Abstract
The invention discloses a pressure stabilizing control method of a gas water heater, wherein the gas water heater comprises a water inlet pipeline, a water regulating valve, a flow meter and a water storage pressure device, the water regulating valve and the flow meter are arranged on the water inlet pipeline, the water storage pressure device is connected with the water inlet pipeline and is positioned at the front end of the water regulating valve, and the pressure stabilizing control method comprises the following steps: detecting, by the flow meter, a current water flow rate; judging whether the current water pressure is the standard water pressure or not according to the current water flow; determining whether to control the water regulating valve to work or not according to the judgment result; through water storage pressure device work makes inlet channel's water pressure is stable, and it can reduce water pressure pulsation, does benefit to the use that promotes the user and experiences.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water heaters, in particular to a pressure stabilization control method of a gas water heater.
Background
In the related art, along with the improvement of the living standard of people, the gas water heater is widely applied. When a user uses the gas water heater, due to the difference of actual water pressure of the user, especially the fluctuation of the regularity of the water pressure, great challenges are caused to the control and adaptability of the gas water heater, the situations of sudden cooling and sudden heating are easy to occur, and bad experience is brought to the user.

a pressure stabilizing control method of a gas water heater comprises a water inlet pipeline, a water regulating valve, a flow meter and a water storage pressure device, wherein the water regulating valve and the flow meter are arranged on the water inlet pipeline, the water storage pressure device is connected with the water inlet pipeline and is positioned at the front end of the water regulating valve, and the pressure stabilizing control method comprises the following steps:
detecting, by the flow meter, a current water flow rate;
judging whether the current water pressure is the standard water pressure or not according to the current water flow;
determining whether to control the water regulating valve to work or not according to the judgment result;
the water pressure of the water inlet pipeline is stable through the work of the water storage pressure device.
In some embodiments, the step of determining whether to control the operation of the water regulating valve according to the determination result specifically includes:
if the current water pressure is smaller than the standard water pressure, controlling the water regulating valve to work to increase the current water flow;
and if the current water pressure is greater than the standard water pressure, controlling the water regulating valve to work so as to reduce the current water flow.

The first embodiment is as follows: as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, the present embodiment provides a pressure stabilizing control method for a gas water heater, where the gas water heater includes a water inlet pipe 1, a water regulating valve 2, a flow meter 3, a water storage pressure device 4 and a controller, where the water regulating valve 2 and the flow meter 3 are disposed on the water inlet pipe 1, the flow meter 3 is used to detect water flow of the water inlet pipe 1, the water regulating valve 2 is used to regulate water flow of the water inlet pipe 1, the controller is respectively in signal connection with the water regulating valve 2 and the flow meter 3, the controller controls the water regulating valve 2 and other components to operate according to signals fed back by the flow meter 3 and other detection components, the water storage pressure device 4 is connected to the water inlet pipe 1 and located at a front end of the water:
detecting the current water flow through the flowmeter 3;
judging whether the current water pressure is the standard water pressure or not according to the current water flow, wherein the current water pressure of the water inlet pipeline 1 can be obtained on the premise of detecting the current water flow because the water flow and the water pressure have a certain linear relation;
determining whether to control the water regulating valve 2 to work or not according to the judgment result, and controlling the work of the water regulating valve 2 to enable the water pressure of the water inlet pipeline 1 to be at or close to the standard water pressure;
the water pressure of the water inlet pipeline 1 is stable through the work of the water storage pressure device 4.

Specifically, the water pressure of the water inlet pipeline 1 is at or close to the standard water pressure by controlling the operation of the water regulating valve 2, so that the influence of different water pressure differences of different users on the control and adaptability of the gas water heater can be avoided, the application range of the gas water heater can be further improved to a certain extent, and the accurate control of the gas water heater, such as temperature control and water pressure control, can be favorably realized.

Referring to fig. 3, it can be seen that, when the standard water flow rate of the use environment of the gas water heater in this embodiment is 6L/min, the water flow rate pulsates when water enters the cold water pipeline 1, and the water flow rate is 6 ± 0.5L/min, and the water flow rate is stabilized at 6L/min after being adjusted by the control method provided by this embodiment. Therefore, the pressure stabilizing control method provided by the implementation has an obvious effect on stabilizing the water inlet pressure of the gas water heater.
The pressure stabilization control method provided by the implementation can fundamentally solve the problem of water pressure pulsation, and is clear in water regulation strategy and easy to control algorithm. In addition, the requirement on the flow meter is low, and the influence of the hysteresis of the flow meter on the gas water heater is eliminated.

detecting a current water flow rate by the flow meter (3);
judging whether the current water pressure is the standard water pressure or not according to the current water flow;
determining whether to control the water regulating valve (2) to work or not according to the judgment result;
the water pressure of the water inlet pipeline (1) is stabilized through the work of the water storage pressure device (4).
2. The pressure stabilizing control method of the gas water heater according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining whether to control the operation of the water regulating valve (2) according to the judgment result specifically comprises:
if the current water pressure is smaller than the standard water pressure, controlling the water regulating valve (2) to work to increase the current water flow;
and if the current water pressure is greater than the standard water pressure, controlling the water regulating valve (2) to work so as to reduce the current water flow.
