Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It is to be noted that the following examples are only illustrative of the present application, and do not limit the scope of the present application. Likewise, the following examples are only some examples and not all examples of the present application, and all other examples obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art without any inventive work are within the scope of the present application.
Reference in the specification to "an embodiment" means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment can be included in at least one embodiment of the specification. The appearances of the phrase in various places in the specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment, nor are separate or alternative embodiments mutually exclusive of other embodiments. It is explicitly and implicitly understood by one skilled in the art that the embodiments described herein can be combined with other embodiments.
The inventors of the present application have found, through long-term research: taking a mobile phone as an example, when the mobile phone is sold, stickers such as a network access license and a nameplate sticker are generally pasted on the rear cover plate; after purchasing the mobile phone, the consumer will also tear off the sticker adhered to the back cover plate. In order to facilitate the tearing and the preservation of the sticker by a consumer, a mobile phone manufacturer can paste a layer of adhesive film on the rear cover plate of the mobile phone in advance, and then paste the sticker on the adhesive film, so that the consumer can tear off the adhesive film. However, for mobile phone manufacturers, in the process of pasting the sticker and the sticker on the mobile phone rear cover plate, since the mobile phone rear cover plate has a colorful ground color, the positioning mark for pasting the sticker, which is arranged on the sticker, is often misjudged, and the sticker is not pasted consistently. To this end, the present application proposes the following examples.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic top view of an embodiment of a film according to the present disclosure.
The film 10 of the present application may be attached to an electronic device, such as a back cover of an electronic device; or may be attached to a component of the electronic device, such as a charger of the electronic device. The embodiment of the present application will be described by taking the film 10 attached to the rear cover of the electronic device as an example, and will be described in detail later. The film 10 includes a substrate 11, and a first mark 12 and a second mark 13 disposed on the substrate 11.
The base 11 is mainly used to allow the adhesive film 10 to be attached to the rear cover plate and to allow the adhesive film 10 to be torn off from the rear cover plate by a consumer. For example: the base 11 may be made of PE (polyethylene), PP (polypropylene), PVC (polyvinyl chloride), PET (polyethylene terephthalate), PI (polyimide), TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), or the like, so that the film 10 is transparent, thereby reducing the visual impact of the film 10 on the aesthetic appearance of the rear cover plate; and the film 10 has a certain structural strength and flexibility, thereby ensuring that the film 10 is not easily broken when torn off by a consumer. Further, the base 11 may be provided with a glue (not shown) on one side thereof to make the adhesive film 10 have a certain viscosity so as to be attached to the rear cover plate. Of course, the base 11 may be provided with glue on both sides thereof, so that the adhesive film 10 can be attached to the rear cover plate, and other objects (such as stickers) can be further attached to the adhesive film 10.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, parameters such as the size, the shape, the thickness, the transparency, the structural strength, and the adhesive strength of the substrate 11 may be reasonably designed according to the actual use of the adhesive film 10, and are not limited herein.
The first mark 12 and the second mark 13 may be color blocks arranged on the substrate 11 in a manner of screen printing ink and having shapes of rectangle, triangle, circle, etc. In the embodiment of the present application, the first mark 12 and the second mark 13 are illustrated as rectangular color blocks. In some embodiments, the rectangular color blocks of the first mark 12 and the second mark 13 may be arranged in a continuous manner, as shown in fig. 1. In other embodiments, the rectangular color blocks of the first mark 12 and the second mark 13 may be disposed discontinuously, similar to bar codes and graphic codes.
The size, thickness, and spacing of the first mark 12 and the second mark 13 may be designed reasonably according to the actual use of the adhesive film 10, and are not limited herein.
Further, the first mark 12 has a first type color and is used for being read when the rear cover plate is a first type ground color; the second indicia 13 has a second type of color and is adapted to be read when the back cover panel is a second type of undertone. In other words, when the rear cover plate has different ground colors, the first mark 12 or the second mark 13 can be selectively read according to a preset rule to increase the reliability of reading; the first mark 12 or the second mark 13 is read to mainly serve as a positioning mark when other objects (such as a sticker) are further pasted on the film 10, so as to increase the consistency of pasting. With the arrangement, on one hand, the influence of the ground color of the rear cover plate on the positioning mark on the film 10 can be reduced, so that the reliability of the film 10 is improved; on the other hand, the risk of mixing materials can be reduced, namely, various films do not need to be prepared due to different ground colors of the rear cover plate, and therefore the application range of the film 10 is enlarged.
