Abstract
A manufacturing method of high-strength leather ball comprises the following steps: s1, cutting the surface material according to the required size to obtain a leather ball piece; s2, processing a groove along the peripheral edge of the leather ball sheet by a high-frequency processing method or a hot plate processing method, and forming a joint part on the inner wall surface of the groove by the heat energy of the high-frequency processing method or the hot plate processing method; and S3, pressing the leather ball sheet into the mould, so that the joint parts are jointed together along the central line of the groove. Compared with the prior art, the leather ball sheet manufactured by the manufacturing method does not crack or tear when being processed by thinner, and has high strength and good performance.

Background
Football is a single sport with feet as main part and has strong antagonism, and various actions allowed by the rules adopted by athletes in the competition include running, sudden stop, turning, falling, jumping, collision and the like, and the football competitions fiercely with opponents, and has long competition time, more audiences and large competition field, which are beyond the reach of other sports.

As a further proposal of the invention, the bottom edge of the last leather ball sheet is a bevel which is in arc transition with the bottom surface of the leather ball sheet and the bevel is in arc transition with the side surface of the leather ball sheet.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

The invention will be further described in detail by the following examples in conjunction with the following drawings:
soccer balls are regularly not longer than 70 cm, not shorter than 68 cm in circumference, and therefore have a diameter of 21.6561-22.293 cm. A soccer ball generally includes 20 regular hexagons and 12 regular pentagons having sides equal to those of the regular hexagons, with sides of about 4.576 centimeters.

s2, processing an inverted trapezoidal groove 22 along the peripheral edge of the leather ball sheet by a high-frequency processing method or a hot plate processing method, wherein the inverted trapezoidal groove is an isosceles trapezoidal groove, the lower bottom is 1.2 mm, the upper bottom is 0.4 mm, the height is 1.5 mm, one end of the inverted trapezoidal groove close to the leather ball sheet is 1 mm away from the edge of the leather ball sheet, and meanwhile, in the high-frequency processing method or the hot plate processing method, the leather ball sheet is contacted with a mould, a joint part 23 is formed on the inner wall surface of the inverted trapezoidal groove under the action of heat energy, and the thickness of the joint part is about 0.6 mm;

Through the manufacturing method, the inverted trapezoidal groove is processed only at the peripheral edge of the leather ball piece, so that the material loss of the peripheral edge of the leather ball piece is less, the peripheral edge of the leather ball piece is well jointed with the leather ball piece body, the problems of cracks or tearing at the bottom of the leather ball piece and the like can be avoided, the strength of the leather ball piece is high, and the performance is better.
