本发明公开了一种可发电的照明窗户,包括内外双层玻璃、支撑边条、卷帘器、汇流排和窗户外框,内外双层玻璃的四边设置有支撑边条,支撑边条设置在窗户外框的四边内侧,窗户上下端的汇流排固定在窗户上下端的支撑边条上,左右一侧的支撑边条的内侧固定卷帘器,内外双层玻璃之间竖直布置格栅状的PCB板,PCB板的中心设置有中心立柱,卷帘器自带步进电机,卷帘器通过拉绳和每个PCB板连接,卷帘器通过拉绳带动每个PCB板围绕中心立柱转动。本发明采用在双层玻璃之间竖直布置格栅状的PCB板,通过PCB板转动的角度,调节通过窗户的阳光多少,同时PCB板的正反面分别设置太阳能电池板和LED灯珠,太阳能电池板能发电,通过太阳能电池板提供部分室内照明用电,保证室内光线需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明窗户,具体涉及一种可发电的照明窗户。
背景技术
窗户是现在建筑上不可缺少的部分,一方面为室内采光的需要,另一方面是室内通风使用,而且由于生活舒适度和美观的需要,窗户和墙面的占比越来越大。
由于窗户是建筑围护结构的薄弱部分,其通过太阳辐射得热、室内外温差传热及空气流通等因素造成冷热量大量损失。
目前通过窗户调节阳光进入室内的多少,主要依靠外挂的百叶窗,通过叶片开合功能,起到一定的遮光功能,但这种功能是有限的,并不能为室内提供照明。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种可发电的照明窗户,能减少建筑能耗,并通过太阳能发电板提供部分室内照明用电,保证室内光线需求。
本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种可发电的照明窗户,包括内外双层玻璃、支撑边条、卷帘器、汇流排和窗户外框,所述内外双层玻璃的四边设置有支撑边条,所述支撑边条设置在窗户外框的四边内侧,所述窗户上下端的汇流排固定在窗户上下端的支撑边条上,左右一侧的支撑边条的内侧固定卷帘器,所述内外双层玻璃之间竖直布置格栅状的PCB板,所述PCB板的中心设置有中心立柱,所述卷帘器自带步进电机,所述卷帘器通过拉绳和每个PCB板连接,所述卷帘器通过拉绳带动每个PCB板围绕中心立柱转动。
进一步的,所述PCB板的上下端均设置有正极铜质圆柱和负极铜质圆柱,所述PCB板面向室内一面设置有LED灯珠,所述PCB板面向室外一面设置有太阳能电池板。
进一步的,所述窗户的上端部分和下端部分分别设置上端汇流排、下端汇流排,所述上端汇流排、下端汇流排分别固定在窗户的上端支撑边条和下端支撑边条上。
进一步的,所述上端汇流排上设置有正极弧形凹槽和负极弧形凹槽,所述正极弧形凹槽与正极线连接,所有的正极线汇集后接正极线接出铜片,所述正极线接出铜片通过铜质弹片与正极铜条连接,同理负极弧形凹槽与负极线连接,所有负极线汇集后接负极线接出铜片,所述负极线接出铜片通过铜质弹片与负极铜条连接,所述正极铜条、负极铜条设置在窗户上端支撑边条的左右两端。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用在双层玻璃之间竖直布置格栅状的PCB板,通过PCB板转动的角度,调节通过窗户的阳光多少,同时PCB板的正反面分别设置太阳能电池板和LED灯珠,太阳能电池板能发电,通过太阳能电池板提供部分室内照明用电,保证室内光线需求。

请参阅图1,本发明的一种可发电的照明窗户包括内外双层玻璃1、支撑边条2、卷帘器3、汇流排4和窗户外框5,内外双层玻璃1的四边设置有支撑边条2,支撑边条2设置在窗户外框5的四边内侧,窗户上下端的汇流排4固定在窗户上下端的支撑边条2上,左右一侧的支撑边条2的内侧固定卷帘器3。
图2和图3所示,内外双层玻璃1之间为密封结构,在内外双层玻璃1之间竖直布置格栅状的PCB板6,PCB板6的中心设置有中心立柱61,PCB板6的上下端均设置有正极铜质圆柱64和负极铜质圆柱65,PCB板6面向室内一面设置有LED灯珠62,PCB板6面向室外一面设置有太阳能电池板63。
PCB板用支架固定,支架长度略低于窗户高度,支架和窗户边框之间的间距小于0.2㎜,支架宽度略小于双层玻璃之间的距离,并依次排列,PCB板成平面布置时,两块板之间的间距小于0.2㎜。