Wherein, the preset rule may be: selectively reading the first identifier 12 when the color difference value between the first type of color and the first type of background color is greater than the color difference value between the second type of color and the first type of background color; when the color difference value between the second type color and the second type background color is larger than the color difference value between the first type color and the second type background color, the second identifier 13 is selectively read.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the first base color and the second base color may be appearance colors of the rear cover plate, and mainly play a role in decorating the electronic device to increase an aesthetic appearance of the electronic device. Therefore, the first and second ground colors may be any color in nature or a mixed color of any several colors, but they may be simply classified into a light color system and a dark color system. In the present embodiment, the first base color is a dark color, and the second base color is a light color. Correspondingly, the first color and the second color may be any color or a mixed color of any colors in nature. In the present embodiment, the first type of color is a light color system color, and the second type of color is a dark color system color. For example: white ink and black ink are silk-screened on the substrate 11 to form a first mark 12 and a second mark 13 respectively, that is, the first mark 12 may be a white rectangular color block, and the second mark 13 may be a black rectangular color block. Of course, in other embodiments, it may be: the first type of base color is light color, and the second type of base color is deep color; accordingly, the first marks 12 are black rectangular color blocks, and the second marks 13 are white rectangular color blocks. Compared with inks of other colors (such as light gray and dark gray), the white ink and the black ink do not need to be toned and can be directly used for silk-screen printing, so that the consistency of the first mark 12 and the second mark 13 can be increased, and the reliability of the film 10 is further increased. Further, the color difference value in the embodiment of the present application is mainly used for measuring the identifiability of different colors under the same ground color. It is apparent that, in the case of the above-mentioned back cover plate of a dark color, when the adhesive film 10 is attached to the above-mentioned back cover plate, the first marks 12 (white rectangular color blocks) are more recognizable than the second marks 13 (black rectangular color blocks) under the same reading conditions. In the case of the back cover having the light color, when the adhesive film 10 is attached to the back cover, the second marks 13 (black rectangular color blocks) are more recognizable than the first marks 12 (white rectangular color blocks) under the same reading conditions.
In some embodiments, the substrate 11 has a first area 111 and a second area 112, as shown in FIG. 1, the first area 111 is used for attaching a first sticker, and the second area 112 is used for attaching a second sticker. The first mark 12 is disposed in the first area 111, and the second mark 13 is disposed in the second area 112. So set up to make the area of pad pasting 10 can equal the area sum of first sticker and second sticker, thereby the space on the rational utilization pad pasting 10 is pasted, and then reduces the cost of manufacture of pad pasting 10. Certainly, the area of the film 10 may also be slightly larger than the sum of the areas of the first sticker and the second sticker, so that the film 10 can tolerate the size error of the first sticker, the second sticker and the film 10 itself, and can tolerate the pasting error of the first sticker and the second sticker, thereby increasing the reliability of the film 10.
In other embodiments, the substrate 11 may further have a cue area 113, and the cue area 113 is located on the side of the second region 112 away from the first region 111, as shown in fig. 2. The prompt area 113 may record prompt information in a silk-screen printing manner, so as to increase the application range of the film 10. For example, the prompt message is: the film contains important information of the machine, and the film is torn off and then stored together with the warranty card in order to better guarantee the rights and benefits of consumers. "
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic top view of another embodiment of the film provided by the present application.
Compared with the above embodiments, the adhesive film 10 of the present embodiment further includes a tearing position 14, and the tearing position 14 is connected to the base 11. For example: the tearing position 14 and the base 11 can be an integrated structure to simplify the structure of the adhesive film 10 and the manufacturing difficulty thereof. Further, other structures of the film 10 in this embodiment are the same as or similar to those described in the above embodiments, and reference may be made to the detailed description of the above embodiments, which is not repeated herein.
