Referring to fig. 4, a flowchart of a method for searching and ranking online lodging products according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application is shown. The method can be applied to the practical application scenario shown in fig. 1, and is executed by the terminal and the OTA system in fig. 1, as shown in fig. 4, the flowchart may include the following steps:
step 401, the OTA client sends an accommodation product search request to the OTA system, and the accommodation product search request carries the geographic location.
Correspondingly, the OTA system receives an accommodation product search request sent by the OTA client, and the accommodation product search request carries the geographic position. Optionally, the OTA client logs in a user account.
Optionally, the user may send an accommodation product search request to the OTA system through the network according to the OTA client, for example, the user initiates search for accommodation products in the search bar shown in fig. 2, at this time, the OTA client may generate a corresponding accommodation product search request and send the corresponding accommodation product search request to the OTA system through the network, where the sent accommodation product search request carries the geographic location information currently acquired by the OTA client. For example, the OTA client may actively or passively acquire the geographic location of the current terminal when the user opens the OTA client through the positioning system, so that the geographic location may be carried in the lodging product search request. Optionally, the geographic location may be a specific city name, longitude and latitude information, and the like.
Step 402, the OTA system searches a first group of candidate accommodation products and a second group of candidate accommodation products according to the user account and the geographic location, wherein the first group of candidate accommodation products comprises: the user account has accommodation products of member identity, the member identity is the identity set for the user account for accommodation product provider in OTA system; the second set of candidate accommodation products comprises accommodation products in which the user account is interested;
optionally, in this step, the OTA system may search for accommodation products according to the user account and the geographic location, and use a search result of searching for accommodation products according to the user account as a first group of candidate accommodation products, and use a search result of searching for accommodation products according to the geographic location as a second group of candidate accommodation products.
For example, after the OTA client sends a lodging product search request to the OTA system, the OTA system may acquire source information (for example, a user account logged in the OTA client) of the lodging product search request, and the OTA system may search according to the acquired source information (the user account) to acquire a lodging product corresponding to the user account. In this embodiment, the accommodation products are searched under the condition that the user account has the member identity, and a plurality of accommodation products of which the user account has the member identity are obtained.
The OTA system can also obtain the lodging products interested by the surrounding user account according to the geographical position carried by the lodging product search request, optionally, the OTA system can refer to the steps performed according to the user portrait for searching the lodging products interested by the user account, and the steps are not repeated herein. Optionally, the OTA system may perform the acquiring of the first group of candidate accommodation products and the second group of candidate accommodation products simultaneously or sequentially, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
Step 403, the OTA system determines at least one top recommended accommodation product from the first set of candidate accommodation products and at least one non-top recommended accommodation product from the second set of candidate accommodation products; the top recommended lodging product is the recommended lodging product ranked at the top position in the search results.
The set-top recommended accommodation product is at least one accommodation product which is in a preset position when a search result is returned to the OTA client. Optionally, the first group of candidate accommodation products searched by the OTA system may be ranked in a first preset ranking manner, and the OTA system may use at least one candidate accommodation product ranked at the top position as a top recommended accommodation product. Similarly, for the second group of candidate lodging products searched by the OTA system, the OTA system may also select at least one candidate recommended lodging product from the at least one candidate lodging product searched as a non-top recommended lodging product, so as to generate the search result according to the top recommended lodging product and the non-top recommended lodging product.
In step 404, the OTA system sends a search result to the OTA client, where the search result includes top recommended lodging products ranked at the top position and non-top recommended lodging products ranked after the top recommended lodging products.
Correspondingly, the OTA client receives the search result sent by the OTA system.
Optionally, after the server completes the search process, the obtained search result may be sent to the OTA client through a network between the OTA client and the server, where the search result includes a search result composed of a top recommended lodging product at the forefront position and a non-top recommended lodging product ordered behind the top recommended lodging product, so that the OTA client in the terminal displays the corresponding ordered lodging products.
In step 405, the OTA client displays the ordered display list of the search results.
The sequencing display list comprises top recommended accommodation products sequenced at the forefront position and non-top recommended accommodation products sequenced behind the top recommended accommodation products. Optionally, the OTA client may generate a corresponding ranking display list for the search result sent by the received OTA system, and render the ranking display list in a specific rendering manner, so that the OTA client displays the top recommended lodging product ranked at the forefront position included in the search result, and the non-top recommended lodging product ranked after the top recommended lodging product.
