The present disclosure is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and examples. With further reference to fig. 5, as an implementation of the methods shown in the above-mentioned figures, the present disclosure provides an embodiment of an information retrieval apparatus, which corresponds to the method embodiment shown in fig. 2, and which is particularly applicable to various electronic devices.
As shown in fig. 5, the information retrieval apparatus 500 of the present embodiment may include: the first determining unit 501 is configured to determine, in response to receiving an information retrieval request including location information of a target area, target business circles belonging to the target area based on the location information, wherein one business circle includes at least one cell; the second determining unit 502 is configured to determine a target cell belonging to the target area based on the target quotient circle; the third determination unit 503 is configured to determine information for screening for house source information screening based on the target cell; the obtaining unit 504 is configured to obtain the house source information based on the screening information; the fourth determining unit 505 is configured to determine a retrieval result based on the acquired house source information, and return the retrieval result.
In the present embodiment, in the information retrieval apparatus 500: for specific processing of the first determining unit 501, the second determining unit 502, the third determining unit 503, the obtaining unit 504, and the fourth determining unit 505 and technical effects thereof, reference may be made to relevant descriptions of step 201, step 202, step 203, step 204, and step 205 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and details are not repeated here.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the target area is an area framed by the user on a target map, and the target map includes an interest area for characterizing a business district; and the first determining unit 501 may be further configured to: determining each interest area included in the map content currently presented to the user in the target map; and determining target interest areas contained in the target areas in the interest areas based on the position information, and determining the quotient circles characterized by the target interest areas as target quotient circles.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the target map further includes interest points for characterizing cells, and the interest areas correspond to interest points corresponding to cells within a business circle characterized by the interest points; and the second determining unit 502 may be further configured to: determining a cell contained in a target business circle based on an interest point corresponding to a target interest area for representing the target business circle; and determining the determined cells contained in the target business district as target cells.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the third determining unit 503 may be further configured to: screening information including a cell identifier of a target cell is determined.
In some alternative implementations of this embodiment, the source information includes a price of the source indicated by the source information; and the fourth determination unit 505 may include: a determining subunit (not shown in the figure) configured to determine, based on the acquired room source information, at least one of: the average house source price and/or the number of house source sets corresponding to the target area, and the average house source price and/or the number of house source sets corresponding to the target cell; a generating subunit (not shown in the figure) configured to generate a retrieval result including the at least one determined item.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the determining subunit may be further configured to: averaging prices in the acquired house source information, and determining the average value as the house source average price corresponding to the target area; and determining the quantity of the acquired various house source information as the number of house source sets corresponding to the target area.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the determining subunit may be further configured to: the method comprises the steps of averaging prices in all the acquired house source information related to a target cell, determining the average value as the house source average price corresponding to the target cell, and determining the quantity of all the house source information related to the target cell as the house source set quantity corresponding to the target cell.
The apparatus provided in the foregoing embodiment of the present disclosure, in response to receiving an information retrieval request including location information of a target area, determines a target business turn belonging to the target area based on the location information, where one business turn includes at least one cell, then determines a target cell belonging to the target area based on the target business turn, then determines screening information used for house source information screening based on the target cell, and then acquires the house source information based on the screening information, so as to determine a retrieval result based on the acquired house source information, and returns the retrieval result. The scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure realizes targeted information retrieval. In addition, the target business circle belonging to the target area is determined firstly, and then the target cell belonging to the target area is determined based on the target business circle, so that the calculation amount can be effectively reduced, and the information retrieval efficiency can be improved.
Referring now to FIG. 6, a block diagram of an electronic device (e.g., server 105 shown in FIG. 1) 600 suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present disclosure is shown. The terminal device in the embodiments of the present disclosure may include, but is not limited to, a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a notebook computer, a digital broadcast receiver, a PDA (personal digital assistant), a PAD (tablet computer), a PMP (portable multimedia player), a vehicle terminal (e.g., a car navigation terminal), and the like, and a fixed terminal such as a digital TV, a desktop computer, and the like. The electronic device shown in fig. 6 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the range of use of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 6, electronic device 600 may include a processing means (e.g., central processing unit, graphics processor, etc.) 601 that may perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)602 or a program loaded from a storage means 608 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 603. In the RAM 603, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the electronic apparatus 600 are also stored. The processing device 601, the ROM 602, and the RAM 603 are connected to each other via a bus 604. An input/output (I/O) interface 605 is also connected to bus 604.