Based on the above detailed description, the base 11 is generally provided with a gel to provide the adhesive film 10 with certain adhesiveness. Unlike the base 11, the tear tab 14 may be non-adhesive to facilitate tearing by the consumer. Of course, in some other embodiments, the tearing position 14 may also be provided with a glue body, but the viscosity of the glue body is much smaller than that of the base 11, so that the tearing position 14 can meet the tearing requirement, and the tearing position 14 can be attached to the rear cover plate, thereby preventing the film 10 from tilting without tearing.
Further, based on the above detailed description, the base 11 is generally transparent to reduce the visual impact of the film 10 on the aesthetic appearance of the rear cover. Unlike the base 11, the tearing position 14 may not be transparent, but may be in the form of water mist, frosted sand, etc. for the consumer to recognize and tear.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, parameters such as the size, the shape, the thickness, the structural strength, and the like of the tearing position 14 may be reasonably designed according to the tearing requirement of the film 10, and are not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5 together, fig. 4 is a schematic side view of an embodiment of an electronic device provided in the present application, and fig. 5 is a schematic top view of the electronic device in fig. 4 with a film attached thereon.
The electronic device 20 of the present application may be a portable device such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, and a wearable device. The embodiment of the present application takes the electronic device 20 as a mobile phone as an example for description. The electronic device 20 includes a display module 21, a back cover 22 and a film 10. The back cover 22 covers the display module 21, as shown in fig. 4. The film 10 is attached to the back cover 22 as shown in fig. 5.
For the specific structure of the film 10, reference may be made to the detailed description of any of the above embodiments, which is not repeated herein.
In short, the adhesive film 10 is provided with a first mark 12 and a second mark 13. Wherein the first indicia 12 has a first type of color and is adapted to be read when the rear cover 22 is a first type of undertone color; the second indicia 13 has a second type of color and is adapted to be read when the rear cover panel 22 is a second type of undertone. Further, the first mark 12 may be a white rectangular color block, and the second mark 13 may be a black rectangular color block. The arrangement is such that the first mark 12 and the second mark 13 can be selectively read, so that the interference of the appearance color of the back cover plate 22 on the colors of the first mark 12 and the second mark 13 can be reduced, and the reading reliability can be further increased.
In the embodiment of the present application, when the appearance color of the rear cover plate 22 is any one of or a combination of blue, purple, red, black and other deep color colors, the rear cover plate 22 may be considered as a first base color; the rear cover 22 may be considered as a second base color when the external color of the rear cover 22 is any one of or a combination of light color systems such as pink, gold, light green, and white. Of course, the rear cover plate 22 may have other colors, which is not exhaustive.
Based on the above detailed description, when the adhesive film 10 is attached to the back cover 22 of the dark color group, the first marks 12 (white rectangular color blocks) are more recognizable than the second marks 13 (black rectangular color blocks) under the same reading conditions. At this time, the first identifier 12 is read. When the adhesive film 10 is attached to the back cover 22 of light color, the second marks 13 (black rectangular color blocks) are more recognizable than the first marks 12 (white rectangular color blocks) under the same reading conditions. At this time, the second identifier 13 is read.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic top view of the electronic device of fig. 4 with a sticker attached thereon.
The electronic device 20 further includes a first sticker 23 and a second sticker 24, wherein the first sticker 23 is attached to the first area 111 of the film 10, and the second sticker 24 is attached to the second area 112 of the film 10. The first sticker 23 and the second sticker 24 may be stickers arranged in a shape of a rectangle, a triangle, or the like. In the embodiment of the present application, the first seal 23 and the second seal 24 are rectangular seals. For example: the first sticker 23 is a network access license of the mobile phone, and the second sticker 24 is a nameplate sticker of the mobile phone.
It should be noted that the first sticker 23 and the second sticker 24 of the embodiment of the present application may be pre-glued so as to have a certain tackiness by themselves.
Based on the above detailed description, the color of the appearance of the back cover 22 interferes with the colors of the first and second marks 12 and 13, so that the identifiability of the first and second marks 12 and 13 is different. Therefore, after the film 10 is attached to the back cover plate 22, the first mark 12 or the second mark 13 on the film 10 is selectively read as the positioning mark according to the appearance color of the back cover plate 22, so as to increase the accuracy of pasting the sticker, thereby increasing the consistency of the first mark 23 and the second mark 24 on the back cover plate 22. Thereby increasing the aesthetic appearance of the electronic device 20.
