The heat insulation pipe seals the aerogel layer in a heat insulation hollow jacket, so that the problem of powder falling of the traditional aerogel is solved, and the defect of high temperature at two ends of the vacuum pipe is overcome.
In addition, the interlayer thin wall of the heat insulation pipe can be thin enough to be 0.1mm, so that the whole pipe wall of the heat insulation pipe is thin enough, and the heat insulation requirements of tiny spaces and special-shaped pieces in the non-combustible smoking set are met.

The inner wall 11 and the outer wall 13 of the hard plastic film can adopt PI films, PEEK films or compression-molded Teflon films.
In addition, in practical application, a metal foil such as an aluminum foil or a copper foil with a thickness of 0.1-1mm can be used as the material of the inner wall 11 and the outer wall 13, the metal foil is rolled into a tubular shape, and then the two ends of the inner wall 11 and the outer wall 13 are welded and fixed into a whole according to the processing requirements to form the hollow first interlayer 101.