Generally, the following devices may be connected to the I/O interface 605: input devices 606 including, for example, a touch screen, touch pad, keyboard, mouse, camera, microphone, accelerometer, gyroscope, etc.; output devices 607 including, for example, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), a speaker, a vibrator, and the like; a storage device 608 including, for example, a hard disk; and a communication device 609. The communication means 609 may allow the electronic device 600 to communicate with other devices wirelessly or by wire to exchange data. While fig. 6 illustrates an electronic device 600 having various means, it is to be understood that not all illustrated means are required to be implemented or provided. More or fewer devices may be alternatively implemented or provided. Each block shown in fig. 6 may represent one device or may represent multiple devices as desired.
In particular, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer-readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated by the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network via the communication means 609, or may be installed from the storage means 608, or may be installed from the ROM 602. The computer program, when executed by the processing device 601, performs the above-described functions defined in the methods of embodiments of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium of the embodiments of the present disclosure may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In embodiments of the disclosure, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In embodiments of the present disclosure, however, a computer readable signal medium may comprise a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: electrical wires, optical cables, RF (radio frequency), etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The computer readable medium may be embodied in the electronic device; or may exist separately without being assembled into the electronic device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by the electronic device, cause the electronic device to: in response to receiving an information retrieval request including location information of a target area, determining a target business circle belonging to the target area based on the location information, wherein one business circle includes at least one cell; determining a target cell belonging to a target area based on a target business circle; determining screening information for house source information screening based on the target cell; acquiring house source information based on the screening information; and determining a retrieval result based on the acquired room source information, and returning the retrieval result.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for embodiments of the present disclosure may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, Smalltalk, C + +, and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the latter scenario, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any type of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or the connection may be made to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider).
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The units described in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented by software or hardware. Here, the name of the unit does not constitute a limitation of the unit itself in some cases, and for example, the first determination unit may also be described as "a unit that determines a target business turn attributed to the target area based on the position information of the target area".
The foregoing description is only exemplary of the preferred embodiments of the disclosure and is illustrative of the principles of the technology employed. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the scope of the disclosure herein is not limited to the particular combination of features described above, but also encompasses other embodiments in which any combination of the features described above or their equivalents does not depart from the spirit of the disclosure. For example, the above features and (but not limited to) the technical features with similar functions disclosed in the present disclosure are mutually replaced to form the technical solution.

Claims (8)

1. An information retrieval method, comprising:
in response to receiving an information retrieval request comprising position information of a target area, determining target business circles belonging to the target area based on the position information, wherein one business circle comprises at least one cell, and the business circle corresponds to position coordinates of a center point of the business circle;
determining a target cell belonging to the target area based on the target business turn;
determining screening information for house source information screening based on the target cell;
acquiring house source information based on the screening information;
determining a retrieval result based on the acquired room source information, and returning the retrieval result;
the method comprises the following steps that a house source application supported by a server is installed on a terminal device, and the house source application comprises at least one of the following items: area screening options and target maps; if the target area is an irregular polygon area selected by the user through an area screening option, determining a target business turn belonging to the target area based on the position information, including: drawing a ray on a two-dimensional plane along the horizontal direction by taking the position coordinate corresponding to the quotient circle as a starting point, determining the total number of intersection points of the boundary of the target area and the ray, determining whether the position coordinate is contained in the target area according to the total number, and if the position coordinate is contained in the target area, determining the quotient circle under the position coordinate as the target quotient circle belonging to the target area;
the determining a target cell belonging to the target area based on the target quotient circle comprises: acquiring a cell identifier corresponding to the target business circle; determining a cell contained in a target business circle according to the cell identifier, and determining the cell contained in the target business circle as a target cell belonging to a target area;
