Abstract
本发明为能够感温变色的文具盒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将感温变色粉、分散剂、热稳定剂、抗氧剂与载体树脂混合,感温变色粉由厚度0.2~0.5微米的不溶解也不融化的透明外壳包覆,保护变色物质免受其他化学物质的侵蚀;通过单螺杆挤出、造粒设备制成色母粒子,使用单螺杆挤出造粒可有效防止高剪切造成胶囊外壳损坏;将感温变色母粒子1‑20份、基材树脂70‑90份、其他助剂10‑20份混合均匀,通过注射设备射出成型得到成品。本发明通过在注塑工艺生产的塑料文具盒内添加感温变色粉,使制成的文具盒在不同温度下可以显现不同的颜色。

技术领域
本发明涉及文具产品及文具产品制备方法技术领域,具体的,其展示一种能够感温变色的文具盒及其制备方法。
背景技术
塑料文具盒是目前学生使用较多的文具产品之一,主要为PE、PP、PVC、ABS中的一种或几种材质制成,现阶段使用的塑料文具显示单一,无法针对不同的温度环境进行颜色变换;
我们设想,可通过添加普通色母粒子和印染等方式增加其视觉观赏效果,感温变色文具盒通过内添加感温变色要素;其对温度变化敏感,随温度变化显现不同变色效果,甚至可通过更换感温变色粉调整感温区间以显现不同的颜色效果,学生可通过文具盒颜色判断环境温度,以更好的进行学习安排。
因此,有必要提供一种能够感温变色的文具盒及其制备方法来实现上述目的。

本发明的目的之一是提供一种能够感温变色的文具盒。
技术方案如下:
一种能够感温变色的文具盒,其包括如下组分:
感温变色母粒、基材树脂、以及等其他助剂;
以总构成为100份计,各组分的含量如下:
感温变色母粒 1-20份;
基材树脂70-90份;
其他助剂10-20份;
感温变色母粒包括载体树脂、感温变色粉、热稳定剂、抗氧剂等成分,通过挤出、造粒制成。
进一步的,他助剂包括增塑剂、脱模剂、抗氧剂、降温母粒等。
进一步的,所述感温变色粉为电子转移型有机化合物体系,特定温度下因电子转移使有机物分子结构发生变化而显现不同颜色。
进一步的,所述感温变色粉由热显色型、热消色型中的至少一种构成;感温区间为-15°C-75°C。
进一步的,所述基材树脂由PE、PP、PVC、ABS中的一种或几种组合而成的热塑性树脂构成;载体树脂为PE、PP、PVC、ABS中的一种或几种组合而成。

技术方案如下:
一种感温变色文具盒制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将感温变色粉、分散剂、热稳定剂、抗氧剂与载体树脂混合,感温变色粉由厚度0.2~0.5微米的不溶解也不融化的透明外壳包覆,保护变色物质免受其他化学物质的侵蚀;通过单螺杆挤出、造粒设备制成色母粒子,使用单螺杆挤出造粒可有效防止高剪切造成胶囊外壳损坏;
2)将感温变色母粒子 1-20份、基材树脂70-90份、其他助剂10-20份混合均匀,通过注射设备射出成型得到成品。