To sum up, by receiving an accommodation product search request carrying a geographic location sent by an OTA client, searching a first group of candidate accommodation products and a second group of candidate accommodation products according to a user account and the geographic location logged in the OTA client, where the first group of candidate accommodation products includes: the user account has accommodation products of member identity, the member identity is the identity set for the user account for accommodation product provider in OTA system; the second set of candidate accommodation products comprises accommodation products in which the user account is interested; determining at least one top recommended lodging product from the first set of candidate lodging products and at least one non-top recommended lodging product from the second set of candidate lodging products; and sending a search result to the OTA client, wherein the search result comprises top recommended accommodation products ranked at the forefront position and non-top recommended accommodation products ranked behind the top recommended accommodation products. According to the method and the device, the lodging products with the identity members are obtained according to the user account and the geographic position information, and the set-top recommended lodging products are determined from the obtained information, so that the lodging products are recommended to the OTA client, the user using the OTA client can directly know the lodging products with the member identities, the time for the user to select the lodging products is shortened, and the efficiency for the user to select the lodging products is improved.
In a possible implementation manner, the search ranking method of the online lodging products shown in fig. 4 is exemplified by taking at least two of the top recommended lodging products and ranking according to the latest consumption time of the user account as an example. Referring to fig. 5, a flowchart of a method for searching and ranking online lodging products according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application is shown. The method can be applied to the practical application scenario shown in fig. 1, and is executed by the terminal and the OTA system in fig. 1, as shown in fig. 5, the flowchart may include the following steps:

Correspondingly, the OTA system receives an accommodation product search request sent by the OTA client, and the accommodation product search request carries the geographic position. Optionally, the OTA client logs in a user account. Optionally, the OTA system and the OTA client may transmit the lodging product search request through an Application Programming Interface (API). Namely, the OTA system obtains the lodging product search request through the API, and after obtaining the lodging product search request, the OTA system can also analyze the lodging product search request to obtain the geographic location carried therein. Optionally, the manner in which the OTA client sends the accommodation product search request to the OTA system may be triggered by the user triggering a corresponding search control in the OTA client, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Optionally, the OTA system may further determine the current search scenario through the accommodation product search request obtained by the API, and determine a subsequent search mode according to the search scenario. Please refer to fig. 6, which illustrates a schematic structural diagram of an OTA system according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, the system comprises an API module 601, a scene recognition module 602, a search ranking module 603, a member system module 604, a member library 605, a transaction system 606, and a search recall module 607. The API module 601 may be configured to receive a request sent by an OTA client, the scenario identification module 602 may be configured to determine a search scenario, the search ranking module 603 may be configured to rank the searched accommodation products, the member system module 604 may be configured to query a membership relationship of each user account stored in the member library 605 in the OTA client, the transaction system 606 may be configured to generate a transaction record between each user account and each accommodation product and store the transaction record in the member library 605, and the search recall module 607 may be configured to generate a search result.
After the OTA system obtains the accommodation product search request through the API module 601, the OTA system may call the scene recognition module 602 in the OTA system, and determine the search scene of the accommodation product searched by the current user through the scene recognition module 602. Taking the search scene including 3 types of landmark search, local empty search and landmark intention as an example, the OTA system can determine which of the search scenes is according to the received lodging product search request.
In a possible implementation manner, after the OTA system receives the lodging product search request sent by the OTA client, when the OTA system analyzes the lodging product search request, if the geographic position is represented by the longitude and latitude coordinates, the OTA system can also determine the geographic position according to the longitude and latitude coordinates, that is, when the longitude and latitude coordinates exist in the lodging product search request sent by the OTA client, the OTA system can determine the geographic position according to the longitude and latitude coordinates. For example, the OTA system may determine the longitude and latitude coordinates as the corresponding geographic location, where the latitude and longitude coordinates (e.g., 31 ° 7 'to 32 ° 2' north latitude, 119 ° 33 'to 120 ° 38' east longitude) of the area where the terminal is located are carried in the accommodation product search request sent by the OTA client.
In one possible implementation, when the OTA system parses the accommodation product search request, if the geographic location is represented by a landmark name, the OTA system may also determine the geographic location according to the landmark name, that is, when the landmark name exists in the accommodation product search request sent by the OTA client, the OTA system may determine the geographic location according to the landmark name. For example, the search request for the accommodation product sent by the OTA client carries a landmark name (e.g., beijing) of an area where the terminal is located, and the OTA system can determine the landmark name "beijing" as the corresponding geographic location.
