodiment is used to patrol the NFC smart lock in embodiment 1. When the inspection personnel transfer to the next production equipment for inspection, if a compliance marking information acquisition request sent by the NFC intelligent lock corresponding to the next production equipment is detected, all stored compliance marking information is sent to the NFC intelligent lock, so that the NFC intelligent lock can complete the verification process of the matching of the inspection request and the inspection plan information according to the provided compliance marking information, and then the inspection personnel can be switched to an unlocking state, so that the inspection personnel can inspect and maintain the production equipment.
Further as a preferred embodiment, the NFC terminal is further configured to request the NFC smart lock to obtain an unlocking record, and store and/or display the unlocking record.
The inspection personnel can operate the NFC terminal and send the record of unblanking to the NFC intelligence lock and acquire the request. And the NFC intelligent lock responds to the unlocking record acquisition request and sends the stored unlocking record to the NFC terminal. After the NFC terminal acquires the unlocking record, the unlocking record can be displayed on the display screen, so that inspection personnel can check the unlocking record.
Example 3
The inspection system in this embodiment is composed of the NFC smart lock in embodiment 1 and the NFC terminal in embodiment 2, and can realize functions that the NFC smart lock and the NFC terminal individually realize and functions that they combine to realize, and can obtain the same technical effects as those of the NFC smart lock and the NFC terminal.
Example 4
The inspection method in the embodiment comprises the following steps:
s1, an NFC intelligent lock acquires a polling request sent by an NFC terminal;
s2, reading the stored inspection plan information by the NFC intelligent lock, and verifying the matching of the inspection request and the inspection plan information; generating an unlocking instruction for the condition that the inspection request is verified to be matched with the inspection plan information;
s3, the NFC intelligent lock is kept in a locking state at ordinary times, and is switched to an unlocking state when the unlocking instruction is responded.
The steps S1-S3 are performed using the inspection system in embodiment 3. The steps S1 to S3 may be used as a method for using the inspection system in embodiment 3, and may achieve the technical effect achieved by the NFC smart lock in embodiment 1.

The invention also includes the computer itself when programmed according to the methods and techniques described herein.
A computer program can be applied to input data to perform the functions described in the present embodiment to convert the input data to generate output data that is stored to a non-volatile memory. The output information may also be applied to one or more output devices, such as a display. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the transformed data represents physical and tangible objects, including particular visual depictions of physical and tangible objects produced on a display.

Claims (10)

1. An NFC intelligent lock is characterized by comprising an NFC communication module, a storage module, a control module and an electronic lock execution module;
the NFC communication module is used for providing a channel for external communication for the control module;
the storage module is used for storing the routing inspection plan information;
the control module is used for acquiring an inspection request through the NFC communication module, reading inspection plan information from the storage module and verifying the matching between the inspection request and the inspection plan information; generating an unlocking instruction for the condition that the inspection request is verified to be matched with the inspection plan information;
the electronic lock execution module is used for keeping a locking state at ordinary times and switching to an unlocking state when responding to the unlocking instruction.
2. The NFC smart lock of claim 1, wherein:
the electronic lock execution module is also used for timing the duration of the unlocking state and transmitting the duration of the unlocking state to the control module;
and for the condition that the duration time of the unlocking state is less than a preset threshold value, the control module is used for sending out compliance marking information through the NFC communication module.
3. The NFC intelligent lock according to claim 2, wherein the control module is configured to, when verifying the matching of the patrol request and the patrol plan information, specifically execute the following steps:
analyzing the patrol plan information to obtain a time sequence consisting of a plurality of patrol plan tasks;
determining a first inspection plan task corresponding to the inspection request in the plurality of inspection plan tasks;
requesting to acquire corresponding compliance marking information for each second inspection plan task which is positioned in front of the first inspection plan task in time sequence;
and when all the compliance mark information requested to be obtained is obtained, judging that the inspection request is matched with the inspection plan information.
4. The NFC intelligent lock according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the control module is configured to perform the following steps when verifying the matching of the patrol request and the patrol plan information:
recording the acquisition time of the routing inspection request;
comparing the acquisition time of the inspection request with the legal time period specified in the inspection plan information;
and when the fact that the obtaining time of the inspection request is within the legal time period specified in the inspection plan information is detected, judging that the inspection request is matched with the inspection plan information.
5. The NFC smart lock according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the control module is further configured to generate an unlocking record after detecting that the electronic lock execution module is switched to the unlocked state, and store the unlocking record in the storage module.
6. An NFC terminal, which is used for polling the NFC intelligent lock according to any one of claims 1-5, and is used for sending a polling request to the NFC intelligent lock, so that an electronic lock execution module in the NFC intelligent lock is switched to an unlocking state.
7. The NFC terminal of claim 6, further configured to obtain and store compliance tag information sent by the NFC smart lock, and send all the stored compliance tag information to the NFC smart lock when a compliance tag information obtaining request sent by the NFC smart lock is detected.
8. The NFC terminal of claim 6, further configured to request the NFC smart lock for an unlock record, and to store and/or display the unlock record.
9. An inspection system based on an NFC smart lock, characterized by comprising an NFC smart lock according to any one of claims 1 to 5 and an NFC terminal according to any one of claims 6 to 8.
10. An inspection method based on an NFC smart lock, characterized in that the following steps are performed using the inspection system according to claim 9:
the NFC intelligent lock acquires a polling request sent by the NFC terminal;
the NFC intelligent lock reads the stored patrol plan information and verifies the matching of the patrol request and the patrol plan information; generating an unlocking instruction for the condition that the inspection request is verified to be matched with the inspection plan information;
the NFC intelligent lock is kept in a locking state at ordinary times, and is switched to an unlocking state when responding to the unlocking instruction.
