Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring first to fig. 1 to 4, a cable lock 100 according to the present invention is disclosed, wherein the cable lock 100 mainly includes a lock body 10, a cable 20 connected to the lock body 10, and a lock button 30 is disposed on the lock body 10 and carries a lock mechanism assembly 40 having a dual lock mechanism.
The lock body 10 has a housing 11, the housing 11 includes a front cover 12 and a rear cover 13, the housing 11 of the lock body 10 is provided with a lock hole 14 and a wire outlet hole 15, and a wire receiving space 16 and a fixing shaft 17 are arranged inside the lock body.
The cable 20 is a flexible wire, preferably a rope including a steel cable, one end of the cable 20 is connected to the lock body 10, and the other end of the cable 20 has a locking head 21 that can be inserted into the locking hole 14, so that the lock body 10 and the cable 20 enclose a closed space for locking the object 200; wherein, one end of the cable 20 is connected to and wound around the fixed shaft 17 inside the lock body 10.
As shown in the drawings, the cable lock 10 of the present invention further includes a cable stop button 50 disposed on the lock body 10, wherein the cable stop button 50 is normally kept at a position against the cable 20, and can be pushed to a position allowing the cable 20 to be freely retracted after being pressed by a force, so that a user can pull out a cable 20 with a proper length from the cable outlet hole 15 according to the use requirement, thereby controlling the cable outlet length of the cable 20.
The lock button 30 is disposed on the lock body 10 for locking the lock head 21, and the lock button 30 is normally kept at a first position for locking the lock head 21 and can be pressed to move to a second position for releasing the lock head 21.
As shown in the drawings, an ejection mechanism 60 is disposed in the lock body 10, and the ejection mechanism 60 includes a top rod 61 and an elastic member 62 for pushing the top rod 61, so as to abut against the lock head 21 inserted into the lock hole 14. By providing the ejection mechanism 60, when the locking button 30 moves to the second position for releasing the locking head 21, the ejection mechanism 60 will eject the locking head out of the lock body 10.
The lock mechanism assembly 40 is disposed on the lock body 10 for locking the lock button 30, wherein the lock mechanism assembly 40 includes a first lock mechanism 41 and a second lock mechanism 42, and any one of the first lock mechanism 41 and the second lock mechanism 42 can be unlocked by the lock button.
In this embodiment, the first locking mechanism 41 is a combination locking mechanism, and the second locking mechanism 42 is a key locking mechanism. In one embodiment, the first locking mechanism 41 and the second locking mechanism 42 may be both key locking mechanisms or both key locking mechanisms.
The first locking mechanism 41 in this embodiment is a combination locking mechanism, which includes a plurality of combination wheels 411, a locking rod 412 and a spring 413; wherein the lock lever 412 directly or indirectly abuts against the lock button 30 to maintain the lock button 30 in a first position (shown in fig. 5 and 6) for locking the lock cylinder. When the combination wheels 411 are all turned to the correct combination position (i.e. the preset or self-set combination), the lock bar 412 allows the lock button 30 to move, so that the lock button 30 can be pushed to move to the second position (shown in fig. 7 and 8) for releasing the lock head 21.
The second lock mechanism 42 in this embodiment is a key lock mechanism, which includes a key cylinder 421 and a linking member 422; wherein the linkage 422 directly or indirectly abuts against the lock button 30, so that the lock button 30 is kept at a first position (shown in fig. 5 and 6) for locking the lock head 21. When the key cylinder 421 is rotated by the key to the unlocking position (shown in fig. 9 and 10), the linking member 422 is synchronously moved to the position of releasing the movement restriction of the lock button 30, so that the lock button 30 can be pressed to the second position (shown in fig. 11 and 12) of releasing the lock head 21.
The cable lock has the beneficial effects that: the present invention is a cable lock 10 with a dual locking mechanism that allows the user and customs personnel to unlock and lock with different locking mechanisms, respectively.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications of equivalent structures and equivalent processes, which are made by the present specification, or directly or indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