Step 502, the OTA system searches for a first set of candidate accommodation products and a second set of candidate accommodation products based on the user account and the geographic location, the first set of candidate accommodation products comprising: the user account has accommodation products of member identity, the member identity is the identity set for the user account for accommodation product provider in OTA system; the second set of candidate accommodation products comprises accommodation products in which the user account is interested;
optionally, when the OTA system searches for the first group of candidate accommodation products according to the user account and the geographic location, the OTA system determines an initial screening candidate accommodation product set, in which a distance from the geographic location is smaller than a threshold value, in the candidate accommodation product set; determining a rescreened candidate accommodation product set with the member identity of a user account in the primary screening candidate accommodation product set; and sequencing the rescreened candidate accommodation product set according to the recent consumption time of the user account, and determining the candidate accommodation products sequenced at the top n as a first group of recommended accommodation products.
Optionally, the first group of candidate accommodation products may also include accommodation products in which the user account has a member identity and a history record of accommodation exists. That is, the user account has checked in a certain accommodation product. Optionally, the member identity is an identity automatically created by the OTA system for the user account. The member identity corresponds to the accommodation product provider. The member identity is stored in a member database. Each user account of the accommodation product provider has a member identity, and the member identity of each user account can be the same by way of example; illustratively, the membership identity of each user account may be different. When the membership of each user account is different, the membership may be classified into a plurality of levels or categories, for example, the membership may be classified into a primary membership, a secondary membership, or a gold member, a platinum member, or a large-bed member, a standard-room member, or the like.
Each user account has a corresponding member identity, and when the member identities of the user accounts are different, the member identity is related to the user information or related information of the accommodation product provider in the member information. The information about the accommodation product provider includes: the method comprises the steps of establishing at least one of the time of membership identity, the number of historical orders of user accounts at a lodging product provider, the total electronic money resource number of the historical orders of the user accounts at the lodging product provider, the number of certain lodging products in the historical orders of the user accounts or the total electronic money resource number. The electronic money resource is the money used in OTA systems to book or purchase accommodation products. For example, the electronic money resource required for booking or purchasing the accommodation product is the price of the accommodation product. The order is a report used for recording the behavior of booking or purchasing accommodation products for a certain time by the user account and the related information of the behavior in the OTA system. Illustratively, the order includes at least one of an order generation time, an order number, a user account, user information, member information, accommodation product information of accommodation products reserved or purchased by the user account, a user payment method, and a user payment result.
Optionally, the candidate accommodation product set may be a set corresponding to a certain accommodation product provided by the OTA system developer, for example, the accommodation product provided by the OTA system developer is a hotel, and all hotels cooperating with the developer may be included in the candidate accommodation product set. The OTA system developer can store all the hotels in the database in advance, and when the candidate accommodation product set needs to be determined and screened for the first time, the OTA system can obtain the candidate accommodation product set from the database.
Optionally, the OTA system may filter from the candidate accommodation product set according to the obtained geographic location to determine an initially-filtered candidate accommodation product set. For example, the OTA system can determine a set of prescreened candidate accommodation products that are less than a threshold distance from the geographic location, where the threshold can be preset by a developer. Taking the geographic position as "Beijing" and the threshold value as 50 kilometers as an example, all hotels within 50 kilometers of the circumference of the "Beijing" can be determined as the initial screening candidate accommodation product set at this time by the OTA system.
After the OTA system obtains the primary screening candidate accommodation product set, each accommodation product set with the user account number having the member identity is determined from the primary screening candidate accommodation product set according to the user account number logged in the OTA client, and the accommodation product set is determined as the rescreening candidate accommodation product set. For example, a first user account is logged in the OTA client, the OTA system sets a member identity for the first user account for a first hotel, a second hotel and a third hotel, the first user sends a lodging product search request to the OTA system through the steps, at this time, if the first hotel, the second hotel and the third hotel are included in the first screened candidate lodging product set, the OTA system can determine the first hotel, the second hotel and the third hotel with the member identity from the first screened candidate lodging product set according to the first user account, and determine the first hotel, the second hotel and the third hotel as a rescreened candidate lodging product set.
Optionally, the OTA system may also sort the rescreened candidate lodging product set according to the recent consumption time of the user account, and determine the candidate lodging products sorted in the top n digits as the first group of recommended lodging products. The value of n may also be preset by a developer. For example, the member library shown in fig. 6 may further store transaction records, and the OTA system may further determine, according to the consumption time of the transaction record of the user account, a transaction record conforming to the latest consumption time, and determine a corresponding lodging product in the transaction record, thereby sorting the rescreened set of candidate lodging products. For example, the hotel one, the hotel two and the hotel three are set of candidate accommodation products for rescreening, and the member stock stores transaction records of a plurality of time points of the three hotels. Please refer to table 1, which shows a schematic table of transaction records stored in a member library according to an embodiment of the present application.