内外双层玻璃的厚度为5㎜,中间夹层距离为23㎜,公差为±0.5㎜,窗高度不大于2400㎜,宽度为格栅状PCB板宽度的整数倍加两边边框宽度。
面向室外的玻璃透明度较好,面向室内的玻璃要求阻热性能强,以减少室内热损失。左右两侧支撑边条使用中空玻璃常用边条,其中,左右一侧的支撑边条的内侧固定卷帘器3,卷帘器3自带步进电机,卷帘器3通过拉绳31和每个PCB板6连接,当步进电机转动时,卷帘器3通过拉绳31带动每个PCB板6围绕中心立柱61转动,这样间接通过步进电机控制PCB板转动的角度,调节每个PCB板6之间的间隙,调节通过窗户的阳光多少,进而调节室内亮度。
窗户的上端部分和下端部分分别设置上端汇流排41、下端汇流排42,上端汇流排41、下端汇流排42分别固定在窗户的上端支撑边条21和下端支撑边条22上。
图4所示,上端汇流排41主要用于收集太阳能电池板63的电能,上端汇流排41上设置圆心为中心立柱的弧形凹槽(图5),中心的支撑凹槽43用于安装PCB板6的中心立柱61,每个PCB板对应两个弧形凹槽,弧形凹槽用于安装PCB板6上的两个铜质圆柱,分别是正极弧形凹槽411和负极弧形凹槽412,两个弧形凹槽分别在不同的象限上,弧形凹槽对应的角度为90°,两个弧形凹槽分别对应太阳能电池板的正极和负极,正极弧形凹槽411与正极线413连接,所有的正极线413汇集后接正极线接出铜片414,正极线接出铜片414通过铜质弹片415与正极铜条416连接,同理负极弧形凹槽412与负极线417连接,所有负极线417汇集后接负极线接出铜片418,负极线接出铜片418通过铜质弹片415与负极铜条419连接,正极铜条416、负极铜条419设置在窗户上端支撑边条21的左右两端。
图5所述,下端汇流排42主要用于给PCB板6上的LED灯珠62供电,下端汇流排42上同样设置圆心为中心立柱的弧形凹槽(图5),中心的支撑凹槽43用于安装PCB板6的中心立柱61,每个PCB板对应两个弧形凹槽,分别是正极弧形凹槽421和负极弧形凹槽422,正极弧形凹槽421通过正极线423汇集后接LED灯珠汇流排正极铜质凹槽424,LED灯珠汇流正极排铜质凹槽424与正极铜条425连接,同理负极弧形凹槽422与负极线426连接,所有负极线426汇集后接LED灯珠汇流排负极铜质凹槽427,LED灯珠汇流排负极铜质凹槽427与负极铜条428连接,正极弧形凹槽421和负极弧形凹槽422分别接入外接电源的正负极,正极铜条425、负极铜条428设置在窗户下端支撑边条22的左右两端。
窗户的上端支撑边条21和下端支撑边条22一方面为密封作用,另一方面为汇流排提供固定作用。上端支撑边条21和下端支撑边条22上分别设置圆柱形铜条(正极铜条和负极铜条),铜条直径为2㎜,在上端支撑边条21和下端支撑边条22上各设置两个,分别布置于支撑边条的左右两端。图7所示,在汇流排上对应位置设置凹槽(LED灯珠汇流排负极铜质凹槽427),凹槽内径大于2㎜,保证二者为正公差,对应插入支撑边条上的圆柱形铜条(负极铜条428),保证汇流排不会左右、前后晃动。
图4所示,上端支撑边条21左右两侧各设置一个铜质弹片415,铜质弹片415一端固定于上端支撑边条21上,上端支撑边条21内嵌铜质接线柱(指铜条,分为正极铜条416和负极铜条419),铜质接线柱另一端接入外部电力系统;铜质弹片415另一端和上端汇流排41上的太阳能铜线接出部分压紧,保证电流正常输出和输入。
图5所示,下端支撑边条22左右两端设置铜质凸出圆柱(正极铜条425和负极铜条428),下端汇流排42则设置LED灯珠汇流排正极铜质凹槽424、LED灯珠汇流排负极铜质凹槽427,和下端支撑边条22上的凸出圆柱紧密接触,为LED灯珠供电。
上下端汇流排、上下端支撑边条、左右一侧边条及卷帘器及左右另一侧边条安装后用高强度高气密性复合粘结剂和玻璃粘接,在玻璃夹层中冲入经过干燥的惰性气体,防止内部铜质或铁质部件氧化。
本发明采用在双层玻璃之间竖直布置格栅状的PCB板,通过PCB板转动的角度,调节通过窗户的阳光多少,同时PCB板的正反面分别设置太阳能电池板和LED灯珠,太阳能电池板能发电,通过太阳能电池板提供部分室内照明用电,保证室内光线需求。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (7)