与现有技术相比,本发明通过在注塑工艺生产的塑料文具盒内添加感温变色粉,使制成的文具盒在不同温度下可以显现不同的颜色;感温变色粉由电子转移型有机化合物体系制备,电子转移型有机化合物是一类具有特殊化学结构的有机发色体系;在特定温度下因电子转移使该有机物的分子结构发生变化,从而实现颜色变化。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
本实施例展示一种感温变色文具盒,其包括如下组分:
感温变色母粒、基材树脂、以及等其他助剂;
以总构成为100份计,各组分的含量如下:
感温变色母粒 1-20份;
基材树脂70-90份;
其他助剂10-20份;
感温变色母粒包括载体树脂、感温变色粉、热稳定剂、抗氧剂等成分,通过单螺杆挤出、造粒制成。
他助剂包括增塑剂、脱模剂、抗氧剂、降温母粒等。
所述感温变色粉为电子转移型有机化合物体系,特定温度下因电子转移使有机物分子结构发生变化而显现不同颜色。
所述感温变色粉由自热显色型、热消色型中的至少一种构成;感温区间为-15°C-75°C。
所述基材树脂由PE、PP、PVC、ABS中的一种或几种组合而成的热塑性树脂构成;载体树脂为PE、PP、PVC、ABS中的一种或几种组合而成。
实施例2:
本实施例展示一种感温变色的文具盒,使用PP材质通过注塑制成,其制备方法如下:
1)制备感温变色母粒子:混合载体树脂、感温变色粉和分散剂、抗氧剂、热稳定剂等构成的其他助剂并搅拌均匀,将搅拌均匀的混料放入料筒,设定最高温度低于240°C后从口模处拉条、冷却、切粒、烘干,制成感温变色母粒子;
载体树脂为PP,添加比例88%;
感温变色粉选用热消色型宝石蓝,感温变色温度为33°C,添加比例为4%;
所述分散剂为高分子蜡,添加比例为4%;
抗氧剂包括两种,分别为受阻酚类抗氧剂、亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂,两种抗氧剂共同使用,添加比例为2%;
热稳定剂为有机锡类物质,添加比例为2%;
2)将基材树脂、感温变色母粒和增塑剂、脱模剂、抗氧剂、PP降温母粒等其他助剂混合搅拌,后将搅拌均匀的混料放入注塑设备,设定最高温度需低于240°C,注塑成文具盒成品;
载体树脂包括PP和EVA,PP添加比例为80%, EVA 添加比例为10%;
感温变色母粒由步骤1)制备获得,添加比例为6%;
增塑剂、脱模剂、抗氧剂、降温母粒等其他助剂添加比例为4%。
所述感温变色粉为电子转移型有机化合物体系,特定温度下因电子转移使有机物分子结构发生变化而显现不同颜色。
所述感温变色粉由热显色型、热消色型中的至少一种构成;感温区间为-15°C-75°C。
所述基材树脂还可由PE、PP、PVC、ABS中的一种或几种组合而成的热塑性树脂构成;
载体树脂还可为PE、PP、PVC、ABS中的一种或几种组合而成。
实施例1和实施例2所展示的技术方案,通过在注塑工艺生产的塑料文具盒内添加感温变色粉,使制成的文具盒在不同温度下可以显现不同的颜色;感温变色粉由电子转移型有机化合物体系制备,电子转移型有机化合物是一类具有特殊化学结构的有机发色体系;在特定温度下因电子转移使该有机物的分子结构发生变化,从而实现颜色变化;这种变色物质不仅可以做到颜色鲜艳,而且可以实现从“有色到无色”和“无色到有色”的变化。
以上所述的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种能够感温变色的文具盒,其特征在于:包括如下组分:
感温变色母粒、基材树脂、以及等其他助剂;
以总构成为100份计,各组分的含量如下:
感温变色母粒 1-20份;
基材树脂70-90份;
其他助剂10-20份;
感温变色母粒包括载体树脂、感温变色粉、热稳定剂、抗氧剂等成分,通过挤出、造粒制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种能够感温变色的文具盒,其特征在于:其他助剂包括增塑剂、脱模剂、抗氧剂、降温母粒等。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种能够感温变色的文具盒,其特征在于:所述感温变色粉为电子转移型有机化合物体系,特定温度下因电子转移使有机物分子结构发生变化而显现不同颜色。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种能够感温变色的文具盒,其特征在于:所述感温变色粉由热显色型、热消色型中的至少一种构成;感温区间为-15°C-75°C。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种能够感温变色的文具盒,其特征在于:所述基材树脂由PE、PP、PVC、ABS中的一种或几种组合而成的热塑性树脂构成;载体树脂为PE、PP、PVC、ABS中的一种或几种组合而成。
6.一种能够感温变色的文具盒的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)将感温变色粉、分散剂、热稳定剂、抗氧剂与载体树脂混合,感温变色粉由厚度0.2~0.5微米的不溶解也不融化的透明外壳包覆,保护变色物质免受其他化学物质的侵蚀;通过单螺杆挤出、造粒设备制成色母粒子,使用单螺杆挤出造粒可有效防止高剪切造成胶囊外壳损坏;
2)将感温变色母粒子 1-20份、基材树脂70-90份、其他助剂10-20份混合均匀,通过注射设备射出成型得到成品。