TABLE 1
As can be seen from table 1, a user account corresponding to the transaction record shown in table 1 may be stored in the member library, and when the OTA system may sort the rescreened candidate lodging product set through the table, the candidate lodging products sorted in the top n digits are determined as the first group of recommended lodging products. For example, the OTA system may sort the rescreened candidate accommodation product set of the user account one according to table 1, and the obtained sorting results are hotel one, hotel two, and hotel three. If n is 2, the first set of recommended lodging products is hotel one and hotel two.
Optionally, when the OTA system searches for the second group of candidate accommodation products according to the user account and the geographic location, the OTA system determines an initial screening candidate accommodation product set, in which a distance from the geographic location is smaller than a threshold value, in the candidate accommodation product set; in the primary screening candidate accommodation product set, determining a rescreened candidate accommodation product set which is interested by the user account according to the user portrait of the user account; and sequencing the rescreened candidate accommodation product set according to a sequencing model, and determining the candidate accommodation products sequenced at the top m as a second group of recommended accommodation products.
The candidate accommodation product set may also be pre-stored in the database with reference to the above optional manner, and the OTA system may also determine, in the candidate accommodation product set, the initially screened candidate accommodation product set whose distance from the geographic location is smaller than the threshold with reference to the above optional manner, which is not described herein again. Optionally, the member library in the OTA system may further have a user portrait function of storing the user account, and when the OTA system needs to use the user portrait of the user account to determine to rescreen the set of candidate accommodation products, the OTA system may obtain the user portrait of the user account, so as to filter the set of candidate accommodation products. Please refer to table 2, which shows a schematic table of correspondence between user accounts and user images stored in a member library according to an embodiment of the present application.

Optionally, after obtaining the rescreened candidate accommodation product set, the OTA system may sort the rescreened candidate accommodation product set according to a sorting model, where the sorting model may be a single-time search sorting model obtained based on a certain algorithm model, that is, an algorithm model corresponding to the sorting model is provided in the OTA system, and the OTA system directly sorts the obtained rescreened candidate accommodation product set, and determines candidate accommodation products sorted in the top m places as a second group of recommended accommodation products through the algorithm model. Optionally, the value of n may also be preset by a developer.
Step 503, the OTA system determines at least one top recommended accommodation product from the first set of candidate accommodation products and at least one non-top recommended accommodation product from the second set of candidate accommodation products; the top recommended lodging product is the recommended lodging product ranked at the top position in the search results.
For the first group of candidate accommodation products and the second group of candidate accommodation products obtained by the OTA system, the OTA system can select at least one top recommended accommodation product from the first group of candidate accommodation products and select at least one non-top recommended accommodation product from the second group of candidate accommodation products. And placing the selected at least one top recommended accommodation product in the search result for recommendation. For example, the first group of candidate accommodation products obtained by the OTA system are hotel one, hotel three and hotel six, the second group of candidate accommodation products are hotel two, hotel four and hotel five, the OTA system can select hotel three as a set recommended accommodation product from the first group of candidate accommodation products, and select hotel two as a non-set recommended accommodation product from the second group of candidate accommodation products.
And step 504, the OTA system sends a search result to the OTA client, wherein the search result comprises top recommended accommodation products ranked at the forefront position and non-top recommended accommodation products ranked behind the top recommended accommodation products.
Correspondingly, the OTA client receives the search result sent by the OTA system.

Optionally, when the OTA system determines at least two top recommended lodging products from the first group of candidate lodging products, the top recommended lodging products 701 displayed in the terminal interface 700 may be several top recommended lodging products 701 at the front positions, for example, when the OTA system determines two top recommended lodging products from the first group of candidate lodging products, then the top recommended lodging products 701 displayed in the terminal interface 700 may be the top recommended lodging products at the front two positions, and the other recommended lodging products are non-top recommended lodging products.
And 505, acquiring the member activity by the OTA system, wherein the member activity is the activity that the member identity has the preset authority in the top recommended lodging product.
That is, when the user account has a membership, the OTA system can acquire the activity that the membership has a predetermined right in the top recommended lodging product. In one possible implementation manner, the OTA system may also obtain the member activities of the corresponding accommodation products when obtaining the member identities of the user accounts. For example, the first user account has a member identity, and when the hotel has a member activity of "member is preferred to live at this night by 3 discount" for the member identity of the first user account, the OTA system can obtain the member activity through the first user account. Optionally, the predetermined authority may correspond to a member level, for example, the member level one corresponds to a member activity of "member having a preference of 3 is preferred for entering the hotel one this night", the member level two corresponds to a member activity of "member having a preference of 1 is preferred for entering the hotel two this night", and the like.
In step 506, the OTA system adds the employee activity to the location corresponding to the top recommended lodging product in the search results.