1.一种可发电的照明窗户,其特征在于:包括内外双层玻璃(1)、支撑边条(2)、卷帘器(3)、汇流排(4)和窗户外框(5),所述内外双层玻璃(1)的四边设置有支撑边条(2),所述支撑边条(2)设置在窗户外框(5)的四边内侧,窗户上下端的汇流排(4)固定在窗户上下端的支撑边条(2)上,左右一侧的支撑边条(2)的内侧固定卷帘器(3),所述内外双层玻璃(1)之间竖直布置格栅状的PCB板(6),所述PCB板(6)的中心设置有中心立柱(61),所述卷帘器(3)自带步进电机,所述卷帘器(3)通过拉绳(31)和每个PCB板(6)连接,所述卷帘器(3)通过拉绳(31)带动每个PCB板(6)围绕中心立柱(61)转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可发电的照明窗户,其特征在于:所述PCB板(6)的上下端均设置有正极铜质圆柱(64)和负极铜质圆柱(65),所述PCB板(6)面向室内一面设置有LED灯珠(62),所述PCB板(6)面向室外一面设置有太阳能电池板(63)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可发电的照明窗户,其特征在于:所述窗户的上端部分和下端部分分别设置上端汇流排(41)、下端汇流排(42),所述上端汇流排(41)、所述下端汇流排(42)分别固定在窗户的上端支撑边条(21)和下端支撑边条(22)上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种可发电的照明窗户,其特征在于:所述上端汇流排(41)上设置有正极弧形凹槽(411)和负极弧形凹槽(412),所述正极弧形凹槽(411)与正极线(413)连接,所有的正极线(413)汇集后接正极线接出铜片(414),所述正极线接出铜片(414)通过铜质弹片(415)与正极铜条(416)连接,同理负极弧形凹槽(412)与负极线(417)连接,所有负极线(417)汇集后接负极线接出铜片(418),所述负极线接出铜片(418)通过铜质弹片(415)与负极铜条(419)连接,所述正极铜条(416)、负极铜条(419)设置在窗户上端支撑边条(21)的左右两端。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种可发电的照明窗户,其特征在于:所述下端汇流排(42)上设置正极弧形凹槽(611)和负极弧形凹槽(612),所述正极弧形凹槽(611)通过正极线(613)汇集后接LED灯珠汇流排正极铜质凹槽(614),所述LED灯珠汇流正极排铜质凹槽(614)与正极铜条(615)连接,同理负极弧形凹槽(612与负极线(616连接,所有负极线(616汇集后接LED灯珠汇流排负极铜质凹槽(617),所述LED灯珠汇流排负极铜质凹槽(617)与负极铜条(618)连接,所述正极弧形凹槽(611)和负极弧形凹槽(612)分别接入外接电源的正负极,所述正极铜条(615)、负极铜条(618)设置在窗户下端支撑边条(22)的左右两端。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种可发电的照明窗户,其特征在于:所述上端支撑边条(21)左右两侧各设置一个铜质弹片(415),所述铜质弹片(415)一端固定于上端支撑边条(21)上,所述上端支撑边条(21)内嵌正极铜条(416)和负极铜条(419),所述正极铜条(416)和负极铜条(419)的另一端接入外部电力系统;所述铜质弹片(415)另一端和上端汇流排(41)上的太阳能铜线接出部分压紧。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种可发电的照明窗户,其特征在于:所述下端支撑边条(22)左右两端设置正极铜条(615)和负极铜条(618),所述下端汇流排(42)则设置LED灯珠汇流排正极铜质凹槽(614)、LED灯珠汇流排负极铜质凹槽(617),和下端支撑边条(22)上的正极铜条(615)和负极铜条(618)紧密接触。