if the target area is an area outlined and selected on a target map by a user, the target map comprises an interest area used for representing a business circle and an interest point used for representing a cell, and the interest area corresponds to the interest point corresponding to the cell in the business circle represented by the interest area; then said determining a target business turn attributed to said target area based on said location information comprises:
determining each interest area included in the map content currently presented to the user in the target map;
determining target interest areas contained in the target areas in the interest areas based on the position information, and determining a quotient circle represented by the target interest areas as the target quotient circle;
the determining a target cell belonging to the target area based on the target quotient circle comprises:
determining a cell contained in the target business circle based on an interest point corresponding to a target interest area for representing the target business circle;
determining the determined cell contained within the target business circle as the target cell.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining screening information for house-source information screening based on the target cell comprises:
determining the screening information comprising a cell identity of the target cell.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the premises information includes a price of the premises that it indicates; and
the determining of the retrieval result based on the acquired room source information includes:
based on the acquired room source information, determining at least one of the following: the average house source price and/or the number of house source sets corresponding to the target area, and the average house source price and/or the number of house source sets corresponding to the target cell;
generating a search result including the determined at least one item.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the average source price and the number of source sets corresponding to the target area are determined by:
averaging prices in the acquired house source information, and determining the average value as the house source average price corresponding to the target area;
and determining the quantity of the acquired various house source information as the number of house source sets corresponding to the target area.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein the mean house-source price and the number of house-source sets corresponding to the target cell are determined by:
averaging prices in the acquired house source information related to the target cell, determining the average value as a house source average price corresponding to the target cell, and determining the quantity of the house source information related to the target cell as a house source set quantity corresponding to the target cell.
6. An information retrieval apparatus comprising:
a first determining unit configured to determine, in response to receiving an information retrieval request including location information of a target area, a target business circle belonging to the target area based on the location information, wherein one business circle includes at least one cell, and the business circle corresponds to location coordinates of a center point thereof;
a second determining unit configured to determine a target cell belonging to the target area based on the target quotient circle;
a third determination unit configured to determine information for screening for house source information screening based on the target cell;
an acquisition unit configured to acquire house source information based on the screening information;
a fourth determination unit configured to determine a search result based on the acquired room source information and return the search result;
the method comprises the following steps that a house source application supported by a server is installed on a terminal device, and the house source application comprises at least one of the following items: area screening options and a target map; if the target area is an irregular polygon area selected by the user through the area screening item, the first determining unit is specifically configured to: drawing a ray on a two-dimensional plane along the horizontal direction by taking the position coordinate as a starting point, determining the total number of intersection points of the boundary of the target area and the ray, determining whether the position coordinate is contained in the target area according to the total number, and if the position coordinate is contained in the target area, determining a quotient circle under the position coordinate as a target quotient circle belonging to the target area;
the second determining unit is specifically configured to obtain a cell identifier corresponding to the target business circle; determining a cell contained in a target business circle according to the cell identification, and determining the cell contained in the target business circle as a target cell belonging to a target area;
if the target area is an area outlined and selected on a target map by a user, the target map comprises an interest area used for representing a business circle and an interest point used for representing a cell, and the interest area corresponds to the interest point corresponding to the cell in the business circle represented by the interest area;
the first determining unit is specifically configured to:
determining each interest area included in the map content currently presented to the user in the target map;
determining target interest areas contained in the target areas in the interest areas based on the position information, and determining a quotient circle represented by the target interest areas as the target quotient circle;
the second determining unit is specifically configured to:
determining a cell contained in the target business circle based on an interest point corresponding to a target interest area for representing the target business circle;
determining the determined cell contained within the target business circle as the target cell.
7. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device having one or more programs stored thereon,
the one or more programs, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method recited in any of claims 1-5.
8. A computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored, wherein the program, when executed by a processor, implements the method of any one of claims 1-5.
