Gear teeth are arranged on the outer edge of the disc 6, a gear 17 meshed with the gear teeth on the disc 6 is arranged in the cellar 1, and the gear 17 is driven by a stepping motor 18.
And a plurality of groups of gears 17 and stepping motors 18 are uniformly distributed on the circumference and can drive the disc 6 to rotate together.
The upper end of the base 5 is provided with a button switch 19, and the motor 15 of the friction wheel 14 and the plurality of stepping motors 18 can be started by pressing the button switch 19.
A plurality of vertical support columns 20 are evenly distributed on the bottom surface of the cellar 1 in the circumferential direction, a ball 21 is mounted at the upper end of each support column 20, the ball 21 is in contact with the bottom surface of the disc 6, and the disc 6 can be supported by the plurality of balls 21 to stably rotate.
The base 5 is provided with a slope 22, and the transfer cart 16 in the cartridge 10 can slide smoothly onto the disc 6 and into the channel 3 through the slope 22.
The side wall of the steam pipe 4 is uniformly provided with air outlet holes 23 along the length of the pipe, and the outer ports of the air outlet holes 23 are obliquely and upwards arranged, so that the condition that the blown steam is directly sprayed on a cement pipeline to cause the local temperature of the cement pipeline to be overhigh is avoided.
The inner wall of the left half wall 11 is provided with a plurality of horizontal sliding grooves 24 which are arranged at intervals up and down, the outer wall of the right half wall 12 is provided with a plurality of horizontal sliding rails 25 which are in one-to-one correspondence with the sliding grooves 24, and the sliding rails 25 are inserted into the corresponding sliding grooves 24 and can slide in the sliding grooves 24, so that the right half wall 12 can rotate around an axis.
An elastic rope 26 is connected between the top of the right half wall 12 and the left half wall 11, and the elastic rope 26 can close the right half wall 12.
The bottom of the cellar 11 is provided with a drainage device which can drain condensed water in the cellar 1.
When the device is used, steam is introduced into the cellar 1 through the steam pipe 4, cement pipe fittings to be cured are vertically placed on the transfer trolley 16, then the charging barrel 10 is lifted out of the cellar 1 through the crane 9 at the feeding port 7, then the right half wall 12 is opened, the transfer trolley 16 loaded with the cement pipes is pushed into the charging barrel 10, the right half wall 12 is loosened, the right half wall 12 is closed under the action of the elastic rope 26, then the charging barrel 10 is lowered into the cellar 1, in the process of lifting and lowering the charging barrel 10, the side wall of the charging barrel 10 is matched with the feeding port 7 to close the feeding port 7, and after the charging barrel 10 is lifted out and opened, the bottom of the charging barrel 10 closes the feeding port 7, so that the steam in the cellar 1 cannot escape in the process.
After the charging barrel 10 is lowered onto the base 5, because a cement pipe is loaded in the charging barrel, a pressure spring 13 at the bottom of the charging barrel is compressed, the charging barrel 10 moves downwards, a friction wheel 14 is meshed with the right half wall 12, a button switch 19 is pressed at the bottom of the charging barrel 10, a motor 15 of the friction wheel 14 is started with a plurality of stepping motors 18, the friction wheel 14 rotates to open the right half wall 12, a transfer board trolley 16 slides out of the charging barrel 10 along the inner bottom inclined surface of the charging barrel 10 and stably slides onto the disc 6 through a slope 22, each time the button switch 19 is pressed, the stepping motors 18 drive the disc 6 to rotate for a plurality of weeks through gears 17, meanwhile, the stepping motors 18 can also be started and stopped under the control of an external switch, and the disc 6 rotates to drive the transfer board trolley 16 to move outwards along the channel 3 until; after the cement pipe slides out of the material cylinder 10 along with the transfer trolley 16, the material cylinder 10 moves upwards and releases the button switch 19 under the action of the pressure spring 13, the right half wall 12 is separated from the friction wheel 14, and the right half wall 12 is closed under the action of the elastic rope 26.
After the batch of cement pipes are cured, stopping introducing steam, opening the discharge port 8, starting the stepping motor 18 through an external switch, and hoisting the cement pipe fittings and the transfer plate car 16 out of the cellar 1 one by one,
in the process of hanging and placing the cement pipes into the cellar 1, the air inlet is always closed, steam cannot escape, the visual field of workers is not influenced, steam loss cannot be caused, the temperature is easy to control, in addition, the cement pipes can be automatically arranged by rotating the rotary table after entering the cellar 1, the cement pipes do not need to be discharged one by one, the labor amount is greatly reduced, the working efficiency is improved, the cement pipes are stably and vertically placed in the whole process, rolling and vibration cannot occur, and the defects that the cement pipes generate internal cracks, holes and the like in the solidification period can be avoided.
