Referring to fig. 10 to 12, fig. 10 is a structural diagram of a vertical driving plate of a pedal-operated trash can provided in the embodiment of the present application and connected with the pedal driving plate, and fig. 11 is a front view of the vertical driving plate of the pedal-operated trash can provided in the embodiment of the present application and connected with the pedal driving plate; fig. 12 is a rear view of the vertical driving plate and the pedal driving plate of the pedal trash can provided by the embodiment of the application in a clamping manner. The first edge 3-7 and the second edge 3-8 of the vertical driving plate are convex arc-shaped at one end close to the clamping groove opening 3-10. The application discovers that in the actual production process, under the influence factors of the existing process and the like, the first edge 3-7 and the second edge 3-8 of the vertical transmission plate close to one end of the clamping notch can have the condition of flash, the flash can influence the distance that one end of the first edge 3-7 of the vertical transmission plate close to the clamping notch and one end of the second edge 3-8 of the vertical transmission plate close to the clamping notch slide relatively at the slow force stroke notch 3-5, and in the process of closing and resetting the barrel cover 2 of the pedal type garbage barrel, the flash can cause that the vertical transmission plate 3-3 can not slide completely from the second end (the end close to the pedal end 3-4) of the slow force stroke notch 3-5 to the first end (the end far away from the pedal end 3-4) of the slow force stroke notch 3-5, so that the sliding distance of the vertical transmission plate 3-3 is shortened, therefore, the closing stability of the barrel cover 2 can be influenced, and the condition of not tight closing can exist, therefore, the end, close to the clamping notch, of the first edge 3-7 of the vertical transmission plate and the end, close to the clamping notch, of the second edge 3-8 of the vertical transmission plate are designed to be in the shape of an outward convex arc, due to the adoption of the outward convex arc structure, the influence of the flash on the end, close to the clamping notch, of the first edge 3-7 of the vertical transmission plate and the end, close to the clamping notch, of the second edge 3-8 of the vertical transmission plate can be avoided, the preset relative sliding is carried out on the slow force stroke notch 3-5, and the distance of the relative sliding of the slow force stroke notch 3.
Referring to fig. 13 to 18, fig. 13 is a structural diagram of a vertical transmission plate and a pedal transmission plate in a natural state of a pedal trash can according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, fig. 14 is an enlarged view of fig. 13, fig. 15 is an enlarged view of a slow force stroke gap of fig. 13, fig. 16 is a structural diagram of a vertical transmission plate and a pedal transmission plate in a pedal end of a pedal trash can according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, fig. 17 is an enlarged view of fig. 16, and fig. 18 is an enlarged view of a slow force stroke gap of fig. 17. In the embodiment of the application, one end of the slow force stroke gap 3-5 close to the pedal end 3-4 is provided with a positioning bulge 3-6; preferably, the positioning bulge is arranged on one side, far away from the barrel cover, of the slow force stroke notch. When an external force acts on the pedal end, the first end of the vertical transmission plate 3-3 slides relatively at the first end (the end far away from the pedal end 3-4) of the slow force stroke notch 3-5 and slides to the second end (the end close to the pedal end 3-4) of the slow force stroke notch 3-5, and the positioning protrusion 3-6 is used for guiding the first end of the vertical transmission plate 3-3 to the second end of the slow force stroke notch 3-5, so that the first end of the vertical transmission plate 3-3 stops moving at the second end of the slow force stroke notch 3-5.
The shape of the clamping notches 3-10 can be any shape, and is preferably rectangular.
Furthermore, in the embodiment of the application, the shape of the buffering force stroke gap 3-5 is rectangular, and the shape and the size of the buffering force stroke gap 3-5 can be adjusted according to the actual size of the garbage can and the material of the can cover 2.
For convenience of understanding, please refer to fig. 19-20, where fig. 19 is a structural diagram of the edge-covering reinforcing strips of the first edge and the second edge of the vertical transmission plate of the pedal-type garbage can provided in the embodiment of the present application, and fig. 20 is an enlarged structural diagram of the edge-covering reinforcing strips and the clamping notches of the pedal-type garbage can provided in the embodiment of the present application.
