the heat dissipation mechanism comprises an air pump (15), a first heat pipe (11), at least two shunt tubes (10) and at least two second heat pipes (21), mounting holes are formed in two ends of one side, away from a glass plate (18), of the housing (4), the first heat pipe (11) is arranged inside the housing (4), two mounting holes are respectively penetrated through two ends of the first heat pipe (11), the first heat pipe (11) is in sealing connection with the housing (4), the air pump (15) is arranged on the first heat pipe (11), each second heat pipe (21) is perpendicular to the mounting plate (20), at least two through holes are uniformly distributed in the mounting plate (20), the number of the through holes is equal to that of the second heat pipes (21), the second heat pipes (21) correspond to the through holes one to one, and the second heat pipes (21) penetrate through holes, one end of the second heat conduction pipe (21) is fixedly connected with the first heat conduction pipe (11), each shunt pipe (10) is arranged on one side, far away from the glass plate (18), of the housing (4), the shunt pipes (10) are parallel to each other, and two ends of each shunt pipe (10) are respectively communicated with two ends of the first heat conduction pipe (11);
the cleaning mechanism comprises a water tank (8), a driving assembly, a water pump (14), a first water pipe (13), a second water pipe (17), two cylinders (7), two mounting bearings (6), two rotating shafts (5) and at least two nozzles (12), wherein the water tank (8) is arranged on one side of the housing (4), an opening is formed in one side, close to the housing (4), of the water tank (8), the second water pipe (17) is parallel to the mounting plate (20), the second water pipe (17) is fixed inside the water tank (8), the nozzles (12) are arranged on one side, close to the housing (4), of the second water pipe (17), the nozzles (12) are communicated with the second water pipe (17), the water pump (14) is arranged at the bottom of the water tank (8), and the water pump (14) is communicated with the second water pipe (17) through the first water pipe (13), the axis of cylinder (7) is perpendicular with mounting panel (20), and the cylinder body of two cylinders (7) is respectively with the both ends fixed connection of water tank (8), and the top of the gas pole of two cylinders (7) is connected with two installation bearing (6) respectively, two axis of rotation (5) coaxial settings, the axis of rotation (5) is perpendicular with the axis of cylinder (7), the one end of two axis of rotation (5) respectively with the both ends fixed connection of housing (4), the other end of two axis of rotation (5) is connected with two installation bearing (6) respectively, drive assembly sets up on one of them installation bearing (6), drive assembly is connected with one of them axis of rotation (5).

4. The heat dissipation type wall washer lamp with cleaning function as claimed in claim 3, wherein the motor (1) is a servo motor.
5. The heat dissipation type wall washer lamp with cleaning function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner wall of the water tank (8) is coated with an anticorrosive coating.
6. The heat dissipation type wall washer lamp with the cleaning function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lamp beads (19) are LED lamp beads.
7. The heat dissipating type wall washer lamp as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first heat pipe (11), the second heat pipe (21) and the shunt tube (10) are made of copper.
8. The heat dissipation type wall washer lamp with the cleaning function as claimed in claim 1, wherein a sealing ring is provided around the glass plate (18), and the glass plate (18) is hermetically connected with the housing (4) through the sealing ring.
9. The heat dissipation type wall washer lamp with cleaning function as claimed in claim 1, wherein at least two fins (9) are arranged on the shunt tube (10), each shunt tube (10) passes through a fin (9), and the shunt tube (10) is fixedly connected with a fin (9).

The heat dissipation type wall washer lamp with the cleaning function as claimed in claim 1, wherein a filter screen (16) is disposed inside the water tank, the filter screen (16) is hermetically connected with an inner wall of the water tank (8), a connection hole is disposed on the filter screen (16), the first water pipe (13) passes through the connection hole, and the first water pipe (13) is hermetically connected with the filter screen (16).
