Abstract
The invention relates to an intelligent garbage can which is characterized by comprising a can body, a base, a can cover, a connecting device, a pedal plate and a connecting rod mechanism, wherein the can body is provided with a plurality of through holes; the bottom end of the barrel body is fixed on the base, and the barrel cover is connected with the barrel body through the connecting device; the pedal is movably arranged on the side surface of the base; the pedal is connected with the barrel cover through a connecting rod mechanism, and the upper surface of the pedal is provided with a permanent magnet; the inner surface of the barrel cover is provided with a pressure sensor, a control unit and a power supply which are electrically connected in sequence; an electromagnet electrically connected with the control unit is arranged at the interface of the barrel body and the upper surface of the pedal. According to the intelligent garbage can, the characteristic that garbage can touch the inner surface of the can cover when fully loaded is ingeniously utilized, the pressure sensing system is arranged to automatically recognize the fully loaded condition of the garbage can, and the pedal plate is automatically locked through magnetism, so that the garbage can is prevented from being forcibly opened even if people know that the garbage can is fully loaded.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of garbage cans, in particular to an intelligent garbage can.
Background
Trash cans are common articles for offices and are often used for containing various wastes including documents, food, paper scraps, etc. generated during the offices. However, due to the excessive number of people, the garbage can often overflow due to the excessive garbage, which causes the sanitation problem of the office.

Based on this, the invention aims to provide an intelligent garbage can which has the advantage of timely reminding of the full-load condition of the garbage can.
An intelligent garbage can is characterized by comprising a can body, a base, a can cover, a connecting device, a pedal plate and a connecting rod mechanism; the bottom end of the barrel body is fixed on the base, and the barrel cover is connected with the barrel body through the connecting device; the pedal is movably arranged on the side surface of the base; the pedal is connected with the barrel cover through a connecting rod mechanism, and the upper surface of the pedal is provided with a permanent magnet; the inner surface of the barrel cover is provided with a pressure sensor, a control unit and a power supply which are electrically connected in sequence; an electromagnet electrically connected with the control unit is arranged at the interface of the barrel body and the upper surface of the pedal; the barrel cover is provided with a round hole, and an LED lamp electrically connected with the control unit is arranged in the barrel cover; the pressure sensor converts the stress information of the inner surface of the barrel cover into electric information to be transmitted to the control unit, and the control unit controls the LED lamp to be turned on according to the information transmitted by the pressure sensor.
Compared with the prior art, the intelligent garbage can skillfully utilizes the characteristic that garbage can touch the inner surface of the can cover when being fully loaded, the pressure sensing system is arranged to automatically identify the fully loaded condition of the garbage can, the pedal plate is automatically locked through magnetism, the garbage can is prevented from being forcibly opened even if people know that the garbage can is fully loaded, an alarm is given through the LED lamp, a subsequent user is prompted to not use the garbage can, and the sanitation problem caused by full discharge of the garbage can is avoided.
Furthermore, the barrel body comprises an inner wall and an outer wall, and a circuit space is arranged between the inner wall and the outer wall, so that the electromagnet and the control unit can be continuously arranged in the closed space to protect a circuit.
Furthermore, the force bearing area of the pressure sensor covers the inner surface of the barrel cover, so that the identification sensitivity can be improved.
Further, the barrel cover further comprises a film covering the inner surface of the barrel cover. The device is used for avoiding the damage of rubbish to a circuit system.
The timer is positioned on the inner surface of the barrel cover and electrically connected with the controller and is used for calculating the starting time of the LED lamp; the control unit controls the LED lamp to flicker according to the time information of the timer, so that people can be reminded of timely cleaning through striking prompt of flickering light when the garbage can is fully loaded and maintained for a long time.
Further, the alarm bell is positioned on the inner surface of the barrel cover and electrically connected with the controller; the control unit controls the alarm bell to ring according to the time information of the timer, so that people can be reminded of cleaning in time through striking prompt of the ring when the garbage can is fully loaded and maintained for a long time.
Further, the garbage can also comprises a Bluetooth communication module which is positioned on the inner surface of the can cover and electrically connected with the controller and is used for sending information to a manager, so that the manager can be informed to clean the garbage can in time.
The garbage can further comprises a Bluetooth communication module which is located on the inner surface of the can cover and electrically connected with the controller, the control unit controls the Bluetooth communication module to send different information to a manager according to the time information of the timer, and therefore the manager can be prompted to different degrees according to the length of the full load time of the garbage can.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, an intelligent trash can includes a can body 1, a base 2, a can cover 3 and a connecting device 4. The bottom end of the barrel body 1 is fixed on the base 2, and the barrel cover 3 is connected with the barrel body 1 through the connecting device 4.
The barrel body 1 is of a cylindrical structure and comprises an inner wall and an outer wall. A circuit space is arranged between the inner wall and the outer wall. The base 2 is a cylinder structure with the same diameter as the barrel body 1, and a pedal 5 is movably arranged on the side surface of the base.
The pedal 5 is connected to the tub cover 3 through a link mechanism so that the tub cover 3 can be opened by stepping on the pedal 5. The upper surface of the pedal 5 is provided with a permanent magnet.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a pressure sensor 6, a control unit and a power supply are sequentially and electrically connected to an inner surface of the tub cover 3. The stressed area of the pressure sensor 6 covers the inner surface of the barrel cover 3. An electromagnet 8 electrically connected with the control unit is arranged at the interface of the barrel body 1 and the upper surface of the pedal 5. The barrel cover 3 is also provided with a round hole, and an LED lamp 7 electrically connected with the control unit is arranged in the round hole. The bulb of the LED lamp faces the outer side of the barrel cover 3. The pressure sensor 6 converts the stress information of the inner surface of the barrel cover 3 into electric information and transmits the electric information to the control unit. When the control unit receives the information transmitted by the pressure sensor 6, the control unit controls the LED lamp 7 to be turned on and to be bright towards the outside of the barrel cover 3.
Preferably, the inner surface of the barrel cover 3 is further provided with a timer, an alarm bell and a bluetooth control module which are respectively electrically connected with the control unit.
Preferably, the electric heating water heater further comprises a film covering the inner surface of the barrel cover 3 and used for protecting the whole circuit structure arranged on the barrel cover 3.
The working principle is as follows: when the garbage in the garbage can is fully loaded, the topmost end of the garbage pile can contact the inner surface of the can cover to form acting force on the inner surface of the can cover. And the pressure sensor positioned on the inner surface of the barrel cover senses the acting force and converts the acting force into an electric signal to be transmitted to the control unit. The control unit then controls the LED lamp 7 to be turned on and to be bright towards the outside of the barrel cover. Meanwhile, the control unit controls the timer to be started, and the time of full load of the garbage is calculated. Meanwhile, the control unit controls the Bluetooth control module to be started and sends information to the mobile phone of the administrator. Meanwhile, the control unit controls the electromagnet circuit to pass through, so that the electromagnet circuit has magnetism and is attracted with the permanent magnet on the pedal to lock the pedal.
When the time calculated by the timer reaches 30 minutes, the control unit controls the LED lamp to flicker to form a striking prompt, and meanwhile, the control unit controls the Bluetooth control module to be started to send information to the mobile phone of the administrator. When the time calculated by the timer reaches 120 minutes, the control unit controls the alarm bell to ring, so that a more obvious warning is given, and meanwhile, the control unit controls the Bluetooth control module to be started and sends information to the mobile phone of the administrator.
Because the pedal of the garbage can is magnetically locked, when the garbage can is cleaned, the garbage can cannot be opened by stepping, and the can cover must be manually opened, which is just in line with the conventional operation of cleaning the garbage can. After the garbage can is cleaned, the acting force of the garbage on the inner surface of the can cover disappears, the control unit receives the electric information interruption of the pressure sensor, and the LED lamp and the alarm bell are controlled to be turned off immediately.
Compared with the prior art, the intelligent garbage can skillfully utilizes the characteristic that garbage can touch the inner surface of the can cover when being fully loaded, the pressure sensing system is arranged to automatically identify the fully loaded condition of the garbage can, the pedal plate is automatically locked through magnetism, people are prevented from forcibly opening the garbage can under the condition that the garbage can is obviously fully loaded, meanwhile, the intelligent garbage can prompts users through various means such as LED lamp light and flicker, alarm ring, Bluetooth signal graded notification and the like, can effectively remind people not to use the fully loaded garbage can and clean the fully loaded garbage can in time, and avoids the full-discharge condition of the garbage can and the sanitary problem caused by garbage accumulation.

