A hot press for laminated flooring, comprising: the hot press for the laminate flooring comprises a base (1), wherein an oil storage tank (2) is fixedly mounted on the base (1), the oil storage tank (2) is of a concave structure with two sides high and a middle low, the end part of the oil storage tank (2) is bent, and the end surfaces (201) of the two sides of the oil storage tank (2) are parallel to each other; three pairs of through holes (202) which correspond to each other are arranged on the two end surfaces (201) at equal intervals along the length direction of the end surfaces; a sealed heating cavity (3) is fixedly arranged on the outer side wall of the oil storage tank (2), and a heating wire (4) is arranged in the heating cavity (3); a pressure bearing table (5) is fixedly installed on the base (1), the top surface of the pressure bearing table (5) is lower than the horizontal plane where the bottom of the end surface (201) is located, a guide rail (501) is fixedly arranged on the top surface of the pressure bearing table (5), and the reinforced composite floor is in sliding fit with the top surface of the pressure bearing table (5) and the guide rail (501); a first bracket (6) and a second bracket (7) which are parallel to each other and vertical to the guide rail (501) are fixedly arranged on the base (1), and a limiting rod (8) parallel to the guide rail (501) is fixedly connected between the first bracket (6) and the second bracket (7); the lead screw (9) is parallel to the guide rail (501) and is in running fit between the first bracket (6) and the second bracket (7), and one end of the lead screw (9) is fixedly connected with the output end of a first motor (10) fixedly installed on the first bracket (6); the mounting plate (11) parallel to the top surface of the pressure bearing table (5) is in threaded fit with the screw rod (9); the limiting rod (8) penetrates through the mounting plate (11) and is in sliding fit with the mounting plate (11);
two rows of first cylinders (12) are vertically arranged on two sides of the bottom surface of the mounting plate (11), and the end parts of piston rods of the first cylinders (12) are clamped on the outer side walls of two ends of the hot oil pipe (13); the inner diameter of the hot oil pipe (13) is smaller than that of the through hole (202), and the outer side wall of the hot oil pipe (13) is in running fit with the press roller (14); the both ends fixedly connected with of hot oil pipe (13) and terminal surface (201) closing plate (15) of mutually supporting, closing plate (15) middle part form with hot oil pipe (13) longitudinal section the same size's opening, the height that highly is less than terminal surface (201) of closing plate (15), the top and the outside formation limiting plate (203) that extend in bottom of terminal surface (201).

The consolidated composite floor hot press of claim 1, wherein: the outer side face of the hot oil pipe (13) is fixedly connected with an arc-shaped heat insulation plate (16), and the inner side wall of the heat insulation plate (16) is matched with the outer side wall of the pressing roller (14).

The consolidated composite floor hot press of claim 1, wherein: three second motors (17) and three third motors (18) are fixedly mounted on the base (1), and output shafts of the second motors (17) and the third motors (18) are coaxial with the through hole (202) and penetrate through the side wall of the oil storage tank (2); the output shafts of the second motor (17) and the third motor (18) are fixedly provided with a first helical blade (19) and a second helical blade (20).
