Detailed Description
A fire-proof rolling shutter door, refer to fig. 1 and fig. 2, including the curtain body 2 that is connected to the doorway 11 of the wall body 1 in a vertical sliding manner, the wall body 1 is located at the top of the doorway 11 and fixedly provided with a storage box 3 for rolling and unreeling the curtain body 2; the two sides of the wall body 1 located at the doorway 11 are fixedly provided with slide rails 12, one side of each slide rail 12 opposite to the corresponding slide groove 13 is provided with a slide groove 13, the two sides of the curtain body 2 are connected in the slide grooves 13 in a sliding manner, and the slide grooves 13 play a role in guiding the curtain body 2, so that the curtain body 2 is more stable in the sliding process.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the curtain body 2 includes a plurality of curtain pieces 21 having the same structure, the curtain pieces 21 are connected end to end, the top of the curtain piece 21 is fixedly provided with an arc-shaped hook 212, the bottom of the curtain piece 21 is fixedly provided with a connecting block 211, one side of the bottom of the connecting block 211 is fixedly provided with a protrusion 213 which is turned inwards to hook the hook 212 along the length direction thereof, the other side of the bottom of the connecting block 211 is fixedly provided with a baffle 214, and the baffle 214 can prevent the curtain piece 21 from being separated from the protrusion 213 when the hook 212 is rolled. The curtain sheet 21 is hollow, and the fire extinguishing mechanism 4 for slowing down the fire near the curtain body 2 is arranged in the curtain sheet 21.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the fire extinguishing mechanism 4 includes a heat insulation board 41 fixed in the cavity 210, and in case of fire, the heat insulation board 41 can slow down the heat transfer into the curtain body 2 and can also support the curtain sheet 21; the cavity 210 is located in the heat insulation board 41 and is provided with the flame retardant strip 42 abutted to the inner wall of the heat insulation board 41, the flame retardant strip 42 is in a U-shaped arrangement, the ignition point of the flame retardant strip 42 is reduced and can support the flame retardant strip 42, the ignition point inside the curtain sheet 21 can be reduced, the flame retardant strip 42 is in a U-shaped arrangement, after one side of the flame retardant strip 42 is burnt, the flame retardant strip 42 on the other side still supports the curtain sheet 21, and the deformation of the curtain sheet 21 after being heated is reduced.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, a dry powder extinguishing agent 43 is stored in the flame-retardant strip 42 at a high pressure, a plurality of gas injection pipes 44 extending out of the flame-retardant strip 42, the heat-insulating plate 41 and the curtain sheet 21 are fixedly arranged at the bottom of one side of the flame-retardant strip 42 close to the room, a vertical gap groove 441 is formed in the position of the gas injection pipe 44 on the heat-insulating plate 41, a blocking block 45 is inserted in the gap groove 441 and made of manganese dioxide, and the melting point of the manganese dioxide is 390 ℃; when a fire disaster occurs, the temperature of the fire scene is not lower than 400 ℃, manganese dioxide melts, so that the dry powder extinguishing agent 43 in the flame retardant strips 42 is sprayed out from the gas spraying pipes 44, the dry powder extinguishing agent 43 extinguishes the fire near the curtain body 2, and the fire behavior near the curtain body 2 is reduced. The heat insulation plate 41 is provided with a containing groove 46 below the blocking block 45, and the bottom of the blocking block 45 is fixedly provided with a counterweight ball 451; when the sprue 45 melts, the counterweight ball 451 drives the melted sprue 45 to drop downwards into the accommodating groove 46, so that the melted sprue 45 can be prevented from blocking the gas injection pipe 44.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, a smoke removing mechanism for removing dense smoke is provided on the side of the storage box 3 close to the room (see fig. 2). The storage box 3 is provided with a storage cavity 31 at one side close to the indoor, the smoke removal mechanism 5 comprises an exhaust fan 51 fixedly arranged in the storage cavity 31, a ventilation groove 32 is formed at one side close to the indoor of the storage box 3, water absorption cloth 52 with good air permeability is stored at one side close to the indoor in the storage cavity 31, a fixed box 53 is fixedly arranged above the water absorption cloth 52 of the storage box 3 and is used for storing water, two discharge pipes 54 are fixedly arranged at the bottom of the fixed box 53, a plug 541 composed of polyester fiber cloth is fixedly arranged on each discharge pipe 54, a ventilation pipeline 542 which is perpendicular to the discharge pipes 54 and is communicated with the discharge pipes 54 is fixedly arranged at one side of each discharge pipe 54, and the ventilation pipeline 542 extends out of the storage box 3; the ventilation pipeline 542 transmits heat generated by fire to the plug 541, the melting point of the polyester fiber cloth is 260 ℃, when fire breaks out outside, the heat is introduced to the plug 541 through the ventilation pipeline 542, the plug 541 melts after reaching the melting point, water in the fixed box 53 flows downwards to the water absorbing cloth 52 through the discharge pipe 54, and the water absorbing cloth 52 can absorb partial small particles in the thick smoke. The storage box 3 is provided with a filter screen 55 between the water absorption cloth 52 and the fixed box 53, when water in the discharge pipe 54 flows into the filter screen 55, the filter screen 55 uniformly flows the water onto the water absorption cloth 52, and the water in the discharge pipe 54 is prevented from wetting only a part of the area of the water absorption cloth 52. The storage box 3 is provided with an activated carbon plate 56 between the water absorption cloth 52 and the exhaust fan 51, and the activated carbon plate 56 has certain adsorbability and can adsorb partial small particles in the dense smoke.
The use principle is as follows: when the temperature of the existing fire reaches a certain temperature, the manganese dioxide blocking blocks 45 in the gas spraying pipes 44 are melted, the counterweight balls 451 drop the blocking blocks 45 in the manganese dioxide into the accommodating grooves 46, so that the dry powder extinguishing agent 43 in the curtain sheet 21 is sprayed out from the gas spraying pipes 44, the fire behavior near the curtain body 2 is slowed down, and people in a room can escape; meanwhile, the plug 541 on the discharge pipe 54 melts, the water in the fixed box 53 uniformly wets the water absorption cloth 52, the exhaust fan 51 works to enable dense smoke to enter the accommodating cavity 31, and the water absorption cloth 52 and the activated carbon plate 56 in the accommodating cavity 31 can absorb small particles in the dense smoke in a word manner, so that the dense smoke near the curtain body 2 is reduced, and people can escape.
