Background
Currently, the closest prior art: at present, digital assets such as pictures, audio, video and the like are different from traditional practical assets, and are very easy to steal due to the replicability, most of the digital assets such as pictures, audio, video and the like in the internet are illegal use cases, and the root cause of the illegal use cases is that although copyright protection exists for the digital assets legally, the copyright protection cannot prevent copying, transmission and use of files, and simply speaking, the digital assets have digital asset files, and the ownership and use rights of the files cannot be possessed, namely the ownership and use rights of the digital asset files cannot be possessed. Especially for pictures, with the popularization of smart phones, the number of original pictures is increasing at a speed of hundreds of millions and billions every day, and the pictures cannot be confirmed in a traditional copyright registration mode, so that traditional electronic technical means such as DRM (digital rights management) and the like cannot be used for protection, and the DRM has defects, is easy to crack and inconvenient to use, and is not suitable for the large-scale number of copyright protection requirements.
In summary, the problems of the prior art are as follows:
(1) the traditional copyright registration needs to be performed in writing or electronic registration in a central government department, a checking process is not performed, the first declared criterion is adopted, the whole process needs to consume certain time and money, the number of digital assets such as digital photos, music, videos and the like is calculated in the number of billions and trillions, and the traditional mode cannot be completed. Massive digital asset files cannot be protected by traditional copyright registration means.
(2) The existing DRM mechanism has a vulnerability, is easy to crack, can remove copyright information, and cannot be applied to the management of digital assets with the number of billions.
(3) The legal identification and protection of the copyright of the digital assets cannot be associated with the ownership of the digital files, and the ownership and the use right cannot be separated, so that the right cannot be well protected. For digital assets, the user can simply resell illegally after the owner has made an authorization. So that it cannot be well protected.
The difficulty of solving the technical problems is as follows: the traditional central copyright protection mechanism can not solve the whole problem technically.
The significance of solving the technical problems is as follows: through the separation of ownership and usage rights, legitimate transactions for digital assets can be facilitated, both for the owner and the user.

The digital assets of the invention include creators of pictures, music, videos and the like, and the digital asset file refers to a file for storing the digital contents. The owner only needs one operation, and subsequent authorization does not need to participate.
Different from the existing central material transaction platform, the digital assets do not need to be uploaded to a central server and do not need to be transmitted through the central server. In the existing transaction mode, a user of the digital asset cannot know who the owner of the user collects the digital asset files, and cannot acquire legal authorization. s203: the user of the digital asset obtains the digital asset file which is authenticated through any way, identifies the owner of the file through the identification information (including characteristic value information and tracking information) of the file, and automatically obtains authorization through payment, transfer and other modes in an entitlement registration and granting system to obtain the use right of the digital asset; the ownership of the file belongs to the owner, the process does not need the agreement and confirmation of the owner, the transfer record is the authorization record, and the separation of the ownership and the use right of the digital assets is realized.
The digital asset right-confirming registration information processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention records and embeds the file characteristic value into the tracking information through the digital asset identity identification system, uploads the tracking information to the right registration and granting system to realize the right registration, integrates the ownership of the authored content and the ownership of the content carrier into a whole, and a user automatically obtains the use right through the right registration and granting system without the intervention of an owner, so that the user only has the use right of the file but does not have the ownership, and the separation of the ownership and the use right is realized.

The robust watermark module is adopted by the tracking information embedding module, the robust watermark module can embed specific watermark information into the digital asset file, the watermark does not influence the normal use of the file, and has robustness, namely, the watermark information is not damaged in the conventional operation of the file, such as copying, cutting, sending, editing, cutting, stretching, compressing and the like, the propagation of the file can be tracked through the watermark information, and the content of the robust watermark information can be customized, such as platform information, owner wallet address, transaction information and the like.
The invention discloses a digital asset right registration and granting system (hereinafter referred to as a blockchain system) based on a blockchain, which is constructed based on the blockchain, and adopts a alliance chain, wherein nodes on the chain are digital asset owners, operators, government departments and other related stakeholders. The digital asset right-confirming registration information processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention specifically comprises the following steps:

And the camera module writes the image data written with the robust watermark information into a storage space of the smart phone. The identity information extraction and the tracking information embedding of the image are realized.
And secondly, the digital asset identity identification system uploads the zero watermark information, the robust watermark information and other related necessary information to a block chain system server, the information is broadcasted in the network through the block chain system, the nodes in the block chain system pack the information into blocks after receiving the information, the nodes which acquire the accounting right broadcast the blocks and the verification information, and other nodes verify and account, so that the storage of the zero watermark information and the robust watermark information in the block chain network is realized. Meaning that the attribution of the image information enables on-chain storage, the information is not tampered with, and thus, the confirmation of ownership is achieved.
Step three, after the user obtains the image file, the operating platform reads the robust watermark information in the image file to obtain the wallet address of the owner of the image file, the payment information is broadcasted to the nodes in the block chain network after paying the corresponding token to the wallet address in the block chain network according to the price registered by the platform, after a certain node obtains the accounting right, the payment information is packaged into the block and broadcasted, after other nodes pass the verification, the common identification is achieved, the transfer is completed, and the user obtains the authorization of the use right of the file at the same time. The transaction information is authorization information which can not be tampered.
The process realizes the separation of ownership and use right of the digital assets, and the process of obtaining authorization by a user does not need the consent of an owner and can be realized only by depending on a distributed network.