Further, the distance between the first sticker 23 and the second sticker 24 is smaller than or equal to the distance between the first identifier 12 and the second identifier 13, as shown in fig. 6, so that the first sticker 23 can cover the first identifier 12 and the second sticker 24 can cover the second identifier 13, thereby increasing the aesthetic appearance of the electronic device 20.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic flowchart illustrating an embodiment of a method for attaching a sticker to an electronic device according to the present application.
A film is attached to the rear cover plate of the electronic device, as shown in fig. 4 to 6; the adhesive film is provided with a first mark and a second mark, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the first mark has a first color, and the second mark has a second color. The first mark may be a white rectangular color block, and the second mark may be a black rectangular color block.
Based on this, the above method comprises:
s101: and judging whether the rear cover plate is of the first type of ground color or the second type of ground color.
In some embodiments, the apparent color of the back cover plate can be distinguished directly by the operator with the naked eye. In other embodiments, image information of the area where the film is located can be obtained by means of an industrial camera, and the image information is compared and analyzed to distinguish the appearance color of the back cover plate. The image information acquired by the industrial camera may include an appearance color of the back cover plate, a color of the first mark, and a color of the second mark.
When the appearance color of the rear cover plate is any one of or the combination of blue, purple, red, black and other deep color series colors, the rear cover plate can be considered as a first type base color; when the appearance color of the back cover plate is any one of or a combination of light color series colors such as pink, golden, light green and white, the back cover plate can be considered as a second base color.
Further, when the judgment result of the step S101 is that the rear cover plate is the first-type ground color, the steps S102 to S103 are executed; when the judgment result of the step S101 is that the rear cover plate is the second type of ground color, the steps S104 to S105 are executed.
S102: the first identification is read.
Based on the above detailed description, the appearance color of the back cover plate interferes with the colors of the first identifier and the second identifier, so that the colors of the first identifier and the second identifier have color shifts, and the identifiability of the first identifier and the second identifier has a difference. This difference in identifiability, for the operator, may be directly apparent as visible or invisible; the industrial camera (the image information) may be directly read or unreadable. For example: for a white back cover, the first indicia is not visible or readable and the second indicia is visible or readable.
S103: and sequentially pasting the first sticker and the second sticker on the pasting film by taking the first mark as a pasting reference of the sticker.
Based on the above detailed description, the embodiments of the present application mainly aim to accurately attach a sticker to an electronic device (specifically, a sticker to which a back cover plate is attached in advance). When the rear cover plate is of the first type of ground color, the first identification is selectively read because the identifiability of the first identification is higher than that of the second identification; and the first mark is taken as the pasting reference of the paster, and the first paster and the second paster are pasted on the pasting film in sequence. The first mark can be arranged in a first area of the adhesive film, and the second mark can be arranged in a second area of the adhesive film. Furthermore, the first sticker paste is arranged in the first area of the sticking film, and the second sticker paste is arranged in the second area of the sticking film. Wherein, a safe distance, for example 1-1.5mm, can also be set between the first sticker and the second sticker to avoid pasting errors and making the two interfere.
In the following, the first sticker is a network access license, and the second sticker is a nameplate sticker, which is described as follows:
the first mark is used as a pasting reference of the paster, and the network access license can be pasted on the first area of the pasting film by means of a mechanical arm. The network access license can cover the first identifier so as to avoid the influence on the overall appearance caused by the exposure of the first identifier. Further, the mechanical arm sticks the nameplate to the second area of the adhesive film. Similarly, the nameplate sticker can cover the second identification to avoid the second identification from being exposed to influence the overall appearance.
S104: the second identification is read.
S105: and sequentially pasting a second paster and the first paster on the pasting film by taking the second mark as the pasting reference of the paster.
Similar to the above steps S102 to S103, the description is omitted here. In short, when the rear cover plate is of the second type of ground color, the second identifier is selectively read because the identifiability of the second identifier is higher than that of the first identifier; and the second mark is taken as the pasting reference of the paster, and the second paster and the first paster are pasted on the pasting film in sequence.
The above description is only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not intended to limit the scope of the present application, and all equivalent devices or equivalent processes performed by the content of the present application and the attached drawings, or directly or indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are also included in the scope of the present application.
