The water heater according to claim 4, wherein a water mixing plate is transversely arranged between the upper end and the lower end of the water storage tank, the periphery of the water mixing plate is connected with the inner peripheral wall of the water storage tank in a matching manner so as to divide the inner cavity of the water storage tank into an upper cavity and a lower cavity, and a plurality of water through holes communicated with the upper cavity and the lower cavity are formed in the water mixing plate.

The water heater according to claim 4, wherein the electric heater comprises a mounting seat and an electric heating wire arranged on the mounting seat, the water storage tank is provided with a mounting opening matched with the mounting seat, and one exposed end of the mounting seat is connected with the controller through a power line.

The water heater of claim 4, wherein a first dry-heating prevention temperature controller is arranged on a pipeline between the gas water heater and the electric water heater, and the first dry-heating prevention temperature controller is connected in series with a circuit in which the igniter is arranged; and/or
The water outlet pipe is provided with a second dry heating prevention temperature controller and an overheating prevention temperature controller, the second dry heating prevention temperature controller is closer to the electric water heating device than the overheating prevention temperature controller, and the second dry heating prevention temperature controller and the overheating prevention temperature controller are connected in series in a circuit where the electric heater is located.
9. The water heater according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the gas detection device is a gas concentration detector, and the gas concentration detector is arranged at a gas inlet of the gas water heating device;
when the water is introduced into the water inlet pipe and the gas concentration detector detects that the gas concentration at the gas inlet is greater than or equal to a preset value, the gas concentration detector sends a detection result of gas supply obtained by the gas water heating device to the controller, and the controller controls the igniter to be started;
when the water is introduced into the water inlet pipe and the gas concentration detector detects that the gas concentration at the gas inlet is smaller than a preset value, the gas concentration detector sends a detection result that the gas water heating device does not receive gas supply to the controller, and the controller controls the electric water heating device to be started.
10. The water heater according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the gas detection device is a flame detector provided at the igniter;
when the water inlet pipe is filled with water, the controller sends a starting signal to the igniter, and when the flame detector detects that flame exists at the igniter, the flame detector sends a detection result that the gas water heating device obtains air supply to the controller, so that the gas water heating device works normally; when the flame detector does not detect that flame exists at the igniter, the flame detector sends a detection result that the gas water heating device does not obtain air supply to the controller, and the controller controls the electric water heating device to be started.