An intelligent garbage can is characterized by comprising a can body, a base, a can cover, a connecting device, a pedal plate and a connecting rod mechanism; the bottom end of the barrel body is fixed on the base, and the barrel cover is connected with the barrel body through the connecting device; the pedal is movably arranged on the side surface of the base; the pedal is connected with the barrel cover through a connecting rod mechanism, and the upper surface of the pedal is provided with a permanent magnet; the inner surface of the barrel cover is provided with a pressure sensor, a control unit and a power supply which are electrically connected in sequence; an electromagnet electrically connected with the control unit is arranged at the interface of the barrel body and the upper surface of the pedal; the barrel cover is provided with a round hole, and an LED lamp electrically connected with the control unit is arranged in the barrel cover; the pressure sensor converts the stress information of the inner surface of the barrel cover into electric information to be transmitted to the control unit, and the control unit controls the LED lamp to be turned on according to the information transmitted by the pressure sensor.

6. The intelligent trash can of claim 5, wherein: the alarm bell is positioned on the inner surface of the barrel cover and is electrically connected with the controller; and the control unit controls the alarm bell to ring according to the time information of the timer.

The intelligent trash can of claim 1, wherein: the intelligent barrel cover further comprises a Bluetooth communication module which is located on the inner surface of the barrel cover and electrically connected with the controller, and the Bluetooth communication module is used for sending information to a manager.
8. The intelligent trash can of claim 5, wherein: the control unit controls the Bluetooth communication module to send different information to a manager according to the time information of the timer.
